    One of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process was to hire Whitney Hewitt with Erica Weddings as our day-of coordinator. She went WELL above and beyond the call of duty to provide insight, guidance, and support throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding I took total comfort in knowing that Whitney was handling all of the details and coordination efforts. She absolutely made my vision come true and I am beyond grateful for her excellent customer service! I highly recommend Whitney because she is professional, kind, organized, and an absolute delight to work with on what *can* be a stressful day, but truly should not be. Whitney took wonderful care of my husband and I on our wedding day! Hire her and you will not regret it.

    I honestly don't know what I would have done without Whitney as my wedding weekend coordinator! I plan events for a living so I thought I could do it all myself... until I realized that I was going to be a little bit busy on the big day :) Whitney jumped right in and took over and thought of so many things that I would have never thought about. She planned our wedding down to the minute and everything was perfect. She handled all the coordination between the vendors, made sure I paid them on time and allowed me to rest easy knowing that it was all handled. I highly recommend Whitney as the planner, she was laid back but also very on top of it which is hard to find in a wedding planner.

    I chose Whitney Hewitt from Erica Weddings to do my full event planning and coordination for my wedding. She did a superb job. She executed a flawless wedding and reception that met my vision. I am so grateful I found and hired her. I started working with her in February for an August wedding. I live in Alabama and our wedding was in Tulsa. I had minimal time on my hands to plan a wedding and she was excellent at simplifying the process for me. She drafted several documents on month-by-month to-do lists, budget sheets, timelines, and much more that was specific to my plan. She was able to get me good discounts with local vendors. She narrowed down the vendors to three that were within my budget, but still gave me the option of using others if I chose. She gave me honest advice when I was having trouble making a decision about lighting and asked for her opinion. She knew the florist might have the arch I dreamed of and that the DJ could build some unique pieces that I was discussing for the place cards. She helped to brainstorm of creative placecards to use, where to get them from, and multiple ways to display them. She researched the cheapest places for me to get the placecards and table holders as well as vases to purchase so we could donate the reception flowers to a local nursing home. She helped to make the rehearsal flow smoother as we worked through multiple ways of doing the ceremony. She coordinated with all vendors to ensure they were clear on the entire plan. She kept us on a timeline and ensured I had plenty of time to eat while at my own wedding, which was very important to me. Her staff facilitated the set up, execution, and cleanup of my events, allowing my family to enjoy the extended family that flew in for the wedding. She is well worth the cost!

    I worked with Erica for my wedding in June 2016. She saw my vision & pointed me in the direction of vendors that matched my wedding style & accompanied me to meetings. She kept us on track with budget and timelines as well. When she left for maternity leave, she handed the reins of my wedding to assistant Whitney Hewitt; Erica made sure this transition went smooth and still made herself available if we needed her. Whitney was unbelievable in those last few months of planning. She was on point and on top of EVERYTHING. Very organized & so so very helpful with all the last minute details. She went above & beyond. I could not have pulled off my dream wedding without either of these women and I cannot recommend Erica Weddings, Erica Scott or Whitney Hewitt enough!

    Veronica, with Erica Weddings, did a tremendous job helping plan the wedding, as well as, coordinating the actual wedding day. She was fantastic responding to our questions/concerns in a timely fashion.Veronica helped address concerns with other vendors, coordinated vendors, created a timeline, and troubleshooted last minute details the week of and the day of the wedding. Veronica, along with her assistant,Heather, helped make our special day run flawlessly. She has a gift of dealing with people with grace and style and we would recommend her without reservations. This was one of the best decisions we made with our wedding budget.

    We worked with Whitney for day of coordination. I wasn't quite sure what to expect with a day-of coordinator and when we were thinking about getting one I had a few people tell me it wasn't really necessary unless you have a giant wedding. I am SO glad I did not listen to those people! Whitney was absolutely amazing and she knows what you want before you even know what you want. She was one of my very favorite vendors we hired and was worth even more than what they charge...we got one heck of a deal for all she did for us! For day of coordination you meet a month or two before to go over all the details of the day. I'm sure this happens to most brides but my parents had some... opinions....on what they wanted for the big day that differed a bit from mine. Whitney backed me up in the nicest way and we were able to come to an agreement on the planning that made everyone extremely happy. She has the patience to deal with the same questions, over and over, which was amazing to me. And the best part is for any question anyone asks you, you can just say "I don't know, ask Whitney!". The day of had a few hiccups, most of which I never knew about till after the wedding because Whitney and her assistant, Heather, handled them all so very well. We had a chance of thunderstorms that day and before I even had time to freak out about potentially moving my wedding inside, Whitney had already made calls to find sides to the tent at the Dresser Mansion so we could still have my dream wedding reception. One of my vendors was not at their best that day, but Whitney was able to help out the situation and I was so happy she was there. You just never know what might happen! Heather brought us food and drinks to where we were signing our marriage license and they packed up everything and delivered it the next day. It's little things like this, including the extra effort Whitney made with our getaway, that made the extra expense in the wedding budget so worth it. Thank you, Whitney!!

