We had our daughter's wedding here and I have to say, it did not disappoint. Randi was our day of coordinator and she along with her wonderful mother saw to it that the day was absolutely PERFECT! THE VENUE WAS SPECTACULAR!! The name of the venue suits perfectly. It felt like an Enchanted Fairy land. There is no other place in the area I would recommend. They pulled out all the stops and made a unforgettable day in the midst of a global pandemic fell like all was well with the world. I highly recommend Enchanted Acres and wish them nothing but at the success and prosperity this world can offer. You will NOT be disappointed.Enchanted Acres's reply:

The venue is perfect in every way! With the beautiful location of the venue, the bride and groom cabins, and the professionalism of the owners and day of coordinator made our decision the easiest for planning our special day! Randi has been so good to us and has helped us during this entire process! She has helped ease our minds during the planning process. I would recommend this venue to anyone I know that is getting married! -

Excellent Experience!!!
Sheila and Randi were so good to work with, They made sure we had everything we needed for our daughter's wedding. The venue is beautiful and looked beautiful decorated for her Christmas wedding. All of our guest were amazed with the venue! -

My experience was WONDERFUL ♥️
The owners were so supportive and kept in-touch with me planning this wedding in just 3-4 months, they made sure everything was booked on time and made me day easy and smooth! Recommend them highly! The place is AMAZING by the way!! -

From the view, description, and reviews this venue looks like the perfect gem tucked away in a forest of trees. However, there were a lot of hiccups that took place we didn't expect to encounter. Very difficult to plan with this venue if not living in the area, responses to questions/concerns/advice were far and few between leading up to the day, and things requested day of were not fulfilled. The facility itself was nice to use and the chairs/tables were set up for us were the highlights of what they have to offer. Disappointed with how things turned out overall and would recommend other venues to future Brides.Enchanted Acres's reply:
Jessica, we are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied. We truly don't understand your comments because the average response to the many communications were within an hour, gave many suggestions on local vendors, helped with license and lodging, and everything you asked of us. All of the feedback we received at your wedding from everyone was outstanding in every category and you never once told us that you were unhappy or needed anything because we would have definitely made things right if we had known there was any problems. We take pride in our beautiful barn venue and how we do everything possible to make each bride's day perfect for them! I am truly sorry you were unhappy in any way, I just wish you would have told us because I promise it would have been taken care of for you.
