  The dreamiest wedding photos!!!

  Booking Emma Loo Photography was one of the very best decision we made throughout wedding planning! From our initial conversation, I knew Emily would be the BEST fit for my husband and I! From engagement photos to bridal portraits to our wedding day photos, I could not be more in love with Emily's work!!! She is truly so talented and captured this special moment in our lives so beautifully! I find myself looking back at our photos at least once a day because of how in LOVE I am with them! We will forever be grateful for the role she played in our wedding day!

  Not only is Emily extremely talented but she is also wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! She is super organized and goes above and beyond. She provided input on timelines to make sure there was time to capture what was important to us. She always asked our preferences but I completely trusted her and her vision. She was also super responsive and communicative with me and my planner throughout the whole planning process. Emily knows how to read a room and was able to get everyone's attention (even little kids). Her turnaround time was incredible and she even gave us sneak peaks the night of our wedding!!

  The Photographer of your Dreams

  Emily was an absolute dream come true for me. She added so much light to our day!! Not only is she INCREDIBLY talented, but she makes everyone feel so comfortable. My husband and I felt as though we were hanging out with a long time friend each time we were around her. Emily was so accomodating and flexible that she took our engagement photos at our favorite place - the beach! We have received so many compliments on our photos and I would hire her a million times over!!! The memories she captures are ones we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

  Emma Loo Photography Wedding Review

  Selecting a photographer for my wedding was a very important decision. After speaking with many different photographers, I immediately knew that Emily was the one! Her work, especially the lighting in her photos was exactly what I was looking for in my wedding photos. She was extremely easy to work with and made the wedding planning process so smooth! The day of the wedding was an absolute breeze! Emily was part of the family and made us all so comfortable. Emily even showed us a sneak peek of some photos at our reception! The photos exceeded my expectations! I am thrilled to have these beautiful photos to look back at for years to come! I would HIGHLY recommend Emma Loo Photography for anyone! I will definitely use her for other events in my life!

  Emma Loo Photography is a NO-BRAINER!!!

  I don't even know where to begin with describing how perfect Emily and Emma Loo Photography was for our wedding day! When I first saw her work, I fell in love with her style, the look of the pictures, the light and airy feel, and how she was able to capture the special moments and details of someone's big day. I read the reviews from other brides and they felt the same way, so I scheduled a call with Emily. My then-fiance and I did a Skype meeting with Emily, due to Covid, and felt right away so comfortable talking to her. She felt like an old friend! We just clicked, and that felt important to me, since I was nervous about being in front of the camera, and wanted someone who made me feel comfortable and confident. After our Skype conversation, learning more about Emily's photography and editing style, getting my questions answered, and realizing her prices were completely the best/most reasonable we'd seen, we knew she was the photographer we wanted! Ever since booking with Emma Loo Photography, we had the best experience. Emily is so organized, detail-oriented, passionate about her clients, talented at what she does, and just a joy to work with and be around! She made everything so easy, she answered every question or concern, she never made us feel like we made the wrong choice. She even traveled to Charleston for our engagement session, which was a blast, and allowed us to feel comfortable in front of the camera with her before the big day. She was so quick to get the pictures to us, which I was shocked and pleased by, and they were so amazing that it made us even more excited about her photographing our wedding day. We recently had our wedding on March 20, 2021 and Emily is part of what made the day so smooth and special. She got any and every picture you could think of, which is exactly what I wanted, and is perfect for memories when the day goes by so fast! She was organized, great at keeping a schedule and getting people where they needed to be for pictures, all while making us laugh and have fun. She even had a walkie-talkie for my husband that they communicated with and ensured he was never in sight when my bridal party and I were taking our pictures! We got our final pictures back from Emily within 2 weeks of the wedding, before we even left for our Honeymoon! They were AMAZING!!! The details, the color, the lighting, the emotions, all of it. I can't wait to print them out, create an album, and look on these for years to come to remember this day. And, the best thing about Emily is that now we know we have a photographer for life. We most certainly will be calling her when we start a family for maternity pictures, family pictures, etc. If there is one decision I know I made the 100% right choice on for our wedding, it was choosing Emma Loo Photography. If you are in the Charlotte area, and in search of a photographer for your big day, NO QUESTION Emily is who you want! :)

  Emily was absolutely amazing to work with and our pictures came out beautifully!!! Emily instantly put me, my fiancé, and our families at ease with her kindness, enthusiasm, and sincerity. Emily was the perfect fit for our family-only, small gathering during covid (she even helped as my mom put on my veil!). Emily made us feel so comfortable, and we were blown away with how fast she provided us a sneak peak of amazing photos and then full gallery of pictures we will treasure forever. Completely, totally recommend Emma Loo Photography!!! :)

  Emily is the best!!! I researched, spoke, emailed and met with various photographers before choosing Emily. Emily took our vision and budget, and made it all come together. She is calm, fun to work with, and took the best pictures! we, our bridal party, and our families are in love with all the photos. She was super responsive with any questions we had during the planning process, and eager to meet, text, and chat leading up to wedding day. She also had non photography suggestions that were super helpful, based on our vision and conversations. Our other vendors all said she was the nicest photographer they had ever worked with, and that they had never had a photographer bring them coffee before on wedding day :) Thank you Emily for capturing the most beautiful pictures for us! We can’t wait to work with you more in the future.