    Erica and Whitney made our big day perfect! There are not enough words to describe how much their input and support truly made our day. I am not someone who has the wedding "gene" but you would never guess that by looking at my wedding. Working with Erica and Whitney gave me peace of mind and a beautiful day. They were responsive, professional, creative and kind. I would recommend Erica Weddings in a heartbeat!

    Whitney Hewitt was my "day of" coordinator, but she did so much more than that! We met with her once well in advance of the wedding date, and about one month out we met again for an incredibly comprehensive review of the wedding and all the planning my mom and I had completed to date. From there, Whitney took things over, confirmed details with all of our vendors, finalized all the small details one might overlook, and dealt with putting out some fires on our behalf. She was in constant coordination with my mom and me during the final weeks of the wedding, and her number one goal was to ensure that we weren't stressed with any details...she made it clear that that was her job. Thanks to her professionalism and organization, we had no concerns about putting our months of work into her hands for final execution. She was such a gem on the actual day, ensuring I was happy and that my needs were met without being invasive. I highly recommend Whitney and the use of a day of coordinator...she was worth every penny and then some!

    Whitney with Erica Weddings coordinated my rehearsal and my wedding day. So worth the money!!! Not only did she contact my vendors 5 weeks before so I wouldn't have to, but she made my wedding day a wonderful experience. Everything was seamless and it was all her doing! I would definitely recommend Whitney to anyone needing a wedding planner or coordinator.

    My husband and I got married on May 31, 2014 and we hired Whitney Hewitt from Erica Weddings to oversee our wedding on the day of and to help with the final touches. Whitney was outstanding! She took care of so much more than I even expected she would. At one point on our wedding day I had left my bouquet where I had been changing and she immediately took her heels off so she could take off sprinting back to the changing room to get it for me. She was always so calm and reassuring. She never made me feel like anything was out of control. I would HIGHLY recommend Whitney from Erica Wedding's! She was so pleasant to work with and she stayed till the bitter end of the night helping my parents move all the presents and decor into their cars. I couldn't have been happier with her!

    It is simply incredible to think about all of the coordinating and organizing that Erica did to make my daughter's wedding absolutely perfect. She works so well with all of the various vendors and assured that there were no last minute surprises or concerns. We selected Erica based on several recommendations from other brides and mothers of the bride. Erica exceeded all of our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend her. What a pleasure to work with such an amazing professional and great person.

    Erica is amazing!! she was wonderful! all my vendors loved working with her, partly because she already has a great working relationship with them! she kept everyone in line and on time. although I know I didn't make that easy on her!

    Erica was such a blessing throughout our wedding. We loved working with her and she is the best there is. She did such an incredible job making sure our wedding wasn't stressful. She was there with all the right answers for any questions we had and always willing to help. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. I highly recommend Erica, you will not be sorry at all!

    Garret was our wedding planner through Erica Weddings. What a wonderful and spunky lady and a fantastic wedding planner! She was flexible yet consistent, and gave wonderful advice. She was even able to corral my rambunctious and overly opinionated family on the day of the wedding! She was a much needed comfort for a stressed bride- I had complete trust in her for our wedding day. Highly recommended!

    The day would not have been the same without Erica! I would have been so stressed with details, but she took care of everything that I was thinking about without even being asked! So glad we decided to acquire her services! It was the one day I didn't want to be stressed, and I ended up not having to be all because of her. Thank you!!!

    Erica was wonderful, we only hired her for the day of but any time we needed to meet with her she would with out any problems . She was there at the rehearsal as well. She was wonderful not only did she do all the setting up she also helped me in my dress and laced it up as well as my second dress. she had to run and get a cake stand because one of the vendors forgot it also she had to hem my husbands pants, she was wonderful and definitely worth every penny.

    When we first started planning our wedding we decided to hire a wedding planner to help us through the whole process. After a few interviews, we hired Erica Weddings. She is very easy to work with, especially considering our crazy work schedules and us living in a different city as our wedding. If you are planning a wedding in the Tulsa area, you need to hire Erica. She is worth her weight in gold on the day of the wedding, especially if she has been involved throughout the whole planning process.

    Pros:
    - She coordinated all communications with vendors and rentals.
    - She makes sure all items to be returned to vendors after the event are returned on time. This keeps family or bride/groom from having to worry about it that night or the next day.
    - She made sure we ate during the reception (very big deal).
    - She handled nearly all issues before they ever became an issue and before we heard about them.
    - We had a strict budget with expensive priorities and she helped to make it all happen, in budget and it turned out amazing.
    - She is very easy to get a hold of any time of day and is very flexible when meeting with out of town clients.

    Cons:
    - We honestly don't have any Cons that come to mind.

    I don't know how to express how happy I was working with Erica Weddings. She is the PERFECT person to work with for such a special day. From the moment I met her I knew she was the best. She has an ease about her that makes planning your wedding actually fun rather than stressful. She is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and an overall, genuinely good person. She made the process a great experience. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped me achieve it. I honestly dont know what my wedding would have been like without her! It was the best day I have ever had and I owe a lot of the credit to her. Not once was I stressed on the actual wedding day, and everything flowed so smoothly. I got compliment after compliment of how relaxed everything seemed, how organized the whole day was, and how much fun everyone had. I cannot say enough good things about her or thank her enough for her hard work. She is honestly the best person to work with and I recommend her wholeheartedly!

