Giovanna’s Quinceañera
I really love this place and I have a great experience having my daughter’s party.
The food was delicious, the dessert was really really good, the service and all the place in general.
I really recommend to you if you wanna have a elegant and nice place to celebrate any occasion

When we were looking for a venue for our wedding, we were hoping to use as few vendors as possible. The package at Embassy Suites was just what we were looking for! The venue is very nice and modern, so there was little need for extra decorations. It was great to have a block of rooms reserved in the same location as the wedding to make it easier for out of town guests. The food and staff were great. All of my questions were answered clearly and in a timely fashion by the coordinators we dealt with. Everything turned out amazing and I am very happy with our experience! Would highly recommend! -

User2593089 Sent on 05/01/2016The total package at the Embassy Suites was amazing for my budget. The staff was very responsive and sympathetic to my needs. The hotel is beautifully decorated and that saves on our decorations. It's easy to access from highway for out of town guests. -

We talked online with Krystal to schedule a private tour. They only offer weekday tour and not in the evening, so my fiance took a day off work to go with me. When we got there, the desk people look surprised when we mentioned the appointment with Krystal. We were waiting. At the end, Loubna, the sale coordinator, gave us a tour instead. She made very little to no effort to understand our needs. She seemed busy. My fiance and I were still interested in this place because our houses & the ceremony location are very nearby, plus they allow outside catering. We emailed Loubna later that day to thank her for her time and ask for a proposal, and after few more emails and unreturned phone calls, until today (20 days later after the appointment), we still get no proposal. As a bride who likes to get thing organized/ confirmed, I was so frustrated and anxious. First negative review ever, we booked somewhere else but I am writing this to save other type A brides from wasting their time and effort.Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield's reply:

We've taken your feedback to heart. Please note, we are in the process of making some major changes especially in guest service and recently hired new management team.
