  Stunning & Delicious

  Elise is truly the absolute best! I've been working with Elise for years now and she's made several cakes/desserts for events of mine over time. From the beginning, Elise has always been the sweetest and easiest to work with. She's become a true friendor over the years and I knew instantly who to call when it came to our wedding cake. I really can't put into words how stunning our cake came out and how delicious it was! We ended up going with 2 different flavors and both tasted amazing. We still have guests reaching out to comment on it and all of our other vendors were stunned to see how gorgeous it was. We truly can't say thank you to Elise enough for creating the cake of our dreams!

  Amazing Cake

  We loved our wedding cake so much. It was gorgeous and we at left overs for a week after our wedding. My favorite flavor was the guava cream cheese followed by the lemon. The frosting and fillings were to die for. I’m thinking about ordering a mini cake for our anniversary because it was that good. Check out her instagram her cakes are gorgeous!

The cake looked even better than the photos we showed her and it tasted amazing. We still have guests asking about our wedding cake because they loved it so much

  Best Cakes!!

  Elise's Pieces is hands down the best cakes I have ever had! When choosing a wedding cake vendor this was a no brainer after having it at another friends wedding. We had classic flavors, chocolate and strawberry and guests raved about both! Most saying the best cake they have tasted and wish they got more! I would 100% get a cake from her for any occasion!

  Elise is the best!

  I have been following Elise’s Instagram account for years, and knew I wanted her to create my wedding cake. We went for something unique, and she was all in from the start! She is the perfect person to go to to make your wedding cake dreams come true. If you don’t believe me, just scroll through her Instagram page!

  Best tasting wedding cake I've ever had!

  I got married outside of Orlando Florida, and was looking for not a "traditional" wedding cake, and that's where I found Elise!! Her cakes are beautiful and also taste AMAZING. And they came all the way from Tampa! she did such a beautiful job and everyone kept saying how beautiful the baby cakes were and so fun! I wanted romantic chic and she delivered. The only suggestion was I wish I could have had a final confirmation on what my final flavors were, I let her pick, but would have loved a photo of the final product or a quick visual just to see before the actual day, but I could have asked too, as the flowers were missing on my cake but that could have been the florist fault as well too :) Other than that I would hands down recommend her!!

  The Sweetest Vemdke

  I contacted Elise shortly after getting engaged to make sure I got on her busy calendar. I’m so glad I did! My guests are still talking about the cake and asking me if they can have any leftovers, seriously! Elise worked with me to make EXACTLY what I envisioned. But the cake wasn’t just beautiful, it’s the best cake I’ve ever had.... and I have a big sweet tooth! You and your guests will be so happy if you go with Elise. I can’t imagine ever having someone else do any event cake, cake pop, or cookies. She’s the best.

The MOST BEAUTIFUL cakes I have ever seen and the MOST DELICIOUS cakes I have ever tasted!!! No matter what event I use her services for, there is not a crumb left and everyone comments on how gorgeous her creations are. Could not recommend her anymore!!!!

  Elise created my Rehearsal Dinner cake as well as the Groom's cake for my wedding (a true to life replica of my husband's bass guitar!). Everything was exquisite. Beautifully done and tastes delicious.

  I wanted something I had never seen before... but I didn't know where to start. Upon research, I saw Elise's Pieces and checked out her website. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I saw cakes she had done in the past and met with her. She's soooo wonderful! We talked it out, and my wedding cake was SO MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL than I ever imagined possible. Everyone who has seen pictures has said it was the most amazing cake they had ever seen!!!!!!! That's soooooo awesome to hear! We chose the white champagne with strawberry filling and chocolate peanut butter nutella flavors. YUUUUUMMMMMMMM! My guests have not stopped raving about how good it was! WOW! You CAN have great tasting wedding cake... One of my bridesmaids even confessed that she had two pieces! If I had to do it all over again, there is NO WAY that I would not use this vendor. She was absolutely delightful to work with and produced a SUPERIOR product! Thank you for making my day so perfect. xoxo

Elise traveled out to Bella and delivered it for us and we did a strawberry champagne cake with champagne cream cheese frosting for one sheet cake and the other one was nutella peanut butter filling with a chocolate cake. The design of our cake was flawless! It had 4 tiers with each tier being different and fresh flowers on the top. It also had broaches to tie in our vintage chic theme! We have gotten endless compliments from our guests and other wedding vendors that this is the prettiest cake they have seen yet! It means the world to us that Elise could share in our special day and make our wedding cake. We cannot thank you enough as you also did my bridal shower desserts: cookies, cupcakes, and macaroons. I will be using you from now on in the future for any desserts or fun festivities. Thank you so much!!!!!!

  She also made a groom's cake for my husband on pretty short notice and it looked perfect.
  
  She is very responsive and accommodating, I loved that I could text her and she responded very quickly. My cake was very bright, colorful and fun and I literally could not stop staring at it while at our reception! I have recommended her to several people and will definitely be using her in the future!

  Elise's Pieces Cake's are not only stunningly beautiful, but the most delicious thing you will ever taste. We snacked on ours for over a week after our wedding because we couldn't stand to freeze it just yet. The cake design was exactly what I asked for and more. She is creative with the flavors and her execution was on point. We chose: 1) chocolate with peanut butter Nutella filling and chocolate frosting, 2) hazelnut with dulce de leche filling and buttercream frosting, 3) yellow cake with guava filling and cream cheese frosting. All of them were to die for! She made the bottom tier as real cake for the cutting and had fake layers just for presentation.