    Choosing Erica as my wedding planner was by far the BEST decision I made during my wedding planning process. Erica did everything she said she would do and more. When you read in magazines or hear other brides say that you need a wedding planner believe it! You do need a wedding planner because you will not think of everything and with the wedding stress you will inevitably forget something. Erica took so much stress off my shoulders; she answered every question I had (the girl responds to emails faster than anyone I know) and she always had a solution or idea for every possible situation. She also introduced me to the absolute best vendors which was a huge blessing - with so many vendors to choose from it was assuring to know that I was using people who are trusted in the Tulsa wedding community.
    I honestly cannot recommend Erica enough. She literally helped me with everything. When we started planning I had no clue what I wanted, no idea what colors to choose, when the date was going to be, where the reception should be held...I needed help. Enter Erica. She got to know me and helped me figure out exactly what kind of wedding I wanted, what kind of wedding my fiance wanted, and she blended them together to create an absolutely beautiful wedding. She helped me figure out what my dream wedding was and she achieved it.
    Another thing I have to compliment Erica on is her organization. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to organizing and when I first saw Erica with her big wedding binder with my name on it I knew we were going to click.
    My wedding day went off without a hitch. Thanks to Erica my parents were able to enjoy themselves and know that everything would go seamlessly. Because of Erica I was relaxed on my wedding day and was able to enjoy every moment without worrying about all the little technical details. That was the best gift in the world, to just be able to enjoy my wedding day stress free and soak it all in.
    Erica truly is the best wedding planner you will find. She created my dream wedding and I will always have her to thank for that.

    If there were a way to give more than a 5 out of 5 rating, I would! Erica was outstanding! I'm a little bit of a control freak, so trusting someone with the details of my daughter's wedding was a little tough, but after the first few times of asking Erica "what about this?", and Erica saying "yes, already done," I was able to relax. Even though we only used her for the "day of" wedding planning, she went above and beyond. She worked with all of our vendors coordinating timing, checking on the ceremony site and the reception site, and making sure that everyone and everything got to the right place at the right time. I could list several pages of everything she took care of for us, so that we could fully enjoy the day! The result? An absolutely flawless wedding that we and all of our guests will never forget! Thanks, Erica!

    Ohhhh Erica Weddings...I feel like I could write a novel about all the reasons why you should choose them! First off, to say that I'm a perfectionist is an understatement, especially when it came to my wedding. I knew what I wanted from the very beginning, and Erica helped me achieve my dream! She listened to all my crazy ideas, offered advice and counsel, and helped me achieve an overall theme and see the "big picture." We chose a more "customized" package if you will, and it was worth every penny. My mom can't stop talking about how much we love Erica and has recommended her to everyone I know! I knew that her services were needed, but I didn't truly understand until our wrap-up meeting: WOW. So many things I never thought about until Erica brought them up! Our wedding day was flawless and I know that Erica and her assistant (sorry that I can't remember her name!) were the reason! I literally worried about NOTHING that day. The best feeling in the world is knowing that at the end of the day you're marrying your best friend and that nothing else matters, but it helps to know that you're getting the wedding of your dreams, as well! Please, PLEASE call Erica! Don't hesitate! It's beyond worth it. I can look back at my wedding and smile because I was stress-free! Thank you, Erica! I could never say that enough!

    Loved working with Erica!! She provided vendor referrals and day-of coordination for our wedding and she was AWESOME! I was completely un-stressed on our wedding day because I knew she had everything under control. We were extremely pleased with all of the vendors she referred us to as well! We had a great experience working with Erica! :)

    I would highly recommend Erica Weddings to every bride!!! I did not worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding!!!! Everything ran smoothly thanks to her!! If I could do it all over again.. I would definitely ask Erica to be a part of our special day again!!! She was extremely helpful and also recommended other great vendors!!! Thanks again!!!

    You must must must must must use ERICA for all your wedding planning needs! Everyone she is so incredibly amazing at what she does! She would get down on her knees and scrub the floor if she has to, I mean she is just the complete package! She definitely made our special day PERFECT! It could not have gone any smoother or more perfect because of her hard work and excellent assistant Krystal! Thanks to you both for an amazing Rehearsal and Wedding Day! Love to you both!

    Erica and everyone else @ Erica Weddings made our special day an amazing and relaxing event. From the time we booked Erica as our wedding coordinator, everything ran very smoothly. Erica helped us with the wedding day coordination and also with designing our color theme and decor for both the ceremony and the reception. All the vendors she recommended to us were excellent and the best in the area. On the wedding day, my family and I did not stress about anything! Everything ran smoothly! It was a great day! I have recommended Erica to all my engaged friends and many of them have chose her! She truly was a great part in making our wedding day such a beautiful, successful, and memorable day!
