  Personalized unique wedding keepsake.

  I saw live paintings for weddings happening on instagram. I knew I had to surprise my soon to be husband with one for our wedding day. A quick search turned up Erika Event Painting as a local artist. Communication with Erika was easy via email and a quick phone call, I immediately booked her. Payments were super easy as well. Erika arrived at our venue on our wedding day, snagged some photos of our ceremony and went to work during cocktail hour and reception. My husband was so surprised when he saw her. Even better was how completely blown away at the end of the night he was with the finished product. So many guests visited with Erika throughout the night. She was so kind and pleasant with every person. Every guest has complimented me for the unique idea and raved about her process and the finished product!

  June 2023 Wedding

  A live painter was a top “must have” for us. We found Erika through another artist that we found on The Knot. We are so thrilled to have found her! Erika was so kind and easy to work with. Her work shows for itself - our guests truly couldn’t stop talking about the painting as she brought it to life. Erika painted our first dance on an 20” x 30” canvas. We opted to not add any additional detail to the painting after the fact, and we’re able to take it home the same night. If you’re looking to add that extra something to your night and have memorabilia to cherish forever, we cannot recommend Erika enough!

  Amazing Painter!

  Having Erika paint our first dance was perfect! She was so easy to work with and the painting looks so realistic; she painted the picture on-site and finished that night. She had people walking up to her, speaking to her, and watching over her shoulder while painting. But apparently, none of that bothers her, because this painting is something my husband and I will cherish forever. Everyone was saying, “Did you see the painting?” Erika isn’t just a painter - She’s also an entertainer, as people stared all night watching her greatness. We’ve never seen such fantastic detail like this. And still can’t believe she did the painting on-site and finished it the same night. It’s unreal. She’s super talented. We will frame our painting and put it in the Living Room to show it off to everyone who walks into our house from now on. Incredible!

  I must say that having Erika capture my husband and I’s first dance has been one of the most treasured possessions we have of our wedding day. Each painting she does is unique to each client due to their venue, wedding dress, decorations, etc. When you have a painting of your wedding, no one else has one like it. It’s a one of a kind piece that brings back memories of the best day of your life. Erika’s work is beautiful and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a unique element at their wedding reception with an momento that you get to take home and hang up to see for years to come!

  Absolutely fantastic! Wedding live painter

  I always knew I wanted a live painter at my daughters wedding, and after viewing several works from different artists, Erika’s work was hands down the absolute best. Erika was wonderful to work with starting from our first correspondence until the beautiful and flawless painting arrived at my home. I highly recommend Erika for anyone’s event. Her paintings are outstanding and she is a pleasure to work with. I will surely use her in the future!

  I highly recommend hiring Erika to live paint your wedding!! Her work is absolutely stunning and our guests were blown away by the progress she made on our painting throughout the night. She is so easy to communicate with, organized, and professional. She took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for and our painting came out beautiful. So many of my guests are still commenting on how cool it was having her there!

  Erika's Event Painting was beyond words the most beautiful and unique part of our day! I had so many people come up to me asking about the painting and wanted to get her card for future events. =) We now have the beautiful keepsake from our day at West Hills to hang up in the house and cherish as a married couple forever.   Erika did an amazing job painting my wife and I at the ceremony. She was extremely helpful in realizing our vision for the painting, and once we had that vision she brought it to life right in front our eyes. The live painting added a unique and intimate aspect to the wedding, our guests loved watching her work on the painting throughout the wedding and drew a lot of interest. The first thing my wife and I did when we got home was hang the painting up right away. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.   Erika painted my first look in the foyer of our venue and it was absolutely incredible. She was such a pleasure to work with and her artwork is phenomenal!   Erika was the perfect addition to our wedding. Not only was the final painting PERFECT (literally perfect), the experience of having her paint live at our wedding was incredible. Our guests were truly amazed. So many of them came up to us during, and after the wedding paying so many compliments! They loved Erika and watching the process come to life.

  Excellent from start to finish!!!!

  Everything from start to finish was flawless. Erika was extremely thorough in explaining the different ways to go about painting for my sisters wedding. She was prompt with responses and was personable. She was organized and knew exactly what to request from the venue for her set up. The night of the wedding was flawless, and the time needed to finish the painting was well within reason. I recommend her without reservation to everyone!

She was prompt with responses and was personable. She was organized and knew exactly what to request from the venue for her set up. The night of the wedding was flawless, and the time needed to finish the painting was well within reason. I recommend her without reservation to everyone!
