Angela was amazing to work with. She took such beautiful shots of our wedding day. I couldn't of picked a better person to have their. She was fun and professional and worked great with our families. -

Angela took the time to talk to me through text, email, and phone calls. I am extremely scatter brained sometimes and she was able to put all my thoughts into action. I can't wait to see the images. -

I typically am 20-30 minutes early to every event, which is why I am pretty confused. User2141694 Sent on 05/21/2015Great value for the money and great photos, but was disappointed with day of procedures. Showed up very early without notice and tried to ask questions about the schedule while I was getting ready, which we had already given her in writing and talked about before the date. Took formal group photos of practically everyone at the event instead of just immediate family as discussed, so photos took up most of the wedding. Missed most of my favorite songs and barely got to eat or see my family and friends, most of whom drove or flew in from out of the area, due to the photographer's poor timing. Let family (that was not paying her) tell her to take more shots that we didn't ask for, which ate up more time. We also had requested mostly candids but got a lot of cheesy posed shots. She was very nice and good in a pinch, just make sure she understands exactly what you want and don't want ahead of time.
P.S. Your response was to the wrong bride. This was not a recent wedding. It's unfortunate that you have had the same issues with others. I don't really want to continue to argue, which is why this was anonymous, but I thought you might want to edit or remove your reply so as not to offend the other bride you're speaking of.Eternal Inspiration Photography's reply:
Hello, previous EIP Bride! I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with my services. :/ Im not positive which bride this, but would be happy to clear up any misunderstandings, or to chat with you to see how EIP can make this right.
I make it a point to keep in contact with my brides to see if there is anything I can do for them , after they have received their images/products. Which makes this review a little perplexing to me, since I have not spoken to a bride who had mentioned these, or any, issues :/
Again, I apologize for you being unhappy with my services, and hope to be able to make them right, but can only do so if you contact me and let me know who you are ;)

PS- Again, I will reiterate that I do not have any idea which bride is bringing forth this review, so I am unable to fully "defend" my position.
I can say that since you are not a recent bride, that I wish you would have contacted me sooner so I could have made things right. Also, I have grown and developed my talents and abilities quite a bit over the years and as with any new business, every event is a learning experience. I still show up earlier than my start time, because there could potentially be traffic and I would hate to be late ;), I also confirm the Itinerary when I arrive because I have learned that things change even up to the morning of the event and I want to make sure I am where I need to be. I will take your concerns into consideration with future brides, make sure that the pose list for portraits is clarified, and that I touch base with the dj to make sure that they do not play the brides fav songs prior to us arriving. Thank you for your input, as that is the only way EIP can continue to learn and grow :)
Understandably there are 2 sides to each story, and I would hope that any future brides would feel free to contact me with any concerns this review may have brought :)
