  Excellent Customer Service

  I can honestly say that if it had not been for Madison Cody, I probably would not have been able to fix all of the issues that came up from problems with the flowers to the cake, etc. Madison literally save my daughter’s wedding by helping me to reroush the wedding cake that had melted icing, pull foliage out of the cake spray flowers, pull wilted roses out of arrangements, and literally rearrange the flowers that had been carelessly left on the columns without a second glance. I put my heart and soul into my only child’s wedding and I wanted everything to be perfect for her! Thanks to Madison, it was perfect! It was a beautiful wedding and she did an excellent job of keeping me sane and still attending to the timeline to keep everything on track! She deserves more than 5 stars to me! Thanks again Madison for all that you did for Grace! ❤️

  Event Babes is the best planner out there!

  Working in event planning myself and always feeling the need to be “in control,” it was important for me to find a reliable and trust worthy planner for our wedding. We were already on a tight timeline and I had specific needs, so it was a miracle when I came across Event Babes’ Facebook page and website. Shortly after sending an inquiry, I received a message from Madison about setting up a time to call and see if we would be a good fit for each other. She listened closely and asked questions to be sure we were on the same page. Although I only hired Event Babes for the day of coordinating, Madison checked in monthly, and in some cases, weekly, leading up to the wedding to see if I had questions or needed assistance. She offered resources and guidance through the entire process. She handled everything so seamlessly the week and day of the wedding. Madison’s genuine happiness for wedding coordinating shines through and her calming demeanor makes her a pleasure to work with. My husband and I both agree that she was instrumental in making our day so special.

  10/10 amazing

  Madison was a dream as a wedding coordinator. She made sure the day went seamlessly and I never knew if any mishaps happened. She took so much stress off of my mom as well. She’s also very sweet and easy to work with. She paid attention to all of the details for me. I can’t recommend her enough

  Outstanding

  I had Event Babes decorate for my son's rehearsal dinner in October of 2021. They were easy to work with and everything was decorated beautifully. It exceeded my expectations. Since I was so pleased with them, I booked them again for my other son's rehearsal dinner later on this year.
