    Accommodating

    Shanna was so responsive and made the planning for our wedding in Philadelphia so easy. Nothing but great things about the hotel and their staff, they all went out of their way to make sure everything leading up to the weekend and during the weekend went as smoothly as possible.

    Most of the wedding guests stayed across the street at The Logan. No complaints from those who stayed at Embassy Suites.

    Working with Shanna at the Embassy Suites for the block of rooms for our daughter's wedding was a breeze - great communication, service and rooms. No worries, no issues, a worry free portion of the wedding. Thank you!

    My bridal suite was had a gorgeous view of the city, with a balcony that we loved! The area is beautiful and was just 2 blocks from the church I was getting married at. It fit me and 8 other bridesmaids comfortably with enough space. We loved our experience and are so happy we stayed at Embassy Suites Center City!

    Book them. We booked close to 40 rooms for our daughter's wedding. Both sales managers and assistant, Robert Hilton and Shanna Bernard could not have been more responsive and accommodating to touring us around the newly renovated hotel, to arranging for welcome bags to be passed out, to helping with guest transportation to the venue. Breakfast at Fridays is also great. Our wedding weekend corresponded to the NFL draft weekend, yet despite the hotel overload things generally went smoothly. The hotel is centrally located which guests appreciated also.

    We appreciated Shanna helping with room arrangements and room assignments. Spacious rooms and great view. Breakfast outside on terrace was very cool.

    The price was great. Rooms are great. We were there at a very busy time in Philadelphia, and the hotel was full. Only 2 of 3 elevators worked, and even 3 may not be enough for a hotel with this many rooms. Need more luggage carts available for guests.
