    Casey & his team were wonderful to work with at the Embassy! We had 65 guests attend, majority of whom stayed at the Embassy for the weekend. The ceremony space and reception hall were beautiful, not much decor needed in our opinion. We were able to stay within our planned budget for food, beverage and venue. Our guests loved the portions for their steak entrees and raved about how delicious the food was. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast and happy hour were a big hit with our family and friends.
    Matt and I had a great experience from start to finish – the first site visit to check out the day after the wedding. We appreciated Casey's expertise throughout the planning process. As an event planner by day, I struggled with wedding planning and I remember feeling a great amount of relief when Casey asked “Do you mind if I take over?” during the rehearsal. Casey's experience with weddings and families was incredibly beneficial in our case since we haven't been involved in many weddings, our cousin married us, and we had a large immediate family to coordinate. We would recommend this venue, and especially Casey coordinating, to any bride and groom looking for a personalized but budget-friendly wedding, especially with a large amount of guests traveling to Denver from out of state.

    The Embassy Suites went above and beyond to make sure out wedding day was perfect! The staff was professional and friendly, and the food was delicious. The hotel was gorgeous, and we stayed well within our budget! We highly recommend the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver for anyone looking for an excellent wedding venue!

    The Embassy Suites provided the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception! We had 160 guests attend, many of which were staying at the hotel. Everyone had nothing but compliments about the wedding. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful! We brought in centerpieces, but had no additional decorating since the hotel already looked stunning! Teresa, our wedding coordinator, made wedding planning fun and simple. She helped us personalize our wedding, making sure everything was perfect so that we didn't have to worry about a thing! She was fun, professional and made sure we were stress free from beginning to end! The wait staff and the bartenders were excellent! The day was absolutely wonderful, and we owe so much of that to everyone who helped at the Embassy Suites, especially Teresa Osinski! Not only did we stay within our budget, but we were pampered, enjoyed first class food, drinks and service! We look forward to going back on our anniversary and recommend the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

    Deb, my wife, and I had our second reception, a cocktail party, following our wedding and reception at Red Rocks earlier in the day, at Embassy Suites, Downtown, Denver. From the moment we met with the Embassy team we knew we had the right venue. They were excellent in explaining their service, showing us how much it was going to cost, and how the options would be laid out for service provision. We knew it would stretch our budget, but to throw a party of a lifetime it was worth it for us. I must say the service provision, quality of the food and drink, were to notch. All our guests were telling us that was the best wedding they'd ever been to and it had a lot to do with the Embassy Suites team!
    I am a wedding photographer, and I have photographed over 400 weddings in Chicago, the service here was among the top venues I have seen!
    If you want a top notch party, with all the bells and whistles, I would expand your budget for you and your guests, you'll be glad you did!

    We cannot say enough about Casey Weaver and his staff. They were incredibly nice to work with and our wedding turned out excellent. The venues for the rehearsal and actual wedding were stunning.

    I cannot say enough good things about Casey Weaver and the Embassy Suites!!!

    I want to start by saying that my husband and I had viewed a few different locations for our reception and we thought we had decided on a place. This was until we arrived at the Embassy Suites.

    Casey was there to greet us - with champagne! We immediately felt welcome and it didn't take us long to let each other know this was where we wanted to spend out special night and we knew Casey was going to be the best even coordinator we could ask for!

    Casey noted that first day, during my many questions, that it was exactly 1 year to the date of our wedding! He absolutely let us know that he was putting care and concern into our special day!

    I believe we sent in the contract the next day. Everything we could have wanted Embassy Suites and Casey were there to help with!

    It was a huge plus that booking with the Embassy Suites so much of the reception was already taken care of! We didn't have to go though additional vendors for glasses, plates, cutlery and even had linens we could use if we choose (we did go with a different company because I wanted specific colors). The food was AMAZING and Casey set up a tasting for us before hand with suggestions on the most popular dishes they serve.

    Throughout the planning process Casey was there to answer any questions, suggest vendors and really help calm my fears about different situations.

    Casey was ALWAYS quick with a response for everything. I truly cannot say enough good things about the way we felt during the process.


    We feel so blessed that we had Casey though this process!

    We had so many compliments from our guests ranging from the food, staff and fact that it was all located in one place. A friend of mine is pregnant and she was so thankful that once she was ready to call it a night she simply had to go up to the elevator to her room.

    You will NOT be disappointed in choosing Embassy Suites!!!

    Casey did a great job of helping to arrange our wedding, even though we were doing so from different states. He was fast to answer any of our questions, and meet our needs and desires for the wedding ceremony and reception. He was also patient in waiting for us to respond to his inquiries. I am very thankful to have had his help in making sure the best day of our lives turned out perfect :) And it was a PERFECT WEDDING :)

    Casey and his team were amazing! We had of it small group of 15 of our clients we were entertaining and it every step of the way we were consulted with and suggestions were given that made our event a huge success.     I've worked with Casey for several years producing both large and small corporate events. Time and again, Casey has been a major key to the success of each meeting. Reliable, quick to respond and always solution oriented! All qualities that help take the stress out of producing corporate event.     I can't say enough good things about this hotel! I got married here in May and everything was perfect. Let me just list a few highlights:

    1. Staff is incredible. Very customer service oriented and it seems like everyone from the front desk staff to the catering managers are always smiling and ready to make your event or stay flawless. They can either take your ideas and put them in motion or make great recommendations if you need more help with wedding or reception ideas.

    2. Food and drinks were delicious. There are tons of options to personalize your menu. For our cocktail hour we had with wasabi deviled eggs, asparagus wrapped with prosciutto, bacon wrapped scallops, and beef Wellington. They are very responsive to food allergies too. My husband has celiac disease and he enjoyed the dinner and several appetizers without getting sick. Breakfast is great too and perfect for your overnight wedding guests to enjoy the omelette station in the morning.

    3. The rooms are huge, clean, and so comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on - it was like sleeping on a cloud. We had a card from the Embassy along with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne in our room after the reception.

    It was a perfect day and awesome to be able to get married at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown. If we could do the whole thing over again, I would not change one thing.

    Casey was absolutely amazing. He truly made the day such a memorable, easy, and enjoyable experience. He gave us options throughout the day but was not overbearing in the least. Casey explained everything beautifully to us and really put me at ease throughout the day. He has such a caring personality and really listened to all the input my (now) husband and I had. Casey was willing to meet with us multiple times through the planning process to show us the venue, rooms, or even to meet with our parents! It was an absolute joy working with him and the entire Embassy Suites team and would highly recommend getting married at the hotel.

    We would have loved to have had our Friday night party last at least an hour later.. Everyone was having a great time an we were disappointed to have yo vacate the room at 10:00pm.

    You will be not be sorry that chose Embassy Suites Downtown Denver and Casey Weaver to assist you with for your wedding reception. Casey Weaver, our event planner at the Embassy, was totally hands on with my daughter's wedding. He handled everything with professionalism, promptness and very courteous; not too mention his helpfulness and advice. We had 275 guests who were served a plated dinner and I did not receive one negative comment about the dinner that was served. It has been my experience when you serve a group of that size, it is not about the meal. But, on top of everything else at the Embassy, the food was excellent too. The staff was so gracious and ready to help. You will not be sorry if you chose the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver . My daughter went to a lot of work for her reception, and they helped make her wedding reception over-the-top successful and we had so much fun. No regrets on our part for choosing the Embassy Suites Downtown Denver even though we lived 90 miles from the venue. Casey Weaver rocks!
