Jay and his partner were absolutely amazing. We had a fun group that we wanted to dance all night long, and a large space that needed people wrangling. Jay took pieces from our vows, from talking to us, and just vibes of the group and customized each piece of the night. My friends loved him, especially his MC-ing. They both made the night perfect and kept the vibes high and the dance floor full till the very last song.
Also we did the photobooth and it was so fun. the pictures had a bit of a pretty filter on them and optional color filters, and everyone looked great & LOVED THEM. also loved that we got a copy of all the photos everyone took the next day
Wish we could do it all over again and use them!!! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Derek and his team were professional, super easy to work with, and they made sure to keep the great vibes going throughout the night. Not only was the music on point, but so we’re the Photo Booth, lights, fog, and cold sparklers. They were the perfect package deal and we were so grateful to work with them! -

Entourage Events - Easy Choice
Derek is a professional and very easy to work with. He included all the music we wanted in a seamless way. He kept the dance floor going the whole time, kept the wedding on schedule, and handled all surprises with ease. The lighting setup in the dinning room was fantastic as well. I cannot recommend Derek and Entourage Events enough. -

My husband and I are so thrilled we had Entourage Events DJ at our wedding. We had reached out to quite a few DJs prior and just knew that Derek would be the best fit for our special day. He totally listened and understood what we were looking for and our guests had an absolute blast. He was so professional and we enjoyed having him all night. The photo booth was such a hit with all the guests and we were so happy to look through all the photos after the wedding. We would 10/10 recommend Entourage Events at any event. Thank you SO much Derek and team!!

Words cannot explain how amazing Derek and his wife Tiffany are. Not only does Derek have extreme professionalism, kind, and warm demeanor, he was beyond helpful and helped saved our wedding day from a total disaster. Derek has been the DJ at my husband’s holiday parties and I was impressed right off the bat, so I didn’t hesitate to hire Entourage Events SF.
He was very detailed in inquiring the type of music we wanted, and he even made a two-hour trip to our venue the week before our wedding to get to know the area and prepare for his setup. We gave him ideas of music we wanted but he went above and beyond and played back-to-back amazing songs that the guests still talk about the dance floor to this day. He even had cool gadgets and accessories that he brought the wedding, like fog machine, some cool bazooka air thing, fire-safe fireworks (not sure how to describe it besides the fact that it was epic!!!).
When our coordinator failed to do her one job, to coordinate, Derek and his wife along with our amazing photographers stepped in to save the day. He worked tirelessly to coordinate the rest of the night to ensure proper transitions from one mini event to another. I’m Filipina and money dance is traditional for us, though I didn’t want to do it at first, I ended up compromising with my mom and did it anyway. Derek made the whole dance beyond fun and while he kept it traditional, he incorporated the Bay Area vibe as well! It was a blast!
My maid of honor hired him as well, and one of our guests recommended him to a friend who just recently got engaged! I cannot recommend Derek enough, he gives unbeatable prices and overall delivered more what I could ever ask for!

I can’t rave enough about how amazing entourage events sf made our wedding so special! Not only was the photobooth amazing and great quality photos, but all of our lighting, up lighting and especially the cold sparklers going off during our first dance was pure MAGIC! I never envisioned such amazing effects at my wedding and they really delivered! My husband Jason and I were beyond happy with their business and Derek always being accommodating and communicating well with us to ensure everything went smoothly for our special day. -

Future bride and grooms - HIRE ENTOURAGE EVENTS SF!!!!! You will not regret it. Food and music are the most important features of your day, so have your guests enjoy this day as much as you will.
My husband and I booked Derek with Entourage Events SF for our wedding in November, 2018. We couldn't believe how smooth the entire process was from start to finish. Derek was very responsive and guided us when we felt lost with with music choices, and even provided example day of itinerary to help guide us with scheduling needs. He also works with you to design your custom photo strips.
Derek and his team did such an AMAZING job on our special day. We couldn't be happier, Entourage events provided the DJ, photo booth, up-lighting, and a floor digital emblem for us. Derek is very responsive, and accommodated our venues needs along with ours. We booked a venue, that had 3 separate rooms and needed music throughout so music coverage was not an issue with Entourage Events SF.
Photo booth: Clean, classy and easy to use! Our guests were so impressed with the photo booth and didn't want to leave the stand. Their white modern stand was very inviting and also provided a printable option as well as an email option. We were very pleased to know that they had an additional staff member at the photo booth to help with our guests that were not tech savvy - and also helped move the line along.
DJ stand: Very clean, and presentable - He didn't take too much room and even had a very fun color lit DJ stand
Most importantly, Derek and his team were very friendly with us and our guests. -

My wedding was in 2016 and my review still stands.
What can I say about Derek and Entourage? They are amazing!! I hired Derek for my DJ and photobooth for my wedding on August 27th. We hired him sort of last minute, but that did not stop him from performing at his fullest dedication. He was able to handle all of the worst situations my wedding had to go through.
Prior the wedding, he met up with me and my coordinator at the reception venue and we had a little meeting to get to understand what I wanted for the wedding. He also sent me a Google Docs timeline for me to input the time I wanted anything to happen and what song directly correlated with said event. He then sent me my timeline printed out in order and had me review exactly what was on it, from time to song to how to pronounce everyone's name. Even when I approved everything, I had a problem with timing with the venue. He was able to adjust everything for me with no issue.
Day of the wedding, we came across a problem at the ceremony venue where they needed a separate permit to allow to use any power source. He tried every option possible with no luck. I can't hold him against not having being able to play music since it was miscommunication with the venue and me. In my opinion, it worked out for the better since when it was time for me to walk down the isle, all my guests hummed the song for me :) it made the whole thing that much more memorable.
At the reception, he definitely went above and beyond my expectations! He made the ballroom exactly what I drempt of, but never thought I can acheive. He surprised me with the pipe and drape that I actually didn't think I was going to have. The lighting was the perfect shade of purple, he had my custom monogram projected on the dance floor, and the uplighting was just perfect. The whole ambience was just beautiful.
He played all my music right on the dot, no missteps, no hiccups. When, it was time for open dance floor, he played something for everyone! Little hyphy music here, a little line-dancing numbers there, good vibes everywhere! He played music that kept my dance floor full and my guests dancing! He definitely knows how to keep the crowd going.
The photobooth was a huge hit! I asked for just one photobooth, but when the reception venue made changes, the photobooth was inside and the guests were outside for the first hour. He set up another area in the hall where my guests were able to take photos before the doors opened! The photo strip was exactly what I wanted with my custom monogram placed on it.
With all the mistakes I made, he made it all so much smoother. I will and have recommended Derek and Entourage to everyone and anyone. The guests at my wedding are still talking about how they loved it all, especially how beautiful the interior was. Derek is amazing at what he does and does more than you request from him. Thank you so much, Derek, for all you did with making my wedding one of, if not the best, weddings my guests have been to in a while, and dealing with me and all that could go wrong that went wrong. (and I know I probably gave you mini heart attacks here and there) if I could I would give 100 stars! My review is a little long, but I can't stop raving about Derek and Entourage!