  Emily is incredible! Absolute adore her, we used her for mini sessions last fall then decided she was the one for our wedding day. We have been swooning over our photos for days now. She is so easy to get along with and so fun to have around. Can’t wait to use her as our family grows

  Emily was outstanding! She is so talented and worth every penny. Someone told me that if I had a good florist and a good photographer that is all I needed for fantastic photos. We thankfully had both and our photos truly are breathtaking. Emily was extremely responsive and sent the cutest emails throughout the planning process with tips and tricks. Tragically, my husbands sister passed away about a month before the wedding (she was also a bridesmaid). Emily was extremely understanding, supportive and offered us so many lovely ideas on how we could honor her throughout the day. She was more than a photographer, you could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to help. She has a lifetime client in us and she is someone I now consider a friend.

  The hubs and I were VERY selective when it came to our wedding vendors, we had a budget we needed to protect but also a vision we wanted to make sure was met. Emily was one of the first vendors I signed a contract with and I'm forever grateful that I did. Throughout our engagement she became more like a friend to me. I vented more than once about how stressed certain parts of the wedding process had made me - Emily was always willing to help me think through things when I was unsure, always willing to share ideas when there were options I hadn't thought of, and made a point to connect with my other vendors as I chose them. Some of them she even knew from previous weddings and that gave me comfort that I had an all-star team. Emily truly listened when I told her that certain general shots that photographers take did not make me feel like I looked my best and was never scared to try something fun and creative. She even rode the light rail with us to get a few fun shots when we told her that's what we were planning for transportation to our venue. We only have the sneak peek shots and photos from her wedding day blog post at this point (which is AWESOME), but every time I look at the photos so far I am teary eyed. She and Phillip certainly captured the love and joy we all felt that day. They are so talented and I am grateful that they were part of our wedding day.   Words cannot even describe our experience with Emma Loo Photography. We hit it off from the start. From our initial consultation over the phone she came across very organized and detail oriented with a true interest in our love story. Our engagement photos were included in our package which turned out phenomenal. We both had never had a photo session like this before and felt a little awkward but Emma Loo took all the awkwardness away and was great in directing us for the best possible pictures. During our engagement she stayed in touch over email and stayed in contact over the phone closer to the wedding to discuss more details of the wedding day. She is very friendly and personable and made our wedding party very comfortable in front camera as well. Her work speaks for itself. She has a beautiful creative eye and pays attention to all the important aspects and detail of the day. She was very timely in providing sneak peeks of engagement and wedding photos and the final photo collections digitally as promised!   Words cannot even describe our experience with Emma Loo Photography. We hit it off from the start. From our initial consultation over the phone she came across very organized and detail oriented with a true interest in our love story. Our engagement photos were included in our package which turned out phenomenal. We both had never had a photo session like this before and felt a little awkward but Emma Loo took all the awkwardness away and was great in directing us for the best possible pictures. During our engagement she stayed in touch over email and stayed in contact over the phone closer to the wedding to discuss more details of the wedding day.   After my wedding I was very sad that my photographer only took about 25 photos of just my husband and I. We did a "redo" of our wedding portraits with Emily so that I would have the amount of photos I really wanted and I couldn't be happier. Im very picky and also not super photogenic but my photos look amazing. Would recommend her to anyone. She definitely knows what shes doing and knows exactly how to make everyone comfortable.

  I live in Maine but wanted really wanted southern engagement photos, as my husband-to-be is from Carolina. I dabbled in photography in college, so I'm typically more picky then the average customer. I spent months trying to find a photographer that I loved. (It's hard to find a photographer in Carolina, when you live in Maine!) Lighting is really important to me and I knew I needed a photographer who could capture the mood, lighting, and atmosphere that I wanted. I'm the bride right?! I can be picky! I was so lucky to find Emily through social media. After checking out her gallery I knew I needed her to shoot our photos- the next problem was finding a time she was free and I was in Carolina (harder then it sounds). Emily was so quick to respond and work around my schedule and my trips down south. By the time I actually met her- I felt like I knew her! I can't praise her enough, she made my fiance comfortable during the shoot, she made us laugh, and most importantly she created a gallery of art that truly captures the love my fiance and I share. I couldn't be more proud and pleased to show my friends and family the work she created. They're breathtaking and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you, Emily.
