  Kara was AMAZING. I have a large family that can be hard to handle and she took the lead with grace and professionalism during my wedding. Kara was also able to give general wedding advice that made photos more accessible and the reception more smooth. She caught amazing shots of a couple who is generally not a fan of photos and just the few we've gotten as a preview will be our favorite for life. 10/10 recommend Embrace by Kara. Kara made a sweet video for our family back home who could not travel with us, and everyone absolutely adored it. I've been a party of weddings in the past where the photographer was so-so but i can brag that mine was involved and proactive. THANK YOU Kara for making our big day evening more special and memorable ??

  I am so thankful that we chose Kara to do our photos. She was so professional, efficient, and creative. She thought of everything, so I didn't have to! She arrived on time, worked so well with the children in our wedding, and she got as many photos as possible in our short time frame. I'm already happy with the sneak peeks we received! I can't wait to see the final products. Thank you Kara!

  Kara shared in our vision and with only a few conversations, she exceeded all expectations. I was a very reluctant bride , with little to no knowledge of what to expect during the whole process. Kara reassured me and helped in all the ways she could. The best part was when I thought she had left, but she actually was setting up to catch the sunset shots I really wanted and ended up capturing the most beautiful photo any of us could have imagined. If you are on the fence of whether or not to use Kara, believe me when I say you will not be disappointed. She is extremely professional, personable, and truly puts herself in the moment, laughs with you and even cries in the genuinity of the moment. Thank you Kara for making our dreams come true and making our memories everlasting.

  Kara is a gem! My husband and I had a small wedding, and most of our guests (including family) traveled from out-of-state to attend, so we did a large part of the planning ourselves. Kara took the time to get to know me and my husband, and even offered to be an open ear if I needed help planning. On the day of the wedding, everyone raved about Kara's charismatic personality (and after the wedding, they raved about the photos in our sneak peek!). She was a blessing on so many levels, and we are so thankful to have found her! My husband and I would definitely recommend her!

  Kara was the perfect choice of photographer! She offered us a deal on an engagement session after booking her for our wedding, which we took advantage of. My now-husband and I are goofy and Kara's personality and attitude meshed with our perfectly. She didn't force us to be overly serious and the joy we had shooting with her and being together shine through her beautiful photos. We couldn't be happier with our choice to hire Kara and highly recommend her.

  Kara is awesome!!! I live in MD and did not meet Kara until minutes before the ceremony...but i felt like i knew her because the communication was so great. She was such a big help. She knew the venue and protocol and was great and directing everyone. Kara has a great eye! I absolutely love her style of photography. She captured every moment of my wedding beautifully. Thanks Kara!!!

  It was a pleasure working with Kara Pearl. She has a great personality and takes time to be personable as well as professionalism. She is highly qualified, but what made us rate her so high is the relationship and trust before the first picture was even taken. She took the time to teach, ask great questions and deal with concerns proactively.

  I just love the way Kara, from the first contact, connected with me in a personal way. She took the time to get to know me so she would know my style and how I wanted things to be on our wedding day. I love every picture she snapped that day and I wish I had more occasions she could capture with her lens!!!

We are beyond thrilled with our choice :) Kara was so easy to work with and made us feel really comfortable. She worked closely with our venue coordinator to make sure we got the few "special" pictures we really wanted and worked well with our big family. Not only was Kara extremely easy to work with the day-of our wedding, but she was also extremely responsive throughout the planning process! We are thrilled with our photos and cannot wait for more!   Kara is a professional when it comes to her craft. She is full of wonderful ideas when it comes to posing pictures. She is also very open for suggestions. She responds to all communication in a timely manner. And there was a great turn around for receiving the finished product. I would recommend her for any event.
