Amazing staff! Ana our sales person .... Amazing! I can not say enough about all of the staff with their professionalism and genuine ability to make sure our wedding was beautiful! I'm over joyed that I selected this location for my wedding!

The Planning, overall options/flexibility and execution were flawless. My family event was special and a complete success!!

Catering Director was easy to work with and always available.
Food was absolutely fabulous.
Out of town guests were very pleased with hotel staff and availability of shuttle services to get to and from airport as well as to and from ceremony and mall. Everyone encountered was friendly, curteous and easy to work with.

Kyle Adams at Embassy is the best. She was amazing in making our wedding everything we hoped it would be and more. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire staff at Embassy. I would highly recommend them for a venue.

The Embassy Suites at Crabtree was a beautiful venue that helped us to create an elegant and romantic ceremony. The atrium style venue is so beautiful that there is minimal need for decor for the ceremony. The service and follow up by Kyle Adams and the chef was excellent. Kyle was wonderful to work with on my wedding day when my family's anxieties made things a bit chaotic at times before the wedding. The final outcome of our wedding day was perfect and we have been told by quite a few people that it was one of the nicest weddings that they have ever attended. The food was excellent and the staff of the Embassy Suites are extremely professional and efficient. We enjoyed the convenience of having the venue, reception and our hotel room (included in the wedding package) conveniently close together.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites, Crabtree in Raleigh for 5 days as our daughter got married over the labor day weekend. We have about 63 rooms which included many of our guests. We had a great experience. The breakfast was amazing, the staff courteous and responsive, the spacious foyer a great place hanging out place for our friends. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We had the rehearsal dinner at the ball room and pergola which was beautifully decorated for the occasion. All in all a great experience. Will stay again for sure. Loved it!!!!!!!!!

Hotel is nice and not outrageously priced, which is what we wanted. Breakfast was delicious.
There was a gift basket in our room with some chocolates, champagne, toasting glasses, and lotion.
Room was clean and spacious. The hotel was under construction but we were made aware of that and there was not problem with noise since it was a weekend.

We were very pleased with our vendor's services and would highly recommend the Embassy Suites if you are looking for a reception site. Kyle Adams was wonderful and on top of everything. Everything was ready when we arrived from the church and have heard great things from our guests. We'd give 2 thumbs up.

The hotel is undergoing some major changes and I am hoping events in the future will be much better. Our wedding was small 50 people so we requested the smaller room, however the a/c couldn't handle the amount of people in the room. Once we had some fans put in during the dancing part it was much better. That was the only problem. The staff was very flexible and assisted with all our needs. It was very nice to host the event at the hotel due to the amount of guest we had coming that were not local. They all booked rooms and we were able to celebrate and say good by and thanks the next morning for breakfast. Looking forward to seeing the newly remodeled hotel.

The staff worked to ensure that our day was a special one! On the day of our wedding the staff went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life.

I couldn't have asked for a better venue to hold my wedding ceremony and reception. The event planner for the Embassy worked very closely with myself and my mother, as well as my husband. She was very friendly and professional. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was set up the way I wanted and if something went wrong I didn't know about it. During the reception she made sure all of my guests were taken care of as well as my wedding party. I would highly recommend this place for both the ceremony and reception. A big plus was I didn't have to get flowers for the ceremony because the Embassy Suites keeps green foliage all over the bottom level.

My experience with Embassy Suites of Raleigh went rather well up until a few days before our big day. When I first entered into our contract they had a GREAT coordinator. Shortly before our wedding day she took new employment! I was never notified of such. When it came time to make the final arrangements I was left dealing with her former assistant who was far from qualified to do so. She was very unprofessional at our rehearsal and didn't arrive on time the day of our wedding. About a week before the wedding I called to discuss what time vendors could begin setting up. I learned then, and only then, that there was another event set up in the same room that morning. They allowed less than a hour turn around time to clean up from the first event and set up for my wedding reception. Needless to say that didn't work to well. Our DJ, who was a friend, ended up missing our wedding because he had to rush to get set up. The waitstaff had to finish setting up our tables with decorations because the rest of us had a wedding to participate in. To top it off the coordinator, after being late, disappeared. I never saw her again for the rest of the night.

Thankfully, I had a great bunch of friends and family who helped pull things together.

I will however give a standing ovation to the wait staff. I couldn't have asked for better service or a more tasty meal!

If they have hired an new coordinator I wouldn't rule the venue out -- It is a beautiful place, the price is reasonable... but my personal expeirence could have been much better.
