My husband and I never imagined we would have our reception at a hotel, let a lone our ceremony but when choosing Embassy Suites we knew there was no way we could see us getting married anywhere else. From start to finish they made everything so easy and included so many things in their packages. The hotel guests rooms all recently just got redone as well as the ballroom's and conference rooms. Everything was always clean and maintained when we were there for meetings or tours and we always felt welcomed. We stayed at the hotel from Thursday-Sunday and the entire time we were there all of the staff were very sweet and always acknowledging our presence and congratulating us the entire weekend! Whenever I had a problem or question, Danielle and her team were there every step of the way to come up with a solution or with an answer. I personally am a catering manager for a company in my town so I had high expectations for the day of and Danielle and her staff blew my mind. I was taken away when I saw everything and seriously lost my breath and almost cried. The entire process was everything and more then what I expected and I wouldn't have done any of it any other way. Thank you for being such a blessing to work with and bringing our dream day to life!!

These people were amazing. We were the only wedding for the weekend (they only do one a weekend) and everyone knew us by Friday (the wedding was Saturday). The service was amazing and everything went flawlessly. The food was amazing and the entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this venue. Although it is not cheap, it is in downtown Chicago where nothing is. My family got upgraded to lake view rooms on high floors which were great.

My husband and I booked the Embassy Suites for our reception venue. It is located right in the heart of Chicago and such a great deal - much less expensive than the other hotels. We worked with Dan and he was great. The only complaint I have is that he wasn't very responsive and it took several attempts to get in touch with him sometimes. While this was slightly concerning for someone planning their own wedding, I do have to say that Dan delivered everything and more on the wedding day! We dropped off all of our decorations a week before the wedding and he made sure everything was set up perfectly on the day of. It was absolutely beautiful! He was more than accommodating to us throughout the entire process and even let us view our flower sampling at the hotel a month before the wedding so we could see what the centerpieces looked like with the fully decorated tables. The food was absolutely amazing! Our menu tasting was a meal in and of itself! We were taking bridal party photos during cocktail hour, but our guests said that they've never tasted anything more delicious! We also worked with Dan to have a full service ice cream sundae bar and pizza/hot dog tables for late night snacks. Everything was amazing and I am so thankful for Dan and all of his hard work!!

I loved this hotel! I had a few problems with our coordinator, however. I loved the woman who began working with us, but unfortunately she changed jobs, and I just did not get along at all with her replacement. This hotel went above and beyond to give me the wedding that I had been looking for and I would definetely recommend it to anyone!!!!
