    The most amazing wedding coordinator!

    Hiring Elizabeth was one of the best decisions my husband and I made when it came to our wedding. We were in a tough spot, two weeks out from our wedding, without a coordinator, and hoping to find someone that could support us in the ways we needed. Not only that, but we also needed someone kind and accepting we could trust with our special day. We found that in Elizabeth & her partner Dan! They are amazing, and they put so much care into everything they do. Even when faced with obstacles, Elizabeth was determined to be there for us and help coordinate our day. If I could give any couple one piece of wedding advice, it would be to hire Elizabeth! Like me, you’ll be so grateful you did!

    Hire Elizabeth for Your Wedding Day!

    I can not say enough good things about Elizabeth and her team. She was recommended by our venue, Pumphouse Bed and Breakfast, and we could not have been happier about our decision to hire her. She went above and beyond: multiple hour phone calls leading up to the wedding day going over every detail of the emails and PowerPoints I had sent her detailing our wedding decor, meeting with me early to go over everything, working all day on our wedding day to bring our vision to life. We couldn't have done it without her! Her knowledge of our venue and the amount of help she provided on our wedding day was truly priceless.

    Thank you for our stress-free wedding!

    Elizabeth and Dan gave us the most stress free day we could have asked for. Even with spotty weather, they were on top of every detail and made sure we could work around the rain in the most natural way.

    From setting up our space, to moving flowers from ceremony to reception space, and lighting tons of candles at the exactly right moment, to making sure our guests were protected from the elements. Our day went so smoothly and it was all thanks to them. My bridesmaids didn’t need to run over to me and ask me to make a decision on how to adapt throughout the day, because Liz and Dan were always three steps ahead of us ensuring all of the little things were taken care of according to our prior conversations with them. One of my bridesmaids told me after that our wedding weekend felt like a vacation for her!

    Every suggestion they made to us turned out to be perfect. They really know what they are doing and what helps an event move smoothly. I look back on our decision to work with them as our wedding present to ourselves. With their help, we were able to be fully present with each other and our guests from beginning to end.

    Hire this team!

    Wow. I can't say enough about how grateful we were to have Elizabeth and Dan on our team for our wedding day. We weren't sure if we would need a day-of-coordinator, and it turned out to be so, so helpful. The venue didn't have great cell service, and I wasn't even able to contact EWPS in the day and a half before the wedding, but they showed up and were super flexible. At the last minute, we decided to have the full wedding outdoors and Elizabeth and Daniel really helped team up with our venue to make this happen. Elizabeth helped calm my nerves at high-stress times and made sure everything moved along on schedule. As a planning type myself, it was really wonderful to have someone else holding the logistical pieces of the day. So grateful!

    Couldn't Do It Without Elizabeth!

    Elizabeth made sure our wedding day was an absolute dream. Leading up to the wedding, she was always available to answer questions or dive into some research to help out. She met us at the venue prior to the event to help with seating arrangements and work out a few ideas we were having. She was there the day before the wedding to help set up, review the timeline for the next day, and walk us through the rehearsal. On the wedding day, she handled everything, making sure that both my husband and I were undisturbed and could enjoy every moment of the day. She made sure that we were able to stick to our timeline, and even secured time away after the wedding for us to celebrate before the reception began. She was professional, caring, thoughtful, flexible and dedicated to ensuring the day was magical. We couldn't thank or recommend her enough!

    Fantastic!

    Elizabeth and her husband were a dream for the day of my wedding!! I had hired her for just the day of to take care of all of the small details that I couldn't do- and it was the best decision ever! She definitely made the day much less stressful!!

    Above and Beyond Support! Saved our wedding!

