    Essig entertainment provided us with all of our chairs, tables, linens, dishware, and lighting for our garden wedding. They had exceptional service and communication. The owner even came to the venue several times after 9:00pm to assure that the lighting was perfect. Cindy, our main contact, was always on point. She always had great ideas, she was extremely helpful, and always quick to communicate. I would recommend Essig entertainment to anyone planning a wedding, or any other kind of party!

    I found Essig Entertainment at the Oregon Wedding Showcase in Eugene in January 2011. They had a four star review on a wedding website, unlike some of the other party rental companies with numerous bad or neutral reviews. After getting an estimate I was able to compare their prices with two other vendors in the area, and Essig came out ahead.

    From the very beginning, I found everyone at Essig to be friendly, helpful, and very responsive to my inquiries. I had an opportunity to go to their warehouse and see the tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware in person and pick out the items I wanted. It was a very easy process. I made some changes along the way and the employees were friendly and accommodating.

    Delivery came on the Thursday before the wedding and the items were in great shape and exactly what I'd ordered. Better yet, the crew came on Sunday after the wedding and loaded everything up in 30 minutes on a VERY rainy day, allowing my in-laws to relax and enjoy a quiet day after a hectic week. My husband, in-laws, and I were all pleased with Essig, and I'd recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or other large event.

    Essig did both my sister's and my wedding, 12 years apart. They are a great company and our family will continue to come back to with large event needs in the future!

    Essig did a pretty good job with event rentals for our wedding. We rented tables, chairs, linens, and a few market umbrellas. One of the umbrellas arrived broken, but they were great & came back with a new replacement. We did find that some of the chairs were dirty when we set them up - they looked like they had some sort of drink spilled on them and hadn't been cleaned before we got them. They cleaned up fine, but we hadn't thought we'd have to do that with the amount we paid for rentals. Essig employees were nice & great, however.

    This is a horrible business!!! Sounds like they do great work for weddings, but we used them for our seminar A/V equipment, and they randomly tried to add things to the bill. The person we paid to be on-site used that as a sales tool to pad our invoicing. Beware, if you use them for anything other than weddings.

    Owners are inconsiderate

    The people that own this company are rude and inconsiderate. Given the chance they would cut you off and run you off the road - those type of people. Use caution!!!
