    Amazing experience!

    We really enjoyed cake tasting with Emmeli. She made our experience easy, laidback and delicious! Super excited to have choose Emmeli cakes to make our cakes.

    Best Croquembouche ever?

    The cream puffs that were made for our croquembouche were hands down the best cream puffs I have ever had. I requested a tower with spun sugar and was thrilled with the final tower. Highly, highly recommend!

    Beautiful AND Delicious!

    Three-Tiers of Awesome! Emmeli made this cake herself and delivered it fresh to our venue on a Sunday! It was beautiful with real flowers decorating it, and absolutely delicious! My guests STILL haven't stopped talking about it! You can choose a different type of cake and icing for each layer! Emmeli is the BEST in Boise!

    Emmeli is great to work with and does amazing work. I am a gluten free and our cake was to die for. Not one single crumb was spared. I think it may have even made its way to brunch at my parent's home the next morning.

    Emmeli's cakes are DELICIOUS (that's the most important factor of a wedding cake maker)! So happy we found her at one of the wedding shows and had her make our wedding cake. She can basically do anything you want. Very easy to work with! I will definitely be using her again for other occasions in the future.

    Emmeli helped us make the vision of our wedding cake a reality. We were so pleased with how everything turned out and our cake was delicious. Our guests also enjoyed the cupcakes!

    Our cake was absolutely beautiful, delicious, and flawless! We only wanted a small cake to share between the two of us because we were doing the rest of our own desserts. My mom and sister went to a wedding event with several vendors early in the year and could not stop raving about Emmeli and her delicious cakes! We decided to use Emmeli's Cake, and she did not disappoint. We went with a dark chocolate cake and salted caramel on the inside; the outside was a flawless white frosting with a few berries surrounding it for decoration. It was PERFECTLY DELICIOUS!!! Thanks so much Emmeli for making our day extra special.

    Emmeli provided a delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding. We wanted something fun and quirky and she delivered. She was very willing to work with us and was really easy to contact.

    Our cake was DELICIOUS!!! Many of our guests asked who we had ordered our cake through because it was so tasty and beautiful. We went with lemon cake with (vanilla or lemon) mousse, blueberries, white fondant and cascading flowers for our main cake and chocolate cake with chocolate mouse and buttercream frosting in a custom design of a logo from my husband's favorite video game for the groom's cake. Emmeli was very flexible in scheduling tastings and choosing our flavors/ designs for the cake. We enjoyed her cake so much that my mother had a birthday cake (designed with cats around the circumference) made for me and we will definitely be ordering all of our cakes through her in the future!

    Emmeli was nice and very easy to work with.

    Dessert selection for me was not my favorite part of my wedding planning but Emmeli made it very easy and simple for us. Her options were endless but she didn’t overwhelm me. She listened and was easy to get ahold of. She delivered, which took the worry off of us. We purchased small cake with cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries and eclairs. I unfortunately only got to taste the eclairs and one bite of the cake because weddings are crazy haha but the eclairs were to die for and the cake was good as well.
