Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!

We are sooo happy we decided to hire Emmy Jimenez Weddings & Events for our wedding! We worked with them for over a year and they were extremely professional, patient and always available to answer our questions. I had a specific vision in mind for our wedding and they exceeded my expectations when I saw the final results the day of, truly the wedding of our dreams! Trust me - you will want them by your side the day of the wedding, I think everything would be a disaster without their organization behind us. Estephany and Caroline - we love you guys sooo much!! Thank you for going above and beyond for our special day!!

THE BEST Wedding Planners

EJ Wedding & Events provided my husband I with the wedding experience of our dreams. Their responsiveness and professionalism is amazing and was only the start of our terrific journey with them. We mainly worked with Estephany (mainly coordination and details) and Caroline (decor design). The both of them worked seamlessly together and were able to answer any questions we had and were extremely helpful with any problem solving with the resort.

When it came time to meet them in person we were blown away by the warm welcome! They immediately became family! I wish they could've hung around for our entire vacation because all of our family and friends absolutely cherished them. They worked so diligently at every single one of our events. We could not be more thankful for them and the peace of mind they brought to us.

The most incredible!

The team at EJ Wedding and Events went completely above and beyond! They made the planning process stress free and so much fun. We couldn't of had the week we did without them. They were responsive, on top of literally everything and the sweetest humans. Would recommend them over and over again!

Perfection

Once we hired this company it was evident that we made the right choice. Communication was prompt and everything that could have come up was addressed in proper time. Planning for a wedding in a different country had its challenges but we saw very little of that. The closer we got to the day the more communication became more important and they put all of our nerves at bay. The day of being able to witness them at work was like watching a well oiled machine. We still marvel at all the work that was done in such a short period of time. Every single one of our guests made the same remark… Best wedding they ever attended. The decor, the food, the cigar roller, the coffee station, the flowers, the center pieces, the staff, the band, the seating, the babysitters, heck I’ll even give them credit for the weather as it had been raining in a daily basis, it did not rain for the entire length of the wedding. There was not one thing that was not addressed or forgotten, there was not one thing we can complain about, our day was literally perfect. Very easy to work with, they are extremely knowledgeable, they never said no or if something was not possible they would figure out an alternative. We still marvel at the work it took to create our perfect wedding and we are extremely appreciative of all of that hard work which they made seem easy. I would recommend them without hesitation for any function as I’m sure they can handle anything that gets thrown their way.

From being well organized, super talented, to keeping the day super stress free for my husband and I, they took care of everything to perfection. We hired EJ weddings and events for our Jan 2024 wedding in Punta Cana. We worked with Estephany and Caroline for a whole year and were very impressed with their level of professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. They made planning a destination wedding a breeze and highly recommend them!!

Incredible experience!

There are honestly no words to express our gratitude for the absolutely PERFECT wedding weekend we had. They are absolutely amazing at what they do and this is not just a job but a passion and it shows. They made us feel like we were working with a close family member who was looking out for us all along the way. We felt at peace throughout the entire weekend and were not nervous at all and that was because we trusted them completely. We will never forget them. People are still talking about our wedding, weeks later - telling us it is the most beautiful, amazing and perfect wedding they have EVER been to!! When I tell you, weeks later, we are both still on cloud 9 and cannot believe how incredible everything was. There is absolutely nothing we would change about every single event we had during our wedding weekend and that is all thanks to this amazing team!! Absolutely Amazing

I am so happy that I came across Estephany from Emmy Jimenez Weddings & Events! From
the very beginning she was so understanding and helpful. I can not tell you how many times I freaked out for so many different reasons, and these ladies knew what to say and do to calm me. I started with them from my initial vision, to changing the venue to finally getting what we imagined. I remember Estephany said to me during our initial conversation, “my job is to make you a guest at your wedding”, that sealed it for us! And boy did she keep her word! We had such a great time at our wedding and the process was so smooth. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to be relaxed and enjoy their wedding planning.

