    Amazing!! Such an unforgettable experience

    I had the absolutely most amazing experience at Elite Pour La Vie!! The owner, Rawan, went above and beyond to truly make me feel like a Queen. To start with, I dropped by even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was honest that she was fully booked that day but she personally opened up the store for me on a Sunday just so I could have the full bridal experience. While there, she completely wowed us with her generosity, champagne, snacks, and gave us a lovely experience. Not only is she very kind and generous, but she is great at her career. She pulled lovely dresses for me that complimented my body and were exactly the style that I wanted. Rawan picked me out a customized dress that I am completely in love with and is breathtaking. As if she hadn’t done enough already, she gifted me with a Swarovski crystal veil to compliment my bridal look. I wish that I could give this review more than five stars because that is not enough to truly explain how special she made me feel. I hope that every bride is able to have this experience and I would 1000% recommend Elite Pour La Vie to anyone!

    Elite Pour La Vie

    Dresses are beautiful. I haven't received mine yet and I'm the bride but my bridesmaids dresses are lovely. The service was exceptional. Hopefully I can keep this review after receiving my dress.

    I felt like a queen!

    I have never in my life received such customer service, hospitality or welcome. The store is like a wedding dream or something off Rodeo Drive but the experience is even better. As a woman, we have all had a myriad of ok or awful retail experiences but the women at Elite Pour La Vie take hospitality to a new level.

    I can’t recommend Elite Pour La Vie enough. Both Rawan and Tricia were so kind and Rowan went out of her way to make me feel special as well as my mother. You will not be disappointed if you visit this beautiful store.They are top notch as are their beautiful gowns.

    Exceptional - white globe bespoke service.

    Rawan and her team made part of my wedding dreams/s come true! I wore a Marchesa gown that was timeless and dramatic. Not only were they able to make alterations to my runway-level gown, but they even helped make sure it arrived to Paris untouched.

    Beyond excellent

    I was blown away by the service of this fabulous store! Professional and personable! Most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had as the mother or aunt of the bride.

    Good intentions, horrible execution

    I do believe Rawan and the staff here would like to do right by their customers, but the problem is that they seem so understaffed and their processes are so disorganized that the results are extremely frustrating for the bride. When things go wrong, it's difficult to even reach them and get a response, nevermind to get a straight answer. Promises are made over and over again and broken just as many times. There's no foresight or anticipation on their end to get ahead of potential issues - I don't believe they have the time or energy to do this, and communication is extremely poor when things do go wrong. All in all I had a very stressful, disappointing experience here with my wedding dress.

    Money Hungry with No Follow Up

    went to the Buckhead location in May 2021. I ended up going with a custom dress as there was a designer in store that day. I was sold this dream of getting updates as they worked on my dress.

    It’s 6 months later and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.
    Mind you I was supposed to pick which lace pattern I wanted via pictures or videos and I haven’t even gotten that.

    I’ve called several times and so has my MOH. Every time we call, we get the same guy who claims he’ll call us back and never does. My last ditch effort will be to make the drive and go in person next week. If that doesn’t work, I’m going to go elsewhere. This is a $6000 dress we’re talking about by the way.

    It’s giving me “money hungry dress shop.” I’ll be sure to share my horrible experience everywhere.

    NIGHTMARE (Read Google Reviews)

    I am recently wedded and I need to share the nightmare I experienced with Rawan the owner of this dress shop. She called me from England to come and work for her. Like you I was also mesmerized by the dresses and the online fasad of this horrible dream of a job. I worked in the year 2020 and I left 3 months later. I did not just leave, I ran for my life because this horrible boss chased me out of town. She promised me a work visa and like all her promises she broke it and tried to force me to work. The pay started reducing to below a living wage. I was starving and exhausted and ended up in the hospital from exhaustion. Afterwards, she asked me to reimburse her for the hospital fees. Finally, I got away from her and booked my flight back to the UK because Julian McDonald was ready to hire me back. Julian lent me the money for the flight back home. She threatened to call immigration on me. To this day I am horrified by this nightmare. I have P.T.S.D now and need therapy from the traumatizing experience with her and her family. She also once told me that she has deals with vendors in China to sell counterfeit dresses. Do not know for sure whether this deal has gone through. I am just sharing this experience so that no one else has to endure the hardships I endured. If you are planning on working for Rawan with Elite Pour La Vie, please document all interactions with her and make sure you do not share personal information with her and she provides health insurance for what she puts her staff and family through.

    Nightmare, owner is a monster

    To whomever is reading this. I was a volunteer for Rawan Asad in 2019 and 2020. Over the course of my time with her she was a nightmare, a real life monster hiding behind a headscarf. She has the worst reputation in Atlanta and everyone warned me about her. She still owes me and Hannah, Zahra and Trish and other models and stylists in Atlanta money which she has not compensated us for. She sells fake dresses under her label which she copies designs from designers. The prices are heavily inflated. Please ask around and you’ll discover how many vendors she has taken advantage of and burned here in Atlanta. She supports Hamas. I posted a picture where she has the flag of hamas posted.

    Lots of empty promises

    As the mother of the bride, I am so disappointed with this wedding shop. There were several issues with miscommunication and unfulfilled promises, leading to significant stress and dissatisfaction, especially so close to the wedding day.
    My daughter visited this shop accompanied by all the bridesmaids. They were met with kindness and were told that because they seemed so genuine and that my daughter is in the healthcare field that they would give her a good deal.
    We were initially promised a heavily discounted designer dress to fit within our budget, along with included alterations and a veil This was a significant factor in our decision to purchase from this shop. However, the poor follow-up communication and the surprise alteration fee of $750 during the final fitting were unexpected and unwelcome developments.
    The fact that all members of the bridal party heard the initial promises proves that there was a clear understanding of what was agreed upon, making the subsequent deviation from those agreements all the more frustrating. A receipt was given to my daughter but it was not itemized. She was told that an itemized receipt would be emailed to her. She never received this.
    My daughter tried multiple times to reach the shop to confirm a date for a final fitting. I was coming from out of town and needed to plan accordingly. She left multiple messages that were left unreturned. She finally was able to get through and get an “estimated date”. When she tried to confirm this date as it grew closer, she received no response. I booked a flight and crossed my fingers.
    She did get her final fitting one week out from her wedding date. The dress was too small and needed alterations. These alterations were not included as was our initial understanding. We were then told that taxes would not be charged and the “rush fee” would be waived to help with the miscommunication. “Rush fee??? We had been trying for months to get this taken care of.
    Ultimately, the failure to uphold promises made and the additional financial burden placed on us at this crucial time in the wedding preparations is unacceptable. We feel completely scammed, deceived and disappointed by this experience, as it significantly impacted my daughter's special day and added unnecessary stress.
    My hope is that this review helps others avoid facing similar challenges.