    Elizabeth (and her husband Dan) are absolutely amazing at what they do. Elizabeth took phone calls with us multiple times leading to our day, ensuring us with confidence everything will go well. She listens very closely when consulting her, and will give you a piece of mind that everything is ok when you’re panicking. She calmed us down when we had rain panic in the days leading up to our wedding, and calmly came up with a plan B with us over the phone, even though it never rained and she was likely just appeasing and soothing our crazy bridezilla panic mode brains. Elizabeth helped our dream wedding come to life as the days to our wedding approached. We were a bit unconventional than other weddings, as we collected all our own decor, plates, glasses, furniture and more. She offered to help us load our 15 foot Uhaul from our storage unit in the days before, helped to set up the venue the day before and day of, and even helped us pack up the Uhaul the next morning and break everything down. Let me tell you, it was ALOT of stuff. This level of service was beyond our contractual agreement, and for Elizabeth, her joy is making sure couples visions come to life. She is not in this for the money; her heart and soul go into making your day special and perfect. Not only did her and Dan go above and beyond to deliver a flawless wedding and executed our vision perfectly, she also put out a MAJOR fire the day of the wedding. Our alcohol vendor was unable to make it, and only notified us at 1pm right before first look. Elizabeth worked to trouble shoot efficiently by coming up with an emergency back up plan. She got 100+ pounds of ice to the venue, and worked with our caterer to find a bar tender. She set up the back up bar not only to be functional, but in a way that was also aesthetically pleasing despite having limited things to work with. I hardly had to do a thing to fix the problem except advocate my desire to find a plan B to her. None of our guests would of known we had a major fire to put out, as plan B looked intentional and part of the original plan. We can’t thank Elizabeth enough for being there for us. It was worth every penny to hire her. We can’t imagine what our day would of been without her. She executed the vision perfectly, took unconventional requests like moving and breaking down set ups during the wedding and decorating areas we didn’t have time for, and dealt with a major emergency to perfection. Our wedding would of been a disaster without her services.

    It is also important to note that we were two brides, and Elizabeth ensured to us that she was LGBTQ+ competent. We really appreciated that.

    Do not think twice or hesitate, Elizabeth is a dream to work with. She will have you covered!

    A true hero!

    We hired Elizabeth as a day of wedding planner, thank goodness we did! She was beyond prepared past the basic knowledge of what our wedding needed, made us both comfortable, and aware of what to expect the day of. Elizabeth went above and beyond in regards to ensuring our day went as perfectly as possible - especially when it came to intricate details. Our day was off to a late start due to a few uncontrolled outside factors and Elizabeth made it so we didn’t feel the pressure of being behind as we were able to enjoy the moment together. She also found us a quiet spot amidst the socializing to be able to spend time alone with one another and read our vows privately next to the creek. We will never forget that special moment. I cannot truly put into words our immense gratitude for Elizabeth! I can say that if you’re looking for someone who you want to feel comfortable with and trust in planning your big day, she is an absolute savior and wonderful person.

    Elizabeth made my wedding day absolutely perfect. She took care of everything, and executed my vision perfectly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

    Excellent day-of coordinator

    For our wedding at the Pump House BnB in Bloomsburg we definitely knew we needed someone who was familiar with the venue and we found that in Elizabeth and her team! They took of care of so much behind the scenes stuff that I'm sure we still don't even know about. It was great to have them on Friday too and get a lot of prep work done so we could have an even more stress free wedding day. Thank you so much Elizabeth - couldn't have done it without you!

    She’s amazing

    Elizabeth and her husband were the MVPs on our wedding day. We couldn’t have done it without them. They handled absolutely everything that came their way (including a little bit of rain) and made it so easy for us to enjoy our day. There truly was no ask too big or too small- they crushed it. Hire them! You won’t regret it!

    A great experience and a must have vendor

    Elizabeth, and her husband, were amazing. Elizabeth has helped me since day 1 for over a year planning this wedding, she answered ever text, call, and request to meet me at the venue to help plan. She was truly involved in every step of the way and made me feel like I was her best friend/sister the way she was so attentive. The best part was having her and her husband there the day of the wedding helping with EVERYTHING, like...everything.. from fixing my bustle to making sure I had a drink near me for all those wedding pictures!! She was GREAT.

    Thank you Elizabeth!

    If you are debating hiring Elizabeth as your wedding planner or day-of coordinator, do it! She is professional, timely, organized, and friendly. She and her husband Dan helped our day run so smoothly. They helped with setup (which included moving furniture and hanging lights!), made sure vendors and the wedding party were where they needed to be at the right time, and directed guests to the appropriate area. I feel like I never had to wander around looking for her, she was always right there when I needed her and seemed to be one step ahead of me. We can't thank her enough for helping make our day so perfect!

    Worth every penny!