Day of Coordination

Caroline and Estephany are AMAZING. They provided day of coordination for my wedding at Casa de Campo, but they also provided much MORE than that. Caroline was by my side the majority of the day ensuring I was taken care of at all times. She also served as my behind the scenes photography and videographer, capturing beautiful moments from throughout the day that she later shared with me. The day flowed so smoothly because of their coordination. They ensured we were on time for each event, but did so without making us (my husband and I) feel rushed. They worked with my wedding coordinator to ensure everything I asked to be carried out, got carried out perfectly. We LOVE Caroline and Estephany and we will never forget the impact they made on our wedding day!

Dreamy and beautiful wedding

Our wedding was so special and beautiful. We loved every detail and the decoration was wonderful. The support received from Pamela was the best, we really appreciated her attention to the details and continuous support to make our BIG DAY the BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. December 2022 Wedding at Casa de Campo

I have nothing but positive comments for the team at Emmy Jimenez! I reached out to them for assistance just about 2 months before my wedding at Casa de Campo as I had many outstanding items that I needed planning assistance with and day of coordination. Estephany immediately scheduled a consultation and took on my wedding, lifting a huge weight off my shoulder. She was responsive, communicative and knew CDC well and was able to give me feedback on things that no one had me consider before. In just 2 months she and her team were able to finish planning and execute my 3 days of events which included our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding. Everything turned out beautiful and all the events went pretty smoothly thanks to their attention and coordination. Caroline, the weekend of coordinator that assisted Estephany was amazing! She was attentive, resourceful and kept us in the moment with her fun demeanor. I can’t imagine the weekend going as well without their help. I 10/10 recommend them!

Saved my wedding and my sanity!

I was planning my wedding in DR by myself with only the coordinator provided by the resort. Things were going terribly. They were taking weeks to respond to any question that I had and then different people gave me different answers and unclear answers. We were 3 months before the wedding and the situation was bad, I was so stressed, the resort still couldn’t tell me the final cost (eventhough everything was selected) or even how many rooms of my room block were booked. I thought, if they cannot tell me these simple things then my wedding day is going to be a disaster. I finally started interviewing planners and hired EJ. Estephany with EJ saved my life.. and probably my marriage too.. I was so stressed I was constantly fighting with my fiancé about everything. They immediately stepped in and had all the hard conversations with the resort and made sure that they started to live up to their promises and ensured that we got the answers we needed. Immediately this weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could breath and relax again. We completely redid my whole wedding to use EJ vendors rather than resort vendors and they were able to save me a bit of money as well to cover their costs and extra vendor fee. Also, I’m not sure exactly what the resort would have done but from what I’d seen of previous brides weddings when using resort vendors, the QUALITY of the flowers and decor were way way WAY better! Even when the worst thing that could possibly happen (rain) ended up happening.. Estephany talked with me in the phone for an hour in the morning while we brainstormed ideas and provided a creative alternative that helped us wait until the last possible moment to pull the plug.. and change venue.. just in case it didn’t rain.

I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so so much Estephany, Caroline (who by the way is so awesome to have when you’re getting ready!! She made sure I was relaxed and is the MOST FUN TO GET READY WITH!!), and the whole EJ crew who were there making sure we had a blast. And.. we… did!!! Everything was awesome even with the stupid rain and my stupid broken dress! I have definitely been told by many guests that it was the wedding of the century!!

Please stay away

When planning a wedding you do it with the plan to make it your dream on a budget. Me thinking I was going to get what would be my teammate in the wedding planning process, turned out to be one of the worst mistakes I could ever made.
Provided the budget of 30k, started asking for quoited and the planner kept surpassing our budget then proceeds to say that she thought the budget was $60,000. I traveled out to DR I was supposed to see both the wedding reception and ceremony locations and the wedding planner waited for me to be in DR to then let me know that the location was no longer available, with no back up plans ready to provide for us. Honestly and loyalty was just not there. A graceful email was sent. And then I got a nasty message from the wedding planner basically wishing my wedding to not be successful. There was not even a response to email from the management to address our concerns. Please stay away. I wish no future bride to endure what me and my family went through.
