Emma and her team were amazing. From our engagement shoot session to the photos on the day of the wedding itself, Emma and her partners always made us feel so comfortable and happy to be photographed (believe me, we're usually so awkward when it comes to having photos taken of us)! We love our photos, and the entire process, from planning to execution, was smooth and enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Emma Lili Photography - the work speaks for itself, and the people are pleasures to be around and made our day and memories extra special. -

Classic, Beautiful, Spectacular work!
WOW is all I have to say about Emma & her team. Emma is so easy and fun to work with! When we met her for our engagement pictures, she made us feel so comfortable and we had a blast with the shoot! Then when we received the pictures, we knew without a doubt we picked the best photographer in Charleston!!! Her work is AMAZING! Now let’s talk about the wedding… Emma and her team worked their butts off!!! We shared the moments of the day we wanted her to focus on and she listened and did exactly that! Our family and friends also commented on how phenomenal she was. She was so organized and efficient, especially during the family portraits! We also used Emma and her team for our videography. We originally didn’t want to hire a videographer, but are so happy we did! The videos captured our entire venue and the feelings and love of the day perfectly. The quality of the videos were more than we could’ve ever imagined. It’s like watching a Hollywood movie of our special day! We’ve already watched the videos and played a slideshow of the pictures a million times. It’s the best memories to keep forever. We’re so happy we found Emma for our special day. Without a doubt, the best photography and videography team!! -

Emma is the BEST! I’ve worked with her on several occasions over the years - head shots, my parents’ anniversary photo shoot, and my engagement photos. She couldn’t be sweeter and helps her clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Her eye and ability to get *the* best shots is beyond impressive. Pair that with her editing skills and she’s the best photographer around. You will absolutely cherish your photos and the time spent with her! -

High Recommend Emma
Emma (and her husband Luke) were such a pleasure to work with! We would recommend them time and time again to anyone getting married in the Charleston/Beaufort SC area. From the first call with Emma, we recognized her professionalism, charm, and fun personality. After spending a few hours with her during our engagement shoot (which we absolutely loved), we knew that our wedding photos were going to be perfect. Her light airy style was exactly the vibe we were going for. We decided to include video in our package and we are thrilled that we chose to do so. Day of, Emma and her team were prompt, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable! Two days after the wedding, Emma sent us a large album of sneak peaks, which we were blown away by. She was also quick to deliver our entire album. Emma and Luke were one of our best wedding decisions! -

If you’re looking for a great wedding photographer, look no further! Emma is your girl! She was amazing to work with through our engagement photos and on our wedding day. She was very prepared and her 2nd shooter was amazing as well and so fun to work with. Emma makes taking photos fun & easy! I even had several comments from our wedding party about how fun Emma was and how she did an amazing job directing our group photos. It’s not easy getting everyone to listen, especially the groomsmen, but Emma took was able to charge and get all the pictures done efficiently. She makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She is also very detailed in making sure she captures the photos YOU want on your wedding day. Whenever I had questions about locations for our engagement photos or first look, Emma was happy to get on the phone with me and chat about my options based on what I was looking for. We received our wedding gallery last week and I was absolutely blown away about how beautiful our pictures turned out! It was so fun going through them with my husband and reliving moments from our wedding day! I especially loved looking at all the details of the day because as the bride, you don’t get to stop much and soak it all in! Thank you Emma for making such beautiful photos for us to remember everything about our special day!! We are forever grateful! -

I could not say enough amazing things about Emma! She is not only the best wedding photographer ever, but she’s a truly kind and amazing person! She did such a wonderful job at our engagement shoot and our wedding. We were both nervous as we have never taken professional pictures before. Emma made us feel comfortable right away and we actually enjoy having our pictures taken now! Everyone at my wedding absolutely adored her and I will highly recommend her to any of my friends getting married!! Emma is the most personable and talented photographer. She felt like a good friend, not a stranger taking our pictures. I'm not too photogenic, but Emma got truly stunning photos of us with ease. We had to postpone our big ceremony due to the coronavirus, but Emma went out of her way to reschedule for our big ceremony, and she was willing to photograph our actual wedding (a small ceremony on our porch) on the original date. Her photos make the day look like a fairy tale. She is extremely kind and takes care of her couples! When we met Emma, she made jokes, got to know us, and put us at ease immediately. I had no doubts about choosing her. She did a wonderful job, and she made it seem effortless. That's how talented she is! I recommend her for any and all photo shoots, especially if you're nervous or unsure how your pictures will turn out. -

