  I don't even know where to start! Hiring Marie to plan our wedding was hands-down the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Not only is she is organized, responsive, and professional, she is also one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. From the very start, she understood our vision completely. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her!
  
  I was planning an Atlanta wedding while living in NYC and I was a little worried about how hard it would be to plan a wedding long-distance. Marie made the process so seamless and was able to coordinate meetings with vendors at times when I was in town, and attended meetings when I wasn't able to be there. Her level of professionalism and responsiveness is outstanding. The wedding planning process was one of the most fun and stress free times ever because of her. She suggested vendors she thought we would love, which resulted in such an incredible team of vendors that were able to make our vision come to life. It was a wonderful feeling knowing she was there the day of our wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly, and it was absolutely perfect.

  Marie was an absolute angel and blessing for my husband and I when wedding planning! We hired her for coordination and design and are so thankful we did! I never even considered hiring another coordinator that was not her. She came highly recommended from a friend, and after meeting her, I knew we needed her as a part of our wedding team!
  
  She's extremely professional, calm, responsive and always has a solution on hand! Her eye for design made our wedding the elegant, gorgeous real-life dream that it was! She attended all design meetings and helped us select everything from flowers to linens to uplighting color.
  
  She made me feel extremely calm the days leading up to the wedding - she met with me, gave me a sweet gift, and I handed off all final items to her! Her and her assistants handled EVERYTHING on wedding day - from set up, to clean up, to handing me my shoes to change into at the reception to taking my bouquet to get it preserved the next day.
  
  We wholeheartedly recommend Marie - she is a miracle worker!!!!

She has earned our highest evaluation in every category of planning, organization and execution. She pinpointed what we wanted early on, and ensured that every aspect of the wedding fit into that style, avoiding confusion and unnecessary options. She knows the wedding business and has connections with quality vendors; she planned and tracked the budget, evaluated every contract, scheduled appointments, made countless phone calls and emails, prepared monthly checklists and reminders to ensure everything was on track, and met with us for vendor appointments, always ensuring proper follow up. She left nothing undone. She has a design gift, and was able to coordinate the colors, flowers, linens, cakes, calligraphy and signage all around the bride’s dress and venue selection.   Thank God for Marie! My Mom and I decided early on that a wedding planner was a must for both of our sanity, and boy were we right! Marie helped us every step of the way. There was no possible way we could have done it without her. She laid out a month by month to do list that kept us calm and organized, She was there to ask all the right questions during our meetings with the vendors, and she went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we needed. She is also a pleasure to work with! She was on board with all of our ideas and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.. including our 16 layer cookie cake! Yes, it was as amazing as it sounds! During our big day everything went exactly how we had dreamed! I will never know if an problem arose because Marie was there to take care of it! I cannot thank her enough for all she has done.

  Marie helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect!
  As a type-A Project Manager type I was very anxious turning over the reigns but not only did everything exceed my expectations in set up, but the timeline ran early! Marie and her assistant were always available with a smile.

From the month we got engaged to even a month after our wedding, Marie has been the biggest source of pure organization, willingness to go above and beyond in every way, support, encouragement, optimism, and always thinking 5 steps ahead. She was always not only supportive of all of my ideas but excited about each and every one. My husband jokes that Marie was my best friend for the past year, that's how awesome she is! She is quick to respond and always professional. She communicated with all of our vendors without me having to worry about anything. She was always early to all of our meetings with our vendors and never missed any. Even when I had this panic bride texting moments, she was right there with me! She made every step of the process so smooth and so much fun. She is also just the sweetest. She greeted each and every one of our guests with a smile and was so polite to all of our vendors and guests. If you need any advice on Marie, it is to hire her! You will be so so happy you did!

  Advice about this vendor? Hire her! Affordable. Polished. One of four or five girls in her family, I believe, so she just walks into the game miles ahead of others. Did I mention polished? She's well bred, sharp, presents beautifully, and is the all-round real deal.
  
  Marie totally got that our top priority was to see guests be welcomed, appreciated, and given a warm smile, and NOT be met at the door with the inevitable stressed and frightened faces of the inexperienced. In our case, that inexperience was significant. The bride's parents are in China and will host an event there later; we got to host the American wedding. As parents of two sons, we never dreamed we'd have the pleasure of being "parents" of the bride. It was an awesome privilege, but at times we were scared witless. Marie was not. Ever. Our guests were met with the genuine friendliness that comes from natural love of others and with the no-fear persona of one well acquainted with all things wedding.
  
  Ours was a last-minute arrangement with Marie, so we chose the day-of-service. Marie made sure we felt welcome to call anytime. She even volunteered to talk to bridal shops for our bride, to help bridge the bit of a language barrier in our son's stead. We liked all our vendors, except one. That one was nice and accommodating until our signature was on the contract, and then a lot changed. Having a wedding planner provides leverage -- vendors care about how they look to others in their industry. As soon as I introduced Marie to this vendor, everything changed back to good service. I was uncomfortable about not having a privacy clause (I now know that term thanks to Marie) with our videographer -- Marie coached me and followed up with him. Thorough schedule, well communicated to all. Rehearsal Dinner orchestration. Vendor list. Oversight of vendors. Payment of vendors. Jumping in wherever she was needed. A fantastic value -- Marie's the best!

  Marie was a joy to work with. She was very attentive and paid attention to every detail. She was so thoughtful that she brought me a "bride bag" full of goodies for our walk through. Made me feel so special and got me even more excited. I cannot recommend Marie King enough as a wedding planner!