    We were hesitant to hire a planner/coordinator but boy are we glad we did and even more so glad it was Elizabeth and her husband Dan. My son and his bride were married at the Pump House Bed and Breakfast and it was a perfect event thanks to EWPS. They handled and coordinated everything for us and did so perfectly and professionally. They thought of so many things that we didn't and took care of so many details no matter how big or small. They worked their butts off! I highly recommend EWPS!!!

    Elizabeth was really invested in us having a wonderful and carefree wedding. She went above and beyond multiple times to help us with prep. She and Dan were great to work with and made us feel more relaxed throughout our wedding weekend. We can't recommend them enough.

    Working with Elizabeth as our day-of-wedding planner and assistance leading up to the wedding was an excellent experience. From organization and communication to over-the-top effort on the day-of, Elizabeth delivered on what she promised plus so much more. While we did a majority of the wedding planning on our own, Elizabeth helped us out by reviewing all of our vendor contracts, helped us be realistic with expectations and scheduling, and was a conduit for any questions we needed help to get answered from the venue, florist, officiant, etc.
    The day prior to the wedding, Elizabeth was joined by her husband Dan and they dedicated their entire day to assisting with setup of the venue. This also gave them a chance to really see our vision for what we wanted on the wedding day. With this knowledge, Elizabeth and Dan arrived at the venue before the first vendors (who showed up at 8:00 AM!) on wedding day and carried out all setup tasks and much more, with little interruption to the bride's own preparations. They would kindly ask questions for decision making but otherwise created the setup exactly as we had envisioned. It was amazing how willing they were to work hard to get the venue and scheduling setup as we wanted it.
    Once folks started arriving, given some weather and logistic curve balls, Elizabeth and Dan worked hard to ensure the guests were comfortable but that the day would still go on as planned. They quickly formulated contingencies and took action. The night continued flawlessly. At any point, if I had a thought such as "I hope xyz is being taken care of", I would see Elizabeth and she would already be on it. She really knows what the bride and groom need to fully enjoy their wedding day.
    To top off the entire experience, Elizabeth left us a wonderful surprise for us to remember our venue and wedding by, which was so thoughtful and appreciated!

    I would recommend Elizabeth's services without hesitation.

    Worth WAY MORE than what we were charged for Elizabeth's Service...Liz and Dan are the definition of hustlers. We originally hired Liz & Dan thinking they would just act in a "facilitate" & "manage" type role, which after seeing them in their element, I can confidently say they can write a book on....However, Me & Chelsea's wedding, unbeknownst to us before hand, required much more. I'll assume that when beginning a Wedding Planning type business such as this, whether it be learned through research prior to your first gig, or first hand experience, it's necessary to have a plan for the "Oh S**T" moments....and while I do not have much experience with the ins & outs of on-site wedding preparation other than my own this last weekend, I can say that WITHOUT QUESTION- Liz & Dan were dealt, at the LAST possible moment, a seriously DIFFICULT chain of events...Aside from them already having synchronized a seemingly perfect plan, and executing it faster than anticipated - within the final TWO HOURS prior to the ceremony, our OUTDOOR wedding was hit with a RAINSTORM & subsequently needed to be moved around. So they acted quickly, reverted to the original backup plan of moving the outdoor ceremony into 1 of 2 of the on-site, indoor buildings we had there @ the venue, quickly, and with a detailed plan of the changes - BUT then, my difficult, nervous, stressed self, as the groom who did not want to disappoint his Bride - Came up with the bright idea (with my Bride's approval) to COMPLETELY MOVE the Ceremony to the adjacent building 1.5 Hours prior to the beginning of the ceremony.....Liz & Dan orchestrated every single move, leveraging out portions of the work ONLY to those who were begging to help, but all in all, single-handedly completed the task with time to spare, which would typically have DAYS allotted to complete. I can go on for hours with all of the great things these two did, and are capable of. PLEASE, if you are on the fence about these two, call me.....I will give

    I could not have had the stress free wedding day that I did without Elizabeth and her husband. She made sure everything was where it needed to be and that everything at the reception was all set up and perfect before it began. She managed to make it feel like she was in every place at the same time and wherever we needed her is where she was. They stayed and helped us tear down so when the wedding was over we could go and enjoy the rest of our night without worrying about tearing down and packing things up. She helped us answer any questions along the way and was very flexible in working with our schedules to meet in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Elizabeth was an essential part of our wedding and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone getting married who wants a stress free day.
