  Epic Floral Design is the Best!

  I recently got married and had the pleasure of working with Epic Floral Design. From the very beginning, our experience was exceptional. We initially spoke with Jacqueline, whose warm demeanor and expertise during our consultation made us feel incredibly confident in choosing Epic Floral Design. Jacqueline went above and beyond, even doing a walkthrough at our venue to help us decide on the perfect floral setup. Afterward, Clara took over, and she was absolutely incredible to work with as well. Both Jacqueline and Clara made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The final result was breathtaking – the florals were stunning and truly brought our vision to life. If you’re in South Florida, I highly recommend Epic Floral Design. They do amazing work and are genuinely great people. I would choose them again and again without hesitation.

  Top Tier Florist

  I cannot begin to tell you all how amazing my experience with Epic was. The floral on my wedding day were absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I had asked for and even with last minute changes, they hit the nail on the head. I could not ask for a better florist. They are easily one of my two favorite vendors hired for my wedding.

  WOW!!! Jacqueline was amazing from beginning to end. She really took on my vision and worked with us to make sure that everything came out perfect! From the Chuppah to the centerpieces , the piano florals, to the ceiling florals, they KILLED IT!!!! Seeing my vision come to life and having this awesome team help me along the way was amazing and would recommend this team to anyone!!

  Thank you to the Amazing team at Epic Floral Designs. Working with Jacquline from the start she worked within our budget and gave some great ideas where I didn't know what I wanted/needed. The Floral Play Day, was the best day ever, it's where I truly saw the wedding I wanted and had dreamed of come together. We had so much fun through this process with this team. The day of the Wedding we met Clara, who is a so sweet, she delivered bouquets and boutonnières, which were stunning and saved the day right before the first look by helping with a boutonnière mishap. We briefly got to meet the team who were all hard working on building an absolutely beautiful archway, setting up all aisle runners, and setting up the cocktail/reception space. Thank you so much for all the hard work and making the day ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! We got so many compliments on the florals and Everyone got to take some flowers home at the end of the night which was unforgettable. Thank you again Team of Epic Floral Design, for being apart of our day and making it more than we could have ever imagined, you guys are amazing.

  If we were to do this all over again we’d choose Epic Floral Design all over again in a heartbeat! Jacqueline was fantastic! She was able to bring our vision to life with an understated elegant tropical theme while incorporating my favorite flowers and greenery for the bouquets while guiding us on how to incorporate beautiful colors and textures throughout. Clara was a dream to work with, and was super responsive, extremely prompt and incredibly professional. We had so many compliments on the florals and above all was beyond what I could imagine and made our special day that much more perfect. Exceptional team and would recommend over and over!!

  Clare and her crew were so very helpful and attentive to our needs. We were so pleased with the floral arrangements. They exceeded our expectations. They created such beautiful centerpieces , with additional accents candles, beautiful baskets, the men's boutonnieres were beautiful, my bouquet was exquisite with a spare one to throw and just as I had dreamed about . My bridesmaids were thrilled with their bouquets, They quickly helped make different solutions the day before our wedding since the weather didn't cooperate with our initial plans which might have been upsetting had they not advised me promptly and with such professionalism. Our wedding was on the rooftop of the Hilton with our cocktail hour on the roof then the reception was in their banquet hall. They really went above and beyond what we had expected. They arrived way before our ceremony and set everything up with Dariel from the Hilton Peir6 in Pompano without me having to worry for a second which helped make our day so very special. The flowers were fresh, elegant and whimsical all at the same time exactly as I wanted. I really couldn't have asked for more. When I initially called them I was in a panic I didn't have a wedding planner and neglected to book my florists seeing how highly recommended they were they did calm me down and quickly sent designs many of them in fact until they showed me exactly what I was dreaming about white roses, calla lilies, orchids ( which a month later the orchids are still alive) as well as palm fronds but in my panic I couldn't describe perfectly. It warmed my heart that they even included two wrist corsages for my 90 year old mother , I had only ordered one and she did break the first one so when I was able to replace that my mothers had tears of joy. They were delightful to work with and I highly recommend them.

  I cannot say enough great things about epic floral design!! I booked them about a year out from my date and the communication was perfect that whole year. I mainly worked with Jacqueline and then I worked with Clara the day of. Jacqueline was nothing less than amazing!!! She is so kind and a perfectionist at her craft. I have changed my mind about certain things I wanted and my vision sooooo many times and she really took the time to sit down and talk with me and helped me figure out and pin point exactly what I wanted. She was also very patient and accommodated all of my requests and emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. Not only this, but she was fantastic about staying within my budget and delivering such a beautiful and fruitful event without nickeling and diming and making you feel like you have to spend millions to have a beautiful event. Everything the day of was flawless from set up to take down and the florals (from my bouquet all the way to my flower wall) were more beautiful than I could ever imagine. My guests were blown away! Thank you so much ladies of epic floral design!!

  Incredible!

