Jessica Knack was our wedding coordinator at Embassy Suites! She was amazing and professional! The suite we had was exceptional and can’t wait to stay there again for our one year anniversary!

Jessica was excellent. She accommodated all of our needs and took care of any last minute issues that came up closer to the event. Food was catered by sear and was phenomenal. We got tons of compliments. For a downtown venue it’s actually a really good value. Would recommend especially for people coming from out of town as the room rates are pretty good as well.

We used this hotel for rehearsal get together, getting ready rooms and our minimoon. Jill was great to work with. However, the honeymoon suite does not have a jacuzzi tub - only a stand up shower (FYI). I hear the view from there is great. We got a two queen bed room for the girls getting ready - there was a ton of room for everyone. The rehearsal get together was nice. We had a private room with some food stations. This hotel impressed my bridal party that some actually came back after the wedding to see if rooms were available.

The Embassy Suites Hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. We blocked a bridal suite, 30+ rooms for our wedding guests, hosted a pre-reception refreshment/hor d'oeuvres party, and a farewell brunch the morning after the wedding. Everything went perfectly, the rooms were clean and well put together, and they were overall extremely accommodating. We made special requests such as having extra furniture in the bridal suite where the bride/bridesmaids were getting ready; it was no problem and it was done quickly. Anything we needed was done promptly and this made the entire wedding weekend process run smooth. Elizabeth Mills was especially helpful in coordinating everything, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone inquiring!

We booked a large block of rooms for our wedding guests to stay at Embassy. They were so easy to work with and so accommodating with all of our quests and questions. The food for the chef's cocktail hour and breakfast were really good! The location was perfect for our guests to enjoy the downtown Buffalo area while they were here for our wedding. The rooms were stunning and super clean too!

We used the Embassy Suites for our main hotel block and for a send-off brunch the following morning. Sarah was so wonderful to work with! She is sweet, professional, and was always available to answer any questions we had. The hotel rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. We are so thrilled that we did the send-off brunch Sunday morning. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Sarah and the staff went beyond our expectations at the brunch by matching our wedding colors with the flower centerpieces on each of the tables. We would highly recommend the Embassy Suites!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience having our wedding at the Embassy Suites Buffalo! The suites are awesome, the banquet room is beautiful & the staff went ABOVE & BEYOND our expectations! The best part is that they only have one wedding there at a time to solely focus on your special day! It could not have gone smoother for us and would recommend it to anyone and everyone we know getting married or planning any event!! Thank you to Kim, Amanda, Kate, Phil, Bryan and all the staff that we didn't have a chance to meet at the Embassy for making our wedding PERFECT!

Lindsay at the Embassy Suites was an absolute god-send! She was amazing. She answerd all my questions through out the entire process. The day of the wedding she handled all the decorating, favors, staff, etc. I could not of had the perfect day without Lindsay and the Embassy Suites.

Embassy Suites was a perfect location for us. We had a lot of out of town guests so staying in the hotel was very convenient for us. The reservation manager was very helpful and kept us posted when we had our room block and helped us out as much as she could. Lindsay, the Director of Catering was very professional from the time we sat down to plan the wedding to the actual day. The banquet room was amazing the night of the wedding and the food was amazing! If you want to have the perfect wedding look at Embassy from the appearance to the professionalism we could not be happier! Our wedding was almost two weeks ago and people are still talking about how amazing Embassy Suites was!

Lindsay and her staff at the Embassy Suites were truly amazing. They took care of every detail and allowed me to have a completely stress-free wedding weekend! They did all of the set up and take down of the ballroom, provided chair covers and sashes for free, and answered our questions in a timely fashion. The food was delicious - steaks were cooked well (perfectly medium!) and all of the food came out hot and at the same time! All of our out-of-town guests stayed at the hotel that night and had nothing but great things to say about the rest of the hotel staff as well! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with helpful and professional staff, this is the place for you!

It would be nice if they had a special for the bride and grooms room for the wedding night.

I loved every minute of my reception. The food was excellent and on time. I was also impressed by the decor of the room once it had all the linens I chose. It was magical to see all my hard work come together. Jim and I will always cherish that night.
It was also great to be right below our room, no worries about people getting in their cars and driving drunk. Made for a more relaxed night.

The girls who were in charge of weddings at the hotel were great (especially Lindsey.)

The girls in the salon did an amazing job with make up & hair for myself and bridesmaids.

The day didn't start off the greatest when the limo came to pick myself and my bridesmaids up. It was raining and windy & they said the limo had to park down the street(meaning I had to WALK in my heels in the rain & wind. They said vehicles that size weren't able to park at the entrance. Funny seeing as I was there the night before and a bus for a NHL team was right where my limo needed to be. My father had a few choice words, and I was able to not get wet.

I was very happy with what our reception looked like, everything was beautiful.

It was unfortunate that my husband and I(the bride and groom) has to actually ask for water during dinner oh and the fact that we were promised to have someone walk through the buffet line for us, instead I had to do it in my gown.

As for the hotel, they were another story. The room my mom had for her friends was "cleaned" out an hour early the morning of check out before she was able to get some of her stuff out. Turns out one of the maids stole my mom's brand new tote bag. The manager thought an apology was good enough for my parents(after they spent $10,000 solely on the reception and hotel rooms.) They finally smartened up and took care of my parents room for the night before, & gave them a voucher for any Embassy Suites for a free night. A few weeks later the manager called and said the maid who stole from my mom was fired and he retrieved her wine tote.
