  Amazing!!!

  Gracias a Essence caters, atendido por sus propios dueños, mi casamiento fue espectacular. La comida y el servicio fueron estupendos. Lucrecia, Josefina y Paul estuvieron súper presentes desde el minuto uno. Todo fue organizado con muy poco tiempo de anticipación y la verdad que sin ellos no habría sido posible!!! Como se imaginarán, en el día de mi casamiento mi apetito fue casi nulo pero absolutamente todos los invitados hablaron de la calidad de la comida. La decoración también estuvo a cargo de ellos y lograron plasmar nuestra personalidad en cada uno de los detalles. Asimismo, aprovecharon el espacio a la perfección!!! Gracias, gracias, gracias!!!

  What a wonderful experience with Essence! We met with many catering companies before meeting Essence and we were definitely surprised with the professionalism and attentiveness we received from Paul. There were lots of good options to choose from for catering but Paul worked closely with us to allow us to provide the main entree´ from our family's restaurant. We did our sample tasting at the comfort of our house and Paul and his team brought all their supplies and equipment to ensure that there was no mess or use of the kitchen. It was great! We had both sets of parents join us and it turned out to be a wonderful family moment. Paul was excellent and described each appetizer as he presented them and explained how he would serve them during cocktail hour.
  We were very impressed with his presentation of all our appetizers and entree´. Our guests truly enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend Essence, be sure to speak with Paul. We will definitely be using Essence for future celebrations.

  Great and Reliable Service

  Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem.
  With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly.
  The bar service was also very good.
  
  I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!!

  This is an amazing caterer. Great service and always available for us. The food was amazing! I still have family and friends that bring up how delicious the food was at our wedding. Presentation was wonderful and event staff were also great. I've dealt with a few other caterer in Miami and nothing compares.

  Where do i even start?! This catering company is beyond amazing. I had a limited budget and a large wedding party, as we all do. Lucrecia and Paul were beyond extremely helpful in identifying things that were vital for the event and things that i could cut to ensure that i stayed within my budget. They went with me multiple times to the venue to determine the best set up to make the best use of the space, responded to thousands of my emails and text messages and basically made my wedding the best day of my life.
  
  Both Lucrecia and Paul have impeccable taste and i would trust them blindly with any set-up/ decor decisions. I basically let them set everything up for me to their taste and it was absolutely perfect.
  
  THE FOOD!!!! Okay, so some catering companies have beautiful setup, etc. But when it comes down to it, your guests will notice the taste of the food, and they will say something about it. EVERYONE at our wedding literally was asking me where the food was from, one girl said she just had the best tomato of her life - yes, at our outdoor wedding. Paul knows what he is doing in the kitchen and that is beyond evident.
  
  I would book essence for every major or large scale event, over and over again.

  The food was phenomenal! EVERYONE has been commenting on how amazing the food was! Paul is amazing to work with and was able to make my wedding perfect!! Highly recommend him to anyone!

  We did not have the opportunity to taste the food before the wedding, but it turned out to be delicious. We received many compliments from our guests. The menu presented to us was exactly what we wanted. The caterer was proactive, making suggestions, and helping us plan our event. He met with us on Christmas Eve to go over final details so that we would have no surprises.
