  Beautiful work!

  I loved working with Kinsey - she did an amazing job with very little guidance on my part to make my look and feel beautiful on my wedding day. Her energy was so calming and easy to be around - honestly sitting with her while she worked felt like an oasis from the rest of the happenings going on around me. Absolutely perfect - would highly recommend!

  Best in Nashville Area!

  Kinsey was our hair and make-up artist for my daughter's wedding on 11/13/21. I had no idea what to expect but her calm demeanor and pleasant personality put me and everyone at ease. I would recommend her to anyone looking to work with a true professional.

  Creative visionary for the face honey!

  Kinsey did an amazing job for my birthday party makeup! She had my skin glowing and my lips popping all of which I asked for. The best thing of it all is the fact that it didn’t look like heavy makeup nor did it feel heavy. I would definitely recommend her services for bridal and party.

  My experience was amazing, long lasting and memorable.

  Where do I begin? Kinsey is a Joy to work with. Not only did she bring a beautiful vision alive but she made me feel confident each time she has been my MUA and Stylist. If you want a life long memory I suggest booking with Kinsey.

  Lovely, great, and read the contract

  Kinsey, the owner of Eleven11concepts, is amazing at what she does. I had a trial with her (trial picture attached) and she really executed the wedding glam I was looking for! She listens to what you want, will ask you along the way what you prefer, and explains what she’s doing/what products she’s using while doing your makeup trial. All that said, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. Though her work was beautiful, budget was also on my mind, and I had not noticed that she charges a holiday fee (my wedding was on labor day weekend), which was my bad. I ended up choosing another MUA that fit my budget more for my wedding. Kinsey was very understanding and she remained professional with no hard feelings!! ❤️

  Perfect experience!

  Coildnt have hoped for a more perfect experience. She was responsive and understanding. I was booking her kinda last minute but she was very kind about it. And I looked awesome. I could not have had the day o had without her! She did the makeup for the bridal party.

  Such a amazing experience!

  We met through a friend who does modeling, and she reached out to me to see if I would be interested in getting my hair and makeup done that she was looking to try out. I was super excited and loved it all! She is super sweet, very responsive through social media, overall amazing!

  Custom Outfit

  Kinsey is a great person to work with and provides unique services to the Augusta area. I had a vision on how I wanted my custom outfit to look and she executed it flawlessly. I’m so glad I discovered her business, I don’t regret working with her one bit.

  Kinsey did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She did exactly what I had envisioned. She was very professional and so friendly! All of my bridesmaids loved her! Highly recommend.

  Unprofessional

  Completely unprofessional, unprepared, and incapable of handling the administrative side of her business.
  
  We almost hired 11:11 but fortunately thought better of it when we realized that Kinsey was not flexible in her service offerings. Kinsey kept telling us “it’s too late once there’s a signed contract”. This would have been totally understandable had one been in place, however a contract was only provided AFTER reaching out to negotiate services that had only been proposed up to that point. A contract was NOT signed and services were not rendered on our wedding day. Little did we know that was only the tip of the iceberg.
  
  Apparently, in her mind, “small businesses” (as she continuously falls back on) should not be responsible for following up with clients, mutually agreeing to terms and obtaining signed contracts.
  
  Thankfully, we went with another vendor, but she is now harassing us over 30 days after our wedding. This includes making inaccurate statements about the status of our agreement (again, a contract was never signed), attempting to recapture funds for services which were not rendered, disputing and posting retaliatory statements in reviews, and sending direct, harassing messages from multiple numbers after being asked to stop.
