  Excellent customer service

  I had purchased a ring for my girlfriend 7 or 8 years ago and it has never left her hand. I didnt purchase the warranty initially. Over time, the ring had become faded and abused. Caitlyn helped me purchase a warranty and was able to replace the ring immediately. She responded quickly to my emails and was just a pleasure to work with.

  Easy to work with

  The ring I bought for my husband is so vibrant and gorgeous, he loves it. The first one got some wear and tear, so I emailed them and there sending out a new one! Most of the time it's like pulling tooth and nail to get a ring company send a replacement, but these guys just asked for a picture and there's a replacement on the way in a week. Definitely recommend working with them for all your ring needs!

  Purchased two rings from embr 4 years ago. They are still going strong, has an issue with one of the rings, customer service were amazing with dealing with the query can't thank the staff enough. The quality of the rings is amazing. I don't wear any jewelry because I don't like the way it felt on my skin (eczema sufferer) but these rings didn't cause any irritation stayed cool all the time and they just look soo awesome got a white and red band :)

  I love the rings I ordered. They are amazing quality and I love how you can get color inner rings which makes them unique. I had questions and their customer service was quick to respond and their shipping was just as fast.

  Beautiful and affordable

  I love both my EMBR bands. I have the white ceramic and the silver "wood-like" bands and they are both wonderful. I love how my white band gives a bold and elegant look while my silver band is more classic. The team is super quick with their responses to any questions which I also loved. I highly recommend this brand.

  I went with the 4mm white ceramic ring and am super happy with it! The intent behind the ring I chose was to get something to use in place of my wedding ring for times I workout, go to the beach, or just want a more simple and modern look. It is perfect and exactly what I envisioned before purchasing.

  Beautiful and Durable

  I got the white ceramic ring with blue interior. It’s absolutely beautiful and so durable. EMBRs team was great with any questions I had and the ring came in the mail super quick without any issue. If you’re looking for something a way more durable than traditional gold I would highly suggest going with EMBR.

  Great selection of inexpensive tungsten rings. Very fast and friendly online service and responsive to messages. I had to return a ring I got that was the wrong size and it was a painless process. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tungsten band.

  Beautiful Ring Superior Customer Service

  The metorite ring is such a beautiful ring and does very well absorbing the light from outside to make the glowing side shine bright. Its also very smooth and comfortable, i would highly recommend embr for high quality products for lifetime of enjoyment.

  LGBTQ+ friendly - they have so many options to match with your partner! Even when one of the rings didn't fit, they exchanged it with no problems! Love love love this company!

  Embr rings - warning!

  Bought a red sandalwood interior ring from them for our wedding. They have a lot of advertisement on Facebook so you might see these ads if your are getting married soon!
  
  Their rings looks nice but do not purchase it if you plan on washing your hands, taking a shower or going in a pool with it! It got absolutely destroyed less than a week after our wedding during our honeymoon and left my ring finger with a nasty red stain that is still coming off. I contacted customer support and they would not do a refund since I was out of the 30 day window, so they're sending a sterling silver replacement which hopefully will not have the same results!
  
  I would proceed with caution from buying your wedding ring with EMBR. If you do I would do it maybe a couple weeks before your wedding so you are still in the 30 day window to get your money back and go with a higher quality ring.
  
  AGAIN...WARNING DO NOT GET THIS RING WET! IT DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT THIS BUT THE RED DYE WILL BLEED, STAIN YOUR FINGER AND RUIN YOUR RING! THEY WILL NOT OFFER REFUND AFTER 30 DAYS ONLY REPLACEMENT. BE CAREFUL!
