The secret garden at rancho santa fe
Amazing venue ! Beautiful and romantic. All of my family members loved this venue and the decor. I like the fact that it is pretty much all inclusive. It was such a perfect wedding and the event coordinator and the staff made it even more special. -

We had our wedding at The Secret Garden on September 3, 2023. The venue had a gorgeous setting with nearby spots for beautiful photo backgrounds at the local golf course and library. The Epic Event Studios team did an amazing job utilizing those locations and capturing the beauty of the venue, areas, guests, events, and us! We had a meeting via zoom beforehand to discuss what we wanted to capture and the shot list for photography. They did a great job relaying that information to our photography team the day of. They got every shot we wanted and then some! Ashley and Tammy were so much fun and wonderful to work with. I was especially impressed with Ashley's ability to get the formal pictures for both sides of my extended family (30 rowdy Filipinos getting together for a shot is NOT easy). When we did formals, romantics, etc they were so efficient, it didn't feel like we were missing out on other moments of our wedding. They really made sure we got to have as much time with guests as possible, while still capturing so many beautiful shots of us. They both captured so many beautiful shots of us, the details, and the guests. The sneak peek of our photo album came quickly and had us over the moon.
We met with our videographer, Brian, via zoom to discuss what we'd want for the wedding. He was really knowledgeable and professional, he gave us a picture of what to expect day of. He really valued our opinions for the video - wanting our input to make sure it was what we would like. Our guests really appreciated how friendly & respectful he was when he was filming. The way he captured so many moments and turned them into the cinematic masterpiece that is our wedding video is incredible. We have watched the video several times & shared it with all our friends. Every time we (the collective 'we' being literally anyone who watches the video, not just guests) watch the video, we feel like we are back at our wedding day - the tears, the joy, the laughter, and the love - all captured in that 7 minute video.
That whole day the Brian, Ashley, & Tammy were on the move and hyping us up. The photos/videos didn't feel unnatural, as some might worry about since they capture so many moments/shots. They helped us to stay relaxed and to have fun whenever we were with them. I've been in weddings before, but I've never experienced a photo/video team that was this fun and this professional. They celebrated with us, they laughed with us, and they made us feel so special on our magical day. The full album and the video that was delivered left us in tears in the best way.

My husband and I were connected to Epic Events Studios through our all inclusive package at the Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe. We were so pleased with our experience! All of our photography details were outlined well in advance. Questions and concerns were answered and listened to. You spend a good amount of time with your photographers on your wedding day... be sure to pick a good one! We LOVED our photographers. Ashley was our main photographer and Tammy our second shooter. They were personable, professional, and easy to work with! I trusted their direction in everything. They so beautifully captured our day and we are so, SO happy! Even if I hadn't been automatically connected to Epic Events, I would have chosen them anyway! Terrific staff, beautiful work. -

This photography team is amazing! They were always super responsive through email before the big day and my actual photographers for the day, Brittanee and Allie, were do incredible! They made everyone feel so comfortable and the pictures have come out great so far. Would definitely recommend them! -

From the initial zoom meeting up to the wedding day, our experience with Epic Events Studios was so smooth and I am so glad that they were there for our day. Planning during Covid was not easy and they were incredibly understanding and helpful when we had to push our initial wedding date for back almost a year.
Kristina was our main point of contact and our photographer and she was AMAZING - incredibly professional and great to be around. Kristina was very quick to respond to any emails and very detailed in her line of questioning regarding our wishes. She listened to what was important for us on our day and made it happen. My husband noted that he wanted more of a candid photo approach to the evening, and Kristina delivered.
The memories captured on our wedding day were priceless and the delivery of our full album was incredibly timely. We even got a sneak peak of the album a few weeks after the wedding.
We are so happy that Kristina and Epic Events Studios were in charge of such an important part our wedding and definitely recommend them to anyone for their wedding day! -

We had our wedding at the Secret Garden, and were so lucky to have had Epic Events Studios be the vendor that was a part of our package. We couldn't have asked for a better photography team! They not only took amazing photos for us on our wedding day, but we booked an engagement shoot with them as well in order to get to know the photographer ahead of time. All of our photos turned out incredible, and they were so helpful in guiding us with posing and knowing how to make us look our best. On the day of, they really took charge in making sure we could capture as many memorable moments as possible. They also helped keep our timelines as best they could, with the unexpected hiccups that no one could've anticipated (It was like having a second coordinator!). We really felt as though they cared about us and that they wanted us to get as many photos as we possibly could. -

We had an amazing experience working with epic events for our wedding day. Every step of the process was clear and thorough, from the initial meeting to the delivery of our photos! Kristina was our main photographer and she was amazing, she made us feel relaxed and at ease during the planning process and the day of the wedding as well. I love how comfortable she made us feel in front of the camera since we are kind of awkward, haha. We received a sneak peek a few weeks after the event and full delivery of all photos in a timely manner. It has been a crazy busy time in the wedding world the past few years, so I think it is important to keep that in mind when contacting them. The team is constantly shooting new weddings, editing, and working so hard daily that they will respond to you in a timely fashion but it is not going to be immediately. They are professionals and you can definitely trust them to do a wonderful job on your wedding day! I highly recommend upgrading to a second shooter as well, it was super worth it! We now have pictures we will treasure for many years to come. Thank you Epic Events Studios! -

Amazing photographs!
I can’t say enough good things about epic events studios, the photographers were amazing and helpful from start to finish. I was a little skeptical when I heard of an all inclusive package including Photographers, photography is a hard thing to master, not everyone can just pick up a camera and take beautiful pictures at a wedding. I was assured that this was not the case, and boy I’m glad I listened. Our photos are amazing, the photographers were wonderful to work with it, we are so happy. -
