  Thank you Embassy Suites for providing a wonderful venue the food was excellent and the servers we amazing. I want to give a special thank you to our coordinator Sara. I honestly feel if it wasn't for her our day would not have been so successful and beautiful. The first time we met Sara she was so inviting and instantly made me feel like I could relax and reassured me that she would be there every step of the way, I often would have questions leading up to my Big Day and every time I would call her or send an email she would get back to me within the same day. We are new to this area and all of our friends and family are out of town, so if we would have ideas about how the details of the wedding we would run it past Sara and her opinions always helped us in so many ways. I know that this is what she loves to do because it comes through her personality and professionalism. All of my family loved her and thanked her for everything. I also had an incident with my flowers I thought it was the end of the world and Sara was there to the rescue to come up with a solution and calm me down, letting me know she would take care of it which she did and by rearranging my bouquet and my bridesmaids flowers and it was perfect. I could go on and on about how much I adore her but in closing my family my husband and myself what to let Embassy Suites know that you have an Amazing, Talented and Brilliant staff member and I hope that she is recognized for what was the most wonderful day of my life with the help of Sara so many things turned more beautiful than we imagined I will be forever greatful for her kindness and thoughtfulness.

  Mrs. Kim and her staff were amazing. They made sure our special day went without a hitch. Mrs. Kim has become family. I am forever grateful to the service that Mrs. Kim and her staff provided. She made our day beautiful!

  I am very happy with the people of the Hotel Embassy Suits. They was very professionals, friendly, and my guess feel like they want to come again.   Zuny at Embassy Suites was wonderful in all she provided and still kept us in budget.
  Her recommendations for a DJ was just perfect for this event.
  I would use Zuny and Embassy Suites again as our needs arise.

  Ms. Zuny Gonzales made it possible for us. My husband and I wanted our kids to have a wounderful wedding experience. We had no idea how to put the event together, but Zuny did it all. She provided us with ideas and guidance from the beginning to the end. We appreciate all she did for us. We had a great time.

  We had a large group of over 20 guests with several food diet restrictions that changed several times befor the event. They handled every thing very well and responded immediately to our needs.

  Zuny Gonzalez and her staff were wonderful. I live in NY and my son got married in Charlotte and we had the rehersal dinner at your venue with over 60 people. Its difficult to be states away and not from the area, but Zuny made it easy, pleasurable and everyone enjoyed themselves. They raved about the service, food and friendly staff. I would recomend your hotel to anyone and everyone. Should I have another event in Charlotte your hotel would be the first place for me. Thank you. Jayne DiMarco

  Kim Evans and Mike (Banquet Manager) were both outstanding. It was with the help of these great employees that my event was so outstanding. I have already reserved the ballroom for April 23, 2016 and plan on having an annual event at this Embassy Suites for many years to come.

  Our corporate event took place at this location, and we were very happy with the service. The accommodations, food, and staff service was impeccable. We will certainly be back to host another event.

I have nothing but rave reviews, from the initial planning stages, to the event's end. It was a pleasure to work in conjunction with Ms Gonzales, in the planning of my spouse's surprise birthday party. I was very pleased throughout the entire process.

  Kim was great to work with. She provided top notch service and she always responded in a timely manner. My one and only complaint was the cash bar situation. So often people do not carry cash. There should have been card accessibility for the guest to pay. I realize you had an ATM in the lobby, but most people do not want to leave a venue to retrieve cash or pay extra atm fees. As a result I had to pay additional money for the bar that did not make the tab. This was not Ms. Evans fault and I in no way blame her for this. I'm guessing this must be a hotel policy not to provide credit card payment option or the catering company. Many of my guest stated they would have ordered more drinks, but did not have cash. One of my guest asked me for cash to purchase a drink and I sent someone to room to get cash for them. The hotel needs to provide card options other than ATM in the lobby.
  Everything was beautiful, the food was excellent, the service was superior and people are still talking about my party. I have no complaints about the hotel or service. There were no tables, nor any room to put them. I was also told that only 400 people MAX could fit in the room. Bathrooms were not cleaned and we had to track down a custodian to clean them for us.
