    Memorable Experience

    From the moment we stepped foot onto the grounds of Enchanted Ranch, we knew it was the perfect place to say 'I do'. The picturesque surroundings, space, and excellent service made our special day truly magical. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and charm of the venue. Highly recommend this enchanting venue to any couple seeking a fairy-tale setting for their big day! Thank you to Enchanted Ranch team for a great experience especially to Ken and Andrew.

    Penjo was our day of coordinator! We added her service one week before our event and she swooped in and made everything run like a dream. From handling the vendors to making sure we were right on schedule, Penjo was our go-to for everything. She sent us multiple important reminders from arrival times to the venue, timeline, and ensuring we don’t bring any outside alcohol on site and many more. Her friendly and caring approach made us feel like we had a buddy by our side the whole time. If you want someone who feels more like a friend than just a coordinator, Penjo is the one to choose!

    Great Event

    Let me tell you 'bout Enchanted Ranch wedding venue – it's somethin’ special! venue? Gorgeous with breathtaking sunset. Music? Top-notch. But what really stands out? Their hospitality. Ken made himself available whenever we needed anything and he answered all our questions via email and phone calls.
    And Penjo? She's our Day of Coordinator. She's just a Texas-sized blessing! She made sure everythin' went off without a hitch on our big day. Wranglin' vendors, keepin' us on schedule – she did it all with that good ol' Texas charm. Thanks to her, we enjoyed every single moment.
    If you're lookin' for a venue with that Texas flair and a coordinator who'll make your day unforgettable, Enchanted Ranch and Penjo are the real deal. They made our wedding dreams come true, and we couldn't be happier! A mighty big thanks to Enchanted Ranch and Penjo for makin' our day absolutely perfect!

    Great flexibility

    Ken was very easy to work with, his response time was almost instant. They are willing to accommodate you in most instances. This is a small concert venue to has a lot of extra things like lights, sounds, an actual bar, several TVs that most venues don’t have. The only downside is you can not drink until the bar opens. Great for DIY events.

    Absolutely wonderful

    Working with Ken has been a breeze! He was extremely patient and was prompt answering the million questions I had about the venue! Can’t recommend this beautiful venue enough!

    Great Venue

    What I like the most about Enchanted Ranch is the layout of the venue. I walked around the property during the reception and the site has great plans. The venue looks young but dignified. I think the place would only look better and better each day. The structure is huge and all surrounded by glass windows. I suggest seeing the brides changing room!! It's simple with a great twist of elegance. Great customer service from staff.

    Almost 5 stars!

    The goal for my wedding was to have a clear tent where you could see outside, the venue is exactly that! The only cons we experienced was that the cleanliness wasn’t as expected. The first tour we had of the venue was perfect! But the day before the event we found it way more dirty than it was! Jessica was great! She helped us so much throughout the event and we very much appreciate her help. The day of the event it was literally HAILING but because of the clear windows everywhere, our pictures still came out great!

    Very unorganized

    My wedding was this past weekend. The venue does not have centralized a.c but has large commercial units that did not cool down the place enough. My guests were super hot and uncomfortable. At least some shades would be nice. I was very upset with this venue. The bridal suite was very hot as well. I was wearing a ballgown dress and dripping in sweat underneath. My catering vendor was very upset as well. On top of that the owner is very unorganized. He told us the day of we had to pay a deposit of $750! Like we weren't busy enough. He also told vendors the a few days out that they needed to be added on to their insurance. The place has potential but it won't be in business for long if they keep running it the way they are.

    Horrible acs do not work

    Do not book! 🙅🏽‍♀️
    I rented the venue for my wedding on September 4th and the amenities were not up to part. We got there the day before to drop off some things and it was very hot so we made sure to let them know it’s very hot here will the Acs be on tomorrow (the day of my wedding). They assured me that everything will be fine the day of the event we rented the venue since 1:00pm so my coordinator could set up. At 5pm it was extremely hot and the ACs were not even on?! My guest were sweating and my grandma had to be taken to the bridal room because it was too hot for her. When I emailed them a week later I told them I wanted to be refunded the same amount that they would have charged me for the accidental fee. They then said “there were damages” but that I wasn’t charged? (How convenient) a family member drove through the grass so we can load up the materials we had and they said that we ruined there grass. They also said that my family member was abusive? Which is crazy because when we asked if they could help us load up and asked for guidance they said “oh.. we’re not getting paid for that”CRAZY... The lady that dropped off my cake also said there was water everywhere on the floor when she arrived apparently the AC’s had broken and leaked. But they lied and said that they broke when they turned them on at 5pm? Which is crazy right because the venue was booked since? 1pm also! Let’s not forget the Classic response I got from them
    “It is also hard to keep the reception area cool in the afternoon when it is the hottest... So that you know, all available units were turned on earlier in the morning to get the place cooled down and ready for events, however your vendors would leave the doors open during their load in and all of the coolness that did build up ultimately escaped through those open doors. “

    So If you want your guest to be sweating non stop + in the small time that your vendors load ALL of the AC will apparently escape.. & that’s if they don’t lie to you like he clearly did when he said the units were on in the morning when we told them to turn it on at 5pm? Because they were not on. & when I have prove that the AC leaked and broke & so they clearly were not prepared.

    SAVE YOUR MONEY. SALVEN SU DINERO.

    Hi Linda, we want to apologize for how hot it was for your event. It is a bummer to have your special event go through something like that.

    I want to address the concerns that you have mentioned. Summers in Texas are hard to keep cool. The weather on your date was 98 degrees with a heat index of 108. We did turn on all (8) units for your event at 11:26am on your date. Two of them were not working properly. One had a bad pump, which was the water you are referring to, and the other needed more coolant added. Your vendors took 45 minutes to load in and left three double doors wide open. All of the cool air that did accumulate was gone after that so the HVAC's had to to restart the cooling process in the hottest part of the day - the afternoon. If an event is happening when it is that hot we are not the venue for that couple for sure. It will be hard to find any venue that is.

    Regarding the damage... your guests did cause damage and we made a choice not to charge you because of the ivconviencene of the HVAC's. Your guests were not nice and were abusive, but we let that go. We are not responsible to load your equipment. In fact, if we do help load and we break something we are responsible. That is why we do not touch other vendors or guests belongings. In addition to not charging you for the damage we did give you a partial refund as well.

    Again, we apologize for experience and we having been making improvements in this area so that future events do not have to go through the same experience. We are very excited about these new additions!