You can view her photos and see how amazing and talented that she is, so I want to highlight the experience I had with her throughout the planning process through wedding day. Emma was incredible. Communication was great. Our engagement photos were fun, and it was a great opportunity to meet Emma and connect with her in person almost a year before the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Emma was responsive and great to work with. She is super organized, and as I said, you can look at her photos and appreciate her ability to capture the best shots of your wedding day. Equally as important is your ability to connect with your photographer and trust that he/she is organized, detailed, on time, and prepared. Emma is all of those things and more! I so very much appreciate all the work she has put and continues to put into her business, both before, during and after wedding day. It is really impressive the amount of work she is able to do and how beautiful everything turns out. Her second shooter was awesome, too! My family and friends all commented on how great Emma was and easy to work with as well as how comfortable she made everyone feel- girls and guys included! I've only seen the sneak peak she sent me the day after the wedding, and I'm in awe of those photos. They're gorgeous, and I cannot wait to see the rest!! Thank you Emma!! I would hire you a million times over and recommend you to everyone I know! -

SUCH a pleasure!
Emma is the absolute BEST! My husband found her before he was going to propose and she captured the proposal and our engagement photos right after (highly recommend btw). As soon as we received those stunning photos and not to mention after having such an awesome and comfortable experience with her and her partner Sarah, we knew she needed to be there for our big day.
Fast forward a year later and she captured our wedding day even more beautifully. Being the type A person I am, I especially appreciated her attention to detail in her questionnaires so she would be prepared for the day of. She essentially helped curate an extremely detailed timeline for pictures and stuck to it! The best part was how much of a pleasure her and Sarah were to work with. My husband and I truly feel like we were working with a friend.
Lastly, she turned around our photos so quickly and we cannot stop looking at them! They PERFECTLY captured the day and are so timeless, we’re so happy we have them to look at for the rest of our lives. THANK YOU EMMA! -

Emma was the sweetest, most hilarious and cutest person ever to work with!!! We absolutely loved her, and her photos are GORGEOUS!!!!
I feel like I'm awkward at times, but for both my wedding and our engagement pictures she made me feel like a model!!!
She knows the right poses and how to capture the intimacy of those special days in such a beautiful way. She is also so good at relaxing you and getting you to be comfortable in front of the camera... she had both me and my now husband, and our parties, cracking up!!
Emma, you are truly magnificent!!! You made our day even that much more special and for that I am forever grateful! I am absolutely in love with every one of our pictures. Thank you so much to you and your assistant for everything!!! Tearing up just looking at these pictures again (the happiest of tears!).

Have you ever met someone and instantly just wanted to be best friends with them? That’s Emma. Beautiful both inside and out, Emma is such a joy to be around and her work is timeless and stunning! I had the pleasure of doing my bridal portraits with her, and I am so incredibly grateful I was able to book with her!
My bridal session was just a few days before my wedding, so needless to say my mom and I were both a little anxious, but Emma walked into the session and within minutes all of our wedding butterflies had flown away! We laughed and happy cried and had the most amazing time! Despite having always felt a bit awkward in front of cameras, Emma made me feel so incredibly comfortable and beautiful!
Also, her stunning work speaks for itself, but we were blown away when she sent us a sneak peek of my bridal portrait gallery! The photographs were classy and timeless and made me feel so beautiful, which was really just the biggest blessing! It gave me so much more confidence on my wedding day! I could never thank Emma enough for the wonderfully fun experience she gave my mom and I before my wedding or for the beautiful photos that I will cherish for a lifetime! I will 100,000% be working with Emma again in the future, and if you have the opportunity to book with her absolutely grab it!

Emma was such a joy to work with. My now husband and I were not super comfortable being in front of a camera but Emma made us both really comfortable during the whole process!