  Jacqueline and Clara were incredible! The florals turned out even more beautiful than I was anticipating! I am still getting comments on how pretty they were when people are looking at my photos. They were both so kind and the pricing was reasonable. We were SO happy with everything!

The flowers turned out extraordinarily beautiful, and there were even a few extra touches that we didn't realize we were getting beforehand like rose petals on some of our tables, etc. All of our guests complimented us on how beautiful all the florals were. I only wish we lived in Florida (destination wedding for us), so we could have taken them all home with us after! Couldn't recommend them more highly

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Jacquelyn from Epic Floral Design. After speaking with 15 floral companies, no one could capture our vision, even with inspiration photos. We had one conversation with Jacquelyn and she cued a proposal that exceeded our expectation and stayed within budget. We were amazed because we were so close to losing hope of finding the right floral company. Even better, when we were informed that there would be inclement weather, she rushed to a nearby store, called late in the night while she was there to ensure there was a plan B. They captured some of the most beautiful photos of the set up for us which meant so much to us because we wouldn’t have had them due to inclement weather. Through and through, Epic Floral Design went above and beyond. And we cannot wait to work with them again on future events. We love you Jacky!!   Epic experience!

  Due to Covid I had to cancel my large wedding last year and decided to have an intimate wedding for 30 guests very last minute. Jacqueline and Clara were able to bring together my vision within my budget very quickly and helped with picking linens etc. Thank you so much for making this happen with such short notice

  Excellent design and service

  EPIC created a wonderful, modern, elegant Cala Lily arrangements for our wedding! What I loved the most is that the team listened to our (fairly vague) thoughts about what we wanted and created something that was perfect for us and our budget. Both their vision and client service were excellent. Highly recommend!

  Beautiful florals, enthusiastic team!

  We loved working with Jacqueline! From the first day we started interviewing florists, she was communicative, prompt, and enthusiastic about helping us envision the florals for our wedding.
  
  She created gorgeous centerpieces using hydrangeas, roses, and greenery in all our wedding colors. They were all low, with curly willow for height, and votive candles creating a romantic atmosphere.
  
  We were two brides, with 5 bridesmaids apiece. (That’s 12 bouquets!) plus boutonnières for the fathers and the ring bearer. We also wanted one flower girl and two “flower grandmas” and Jacqueline provided three bags of flower petals in 3 unique colors for this purpose at no extra charge.
  
  They also helped us manage our costs by reusing our ceremony arrangement on the sweetheart table. One thing we were slightly confused about was whether the “chuppah” arrangement was different in any way from the regular ceremony floral arrangement, since they didn’t actually provide a covered structure for us to use and the gazebo on-site was used more as a backdrop. Besides that though, we loved everything about working with Epic Floral Designs!

  Despicable and Dishonest

  Brides deserve to know how shady and dishonest (in my opinion) this company is as I wish I did! I have signed contracts proving everything I say here to be true. We REGRET choosing Epic Florals. Their work was subpar and saddening for such a big day that we can never get back.
  
  We were disheartened by the inferior quality of their florals, their substandard/ delayed execution, and their mediocre efforts to make things right.
  
  1. Absent Cascading Bridal bouquet - They did not provide the cascading bridal bouquet that was in our contract. The minute it arrived at the venue, it fell apart in Clara’s hands. I had to use my bridesmaids smaller bouquets for photos. I was heartbroken that I could not do our bouquet toss as planned. My cascading bridal bouquet was supposed to be adorned with family heirlooms from my deceased grandparents; it was something sentimental that I envisioned in my photographs, so it was gutting not to have it.
  
  2. Bridesmaids bouquet, MOB & MOG corsages, and both groom and groomsmen boutonnieres - all of these items were arranged with wilted, dilapidated florals. The petals were falling off, one by one before the ceremony even began. The flowers in the bridesmaids bouquets were even turning brown. This was another eyesore in our photographs. The boutonniere on the Groom himself was especially disappointing as petals were falling off during the first look; they barely made it pass the ceremony.
  
  3. Arch - Although they tried diligently on the arch, you can see that there were baby’s breath flowers hanging down from the top, you could see that it was falling apart and the execution was sloppy.
  
  4. Delayed reception - they were 30 minutes late to setting up the reception area. On my wedding day, when I should be enjoying the moment, I was faced with having to decide if I wanted to pay extra thousands of dollars to extend both photography and saxophonist due to the delay. It was upsetting on all facets and really affected my mood, which should have been one of the happiest days of my life :(
  The sad truth is they sold me on a vision that they were not able to execute. During our communications I had doubts, and they reassured me that they were going to live up and exceed my expectations. To my dismay, they did not even come close. Something as basic as a bridal bouquet was robbed from me! Epic Florals really sold themselves in our email communications but sadly, did not live up to it at all.
  
  After expressing our disappointment, they only agreed to refund the cost of the bouquets, nothing else. They asked me to look beyond their inefficiencies and appreciate the wedding. Their dismissive response felt unfair and ultimately, I wish more than anything that I could go back in time and choose a better floral company. It’s so disappointing because I can literally never get this moment back ever again.
