  Engagement Proposal

  EP Wedding helped arrange our engagement proposal. Ellena was informed that I liked natural colours and was likely to prefer a more low-key and private set up. Ellena arranged a bohemian set up in a tucked away corner on the beach which was absolutely spot-on with a perfect view of the sun going down, I loved it. There was champagne kept cool in an ice bucket and after the proposal, Ellena brought us lovely desserts to enjoy. The candles were a great touch as these really lit up as the sun went down. All of this made the proposal that bit more special and Ellena absolutely nailed it. I would highly recommend EP Wedding to others - thank you so much.

  Absolutely stunning

  After a change of plan because of adverse weather conditions Ellena smoothly changed the venue to a stunning location. The flowers were beautiful. The ceremony was warm and personal and the atmosphere was perfect, thanks to Ellena, which made for a serene and enjoyable experience.
  Would thoroughly recommend EP Wedding and Event Planners as the one to use if you would like a unique and tailor made experience without any fuss!

  If you want a hassle free and easy wedding planning experience look no further. What seemed to be a big project was made very simple by Ellena.
  
  She has great communication and is extremely professional. I wanted an in-depth video call to pass over the idea and the meaning behind the event that I wanted.
  
  Despite living over seas, she always worked around my needs, despite time differences. She has a great structured approach to events management, I chose to use Ellena because of what she’s published on her Instagram page: ep.weddingandevent.planning it’s very impressive and I knew that I could rely on her.
  
  My event needed to be up scaled by 80 people a few days before the event was due to happen, I feared that this wasn’t possible. However, Ellena managed to react to my needs and accommodate.
  
  She managed the entire transport plan, catering needs, live music, accommodation, facilities and event aesthetics.
  
  This is where I realised that her adaptability and professionalism really came into play, she kept me updated throughout the process and made me feel at ease.
  
  The whole experience was stress free with Ellena, I highly recommend her for any of your event needs, no matter the size or occasion.

  The best day of my life

  Just 3 days ago I had the best day of my life. Mrs. Ellena Pantopoulou made my dream come true as she organized the most fairytale wedding for me. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the result was more than perfect. Thanks for everything

  Star wedding planner

  Working with Ellena was an absolute dream. We had been planning on having a larger destination wedding but then Covid struck. My husband and I were pretty devastated, but thankfully Ellena carefully and calmly walked us through our options to still have an event on our chosen day. The event we ended up having completely exceeded our expectations and having Ellena there to make sure everything went smoothly and to coordinate with our vendors took so much stress off our plates. Ellena also has such a wonderful eye for detail and design. Ellena is a wedding planning STAR and I highly recommend.