  Marie was absolutely amazing as my wedding coordinator! Her wedding checklist was SO helpful--I completely relied on it during the whole planning process. She had great suggestions for other vendors--she made the most perfect recommendation for our wedding band--was super responsive via email, organized, affordable, and wonderful day of. She made our wedding day run smoothly and had such a calming presence. She even set up all our reception decor in a way that was better than I could have expected. She really has a great eye for design! Her assistant was so nice and extremely professional too! My mom and I were so happy we heard about her from a friend and hired her!! It was such a great decision!!

  Marie was an absolute dream! She goes above and beyond whats expected. She was very responsive to my million emails, helped me think through ideas and what would work best for different scenarios, was super flexible as I changed my mind numerous times. One example where Marie was more than I could of asked for was when I forgot the check for the Deacon and the no one in my family had their check book with them and the church was sort of hounding me about right before I went down the aisle and Marie stepped in and wrote them a check and I paypal-ed her the next day. This is just one example of her excellent service. She truly wants your day to be the absolute best day it can be and for nothing to get in the way of that.

  I cant say enough about Marie. She has such a positive and delightful demeanor. She took the stress away from me and my daughter in the last 30 days of planning and allowed us to just enjoy the entire experience. My daughter absolutely loved working with Marie. Her advice and guidance was exactly what we needed.

We did the coordination package and I don't think I could have survived without her great organization, advice and attention to detail throughout the process, and especially her professionalism on the day of! She was always prepared, made great vendor suggestions and stayed on top of everything while remaining upbeat! I HIGHLY recommend using Elizabeth Marie Weddings. Marie and her partner made it so that all we had to do on our big day was show up and have fun with our friends and family, can't thank her enough for that!!

She was actually so fabulous and not to mention adorable that I recommended her to a friend who is getting married in October who is using her as well!   I can’t say enough about Marie. She is an absolute gem and truly talented. Our wedding hit a few speed bumps and Marie was always there to think of solutions and keep me calm. She is a breath of fresh air and will be a wonderful addition to your wedding! She and her team made our day so special and we were lucky to have found such a magnificent planner!

  The easiest decision we made (besides deciding to spend the rest of our lives together) was having Marie as our wedding planner. I was quickly overwhelmed with all the decisions involved with planning our wedding, so my fiance booked a meeting with Marie, and instantly she made us feel so calm about the entire process and I knew she was the best person to have by our side while planning the best day ever.
  
  We booked her for the full package planning and at every meeting, I was met by our bubbly, warming, smiling planner Marie. She was always so prepared and covered questions I couldn't of even thought of. When I wasn't sure of a color, flower, ingredient, song... she walked me through her thoughts and made the decision so easy. I truly don't know what I'd do without her through our process and when the day arrived, I felt so calm knowing she was there with her team of vendors she built to make our day absolutely PERFECT!!

  The best decision made when it came to our wedding, hands down, was hiring Marie with Elizabeth Marie Weddings! By the time we realized we needed a day-of-coordinator, most of the planning had been done and the wedding was 1.5 months away. After reaching out to numerous coordinators, Marie was not only the quickest to respond, but she was also the only one who wanted to meet in person to really talk about my wedding. To top it off, she drove to meet me at a location that was convenient for me. Talk about an amazing first impression! She never ceased to impress since that first meeting - always quick to respond to calls, texts, and emails. In fact, Marie quickly earned my complete trust to make all decisions on my wedding day, no need to first consult me.
  After the wedding, I received so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked, how smoothly everything ran, and how sweet Marie was to my guests. I have had so many people ask me what went wrong on my wedding day (because something always does). I always respond with nothing; if something went wrong, I have no clue because Marie took care of it and made sure I remained clueless.
  Marie handled all of our deliveries, assisted with set up, supplied endless tissues (including stashing some in my husband's pockets for me), helped me look flawless, and kept us running on time. Unlike most couples, we got to enjoy our wedding food – Marie made sure we sat down to eat (and brought us food). She even assisted with cleaning the venue to ensure we’d receive our deposit back.
  Marie is such a gem! I absolutely loved working with her! To be honest, I’m sad my wedding is over because I really came to love Marie. Not just Marie the wedding planner but also Marie the person. If you’re searching for someone who is passionate about what they do, a breeze to work with, a complete sweetheart, absolutely on top of every detail, and someone you can confidently put your complete trust in – you’ve found that in Marie!!

  Thankful doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about Marie. In the beginning stages of planning my wedding others told me to hire a coordinator, that it would be in the top of must-haves. Those people were right. I met with several wedding coordinators and reached out to a lot based on reviews. When I met with Marie, I just had this feeling that she was "the one". I booked her immediately and I couldn't have been happier with my decision. I honestly don't know if I could have made it through my wedding without her. Marie is so sweet, full of great ideas, and fast to respond. She's organized, detail oriented and always took notes. She came with me to all the meetings she needed to be there for and was flexible with her schedule. She goes above and beyond her call of duty, ensures things go as right as they can, people are on time, and helps you with any ideas you need. She saved me a bunch of money on my hotel transportation and gave me the coolest idea! The day of her assistant got sick so her husband jumped in and I didn't even realize that was her husband! Marie really is a life saver as planning my wedding was very stressful, I often called her a god-send and the best wedding decision I made. If you are thinking of booking a wedding coordinator, look no further. The day of, I didn't worry about anything and let Marie take the reigns. When planning a big event nothing will ever go exactly as you want it to, but Marie will ensure that it's as close to it as it can possibly be. The piece of mind that she provides handling everything behind the scenes so you don't have to is worth every penny. I can't imagine being the Bride, being pulled in a 100 different directions, having 150 people in your face and having to deal with problems.   Marie made mine and my husband's wedding day go perfectly smooth! It truly was the best day of our lives, and we owe it all to Marie for running things so smoothly and keeping everything organized.
