Natalie and Tyler were such a sweet and calming energy to have around on this momentus day.
I hired Eucalyptus & Rose for month of coordinating services but Natalie was always available leading up to service period to answer questions. When it got down to the month of she took all planning off my hands. Coordinating the final timeline and details amoung our various vendors. Just a wonderful experience! Highly reccomend -

Eucalyptus & Rose was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I did quite a bit of DIY and didn’t want to shoulder family members with the responsibility of setting it up the day of. So we went with the Month-of-Coordination option and it was perfect. Natalie was easy to communicate with, super organized, and very professional. And on the day of the wedding, her and Tyler are just the epitome of calmness. I don’t know how we would’ve done it all without them. It was invaluable having someone support you and cover the details so you and your family can enjoy your big day. -

I booked Eucalyptus and Rose about two years out from my wedding, and while it was only month of services, Natalie helped me throughout the entire process. Always able to reach out to vendors, give me advice, and make sure I was on track.
We met up about a month out from our wedding, and Natalie made sure everything was planned and that she understood exactly what we wanted for our big day. She reached out to all our vendors, made sure everyone was on the same page, and went above and beyond to make sure going into wedding day we were totally set.
As for wedding day….. Natalie and Tyler made sure literally everything was taken care of. Set up, organization, sticking to our timeline, and clean up was taken care of by them. If something went wrong, I have zero idea because they took care of EVERYTHING. When I was told I needed a planner I thought to myself “eh, nah” but now I have no idea how I would have gotten through wedding day without Natalie and Tyler.
There are people who do their job for a paycheck, and then there are people who do their job because they truly love it. Eucalyptus and Rose falls into that second category. They are thoughtful, hard working, organized, and all around the best at what they do. We would use them over and over and over.
Natalie and Tyler are just great people - if they hadn’t been our planners, they are definitely the type of people we’d easily befriend and want at our wedding anyways. -

Working with Eucalyptus and Rose was genuinely one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. My husband and I felt so covered and supported by Natalie and Tyler the month leading up to our wedding. Natalie was completely available to me our entire wedding planning process. She provided extremely helpful month by month checklists for our entire process. The month leading up to the wedding she became the main contact for all of our vendors. Natalie covered everything from small details to negotiating major issues with one vendor regarding an insurance issue. It’s hard to accurately communicate the peace she brought the month leading up to the wedding. Our other vendors loved working with her. They all communicated that she was kind, quick to respond, and very organized. My husband and I got married in Winter Park on 10/2/22. Days before our wedding, Hurricane Ian devastated many parts of Florida, including the Orlando area. The Day Ian hit Orlando (three days before our wedding), Tyler and Natalie drove to our wedding venue in bad weather to assess the damage and see if the power was on. They sent my husband and I videos of the area and helped answer any questions they could. I found out after the wedding that Natalie had proactively emailed all of our vendors and told them not to email or contact me at all regarding the hurricane, because she didn’t want to add to our stress, but to only contact her with hurricane related questions or updates. I am still somewhat in shock over the level Natalie and Tyler fought for and protected my husband and I from any stress they could while they were dealing with their own stress from living in an area hit hard by the hurricane.
Knowing what I do now, I would literally change my wedding date if necessary to have Natalie and Tyler as my wedding coordinators. They are kind and fun, but also the strong and professional leaders you need for your planning and wedding day. Also, all of my family and other vendors loved working with them. My brother has already reached out to get their information for a friend’s wedding because he was so blown away by Natalie and Tyler on our wedding weekend. Do not hesitate to hire and work with them. They will be a gift to you and everyone involved in your wedding.

Natalie from Eucalyptus & Rose coordinated our wedding on April 27th, 2019. She was wonderful and super easy to work with. She met with us on several occasions to get a feel for our "wants" for our big day. She communicated between us and our other wedding vendors frequently. Any issues or changes we wanted made she took care of right away. The morning of our wedding she was a big help with getting things set up and decorating. We had a bunch of extra fresh greenery that she was able to create beautiful garland for our serving tables. She helped the caterer, cake delivery, and DJ all set up and be on the same page. All of our family and friends raved about how attentive and sweet she was. She went around during our reception to make sure everyone was okay, having a good time, and ask them if they needed anything or a drink refill. I would highly recommend hiring Natalie as your wedding coordinator! -

Eucalyptus and Rose were amazing! I was so overwhelmed with the planning process. Natalie took everything head on and completely took away all of my stress! Our wedding was beautiful and ran so smoothly. Any problems that arose were dealt with and I had absolutely no worries day of. Natalie went above and beyond and we're so appreciative of all of her hard work! -

Through planning my wedding I always considered highering a day-of-coordinator but due to cost I was always hesitant. When my pastor recommended that we get one during pre-marital counseling that was all the confirmation I needed and I am so glad we did! Natalie was a God sent from the start. Her attention to detail, reliability, and approach made me comfortable leaving our special day in her hands. She also worked with my fiance and maid-of-honors behind the scenes on planning surprises for me that added a special touch. She fine-tuned my vision and partnered with vendors to make it happen. She also organized practice with my crazy bunch of friends and family and made sure everyone knew their role. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch! I felt so relaxed and sure that everything would be okay because I knew Natalie had it covered. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone considering highering a month-of-coordinator! -

If you are in need of a wedding planning, Eucalyptus and Rose is the best choice you can make for your big day. From the moment we met Natalie, my husband and I felt at ease working with her. She is composed, well-organized, thoughtful, and creative. She was an amazing thought partner in the month leading up to the wedding helping us fine tune the final details. On the day of the event, she ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we enjoyed the celebration. She was even kind enough to drive us to the after party because it was pouring rain and we could no longer walk to the location. All of our vendors spoke highly of her – complimenting her communication and organizational skills during the lead up time and on the big day. You can tell from the moment you met Natalie that she is passionate about her work. She truly wants every couple to enjoy their big day and will go above and beyond to help make their day memorable. When finding the perfect Month of Coordinator, I knew I wanted two things. A great price and reliability. Although hesitant to hire a coordinator at first, I wouldn’t have changed our choice for one second. Natalie went absolutely above and beyond in every single aspect of our wedding to ensure the day was perfect. When we had last minute hair and makeup cancellations less than a week before the wedding, Natalie had solutions on hand. Something that really struck me with her services were her reliability and attention to detail. Natalie is assertive in her approach to make sure that we were taken care of but also our guests. If you want something done, Natalie is absolutely on it. She will ensue dominance within your event to make sure what the couple wants will be done in a timely matter. However, she will only show assertiveness where it’s in the couples best interest. She easily blended in with the wedding crowd and didn’t stand out too much but stayed behind the scenes to ensure everything went flawlessly. During our meetings, she came on hand with all the right questions and planning materials to make sure not a single detail was missed. She clearly spent many hours of her own time contributing by contacting the caterer, photographer, venue, etc to make sure everyone was on the same page. She even printed a personal minute by minute schedule. When a detail changed, she made sure everyone participating knew asap and sent us a personal updated copy. My now husband and I thought we wouldn’t need a month of coordinator. However looking back, so many last minute things come up and without having Natalie to help us, I know we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our wedding. I am an absolute believer in having a month of coordinator and can promise you that Natalie will be everything you need and more. Our day of coordinator provided by our venue could not come close in comparison to how beneficial Natalie was. She is the reason we had a stress free wedding and if I were to do it over again, I would always pick her. Thank you Natalie for being so professional and patient with us during this process! If you’re looking for a reasonable and reliable coordinator, Natalie is the perfect fit for you!
