Parris planned my wedding in SC, while I was living in DC. I could not have done any of it without her. Throughout the process, I felt like I didn't have to an single thing. She handled every single aspect of the wedding. This gave me the ability to enjoy the day. Her team was also amazing and super fun to work with! I cannot express enough how greatful I am to have had them. The detailed budget sheet was 10/10. Parris kept me on track with my budget. The timeline had every single detail of the day. Parris did a great job helping us plan our slightly nontraditional wedding! We chose the partial planning option, so we didn't start actively working with her until closer to the wedding, but even before that she was always available by email and was happy to apply her expertise to any question we had, no matter how small.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was great and helped us to craft the perfect timeline for the wedding day and made sure all the details were accounted for.
Our wedding day went perfectly! She kept the ceremony running smoothly and was right there if we needed anything from organizing the procesional to helping put on my dress. She and her assistants took care of every detail at the reception. I did not have to worry about a thing. Everything I needed was anticipated and any request we had was immediately taken care of.Eventfully Chic by Parris's reply:

Parris is an AMAZING wedding planner!! Her full service planning package helped us stay on track with budget & her network of vendors were incredibly helpful to have. At the end of the day, Parris, her assistants, & her recommended vendors made our wedding day everything we had dreamed of and more. As the bride & groom, we really just got to sit back & fully enjoy the day, knowing that she was taking care of everything!Eventfully Chic by Parris's reply:

I Do at the Zoo
This wedding would absolutely not have been possible without Parris. We originally chose her day of coordination package, and then we found out we were expecting a baby and realized we needed more help. Parris was more than happy to upgrade our package to her full serivces and effortlessly took on vendor coordination, decoration rental and more. It was such a seamless transition and I did not have any wedding stress, which allowed me to focus on pregnancy and having a newborn. I handed full control to Parris without a second thought. I live out of town, and with having a newborn we did not get to see a lot of things in person. It might scare some brides, but I showed up on my wedding day without having seen my bouquets, the decorations or the reception set up- and I was not worried in the slightest. Parris was able to execute our vision flawlessly and it was more than we could have ever hoped for. I would absolutely recommend Parris for any event. She is so warm and personable, and is definitely in the right business. Parris, we cannot thank you enough for being part of our day.Eventfully Chic by Parris's reply:

Fantastic wedding planner!

While being indecisive about selecting a wedding planner, there was something Parris said to me that will always stand out. She said "Even if you don't choose me, choose someone as your wedding planner." This revealed to me that I could trust her, she was considerate and that she was not selfish. (Not to mention, at the time she was expecting her baby any day but was still willing to extend her services to me)
Her organizational skills matched my personal and professional way of being and she ALWAYS calmed my panick and anxiety (even if she was working behind the scenes without me knowing what fires she was putting out.) I never imagined that Parris would have such a personal place in my heart! She made wedding planning FUN and not STRESSFUL! She even provides a timeline checklist to ensure that you are on track prior to your wedding day! She also has an amazing team to work along with her! :)
My only suggestion would be to use ONLY her "Know & Trusted" list. Any issues that I had came from vendors that I selected "myself" and not a direct ECBP referral. TRUST HER- She's award winning and nominated for a reason! I could write several chapter books on this beautiful soul but I'll forever be grateful for WHO she is and not just WHAT she does!

Wonderful planner and experience
I can't say enough great things about Parris and the experience I had working with her. I loved her mood boards and the graphics she sent of the tables, etc to help me get a better idea of how things would actually look. That was so incredibly helpful! Not only does she help make the day go by smoothly, but she's also very kind. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and I can't recommend her enough!!Eventfully Chic by Parris's reply:

From day one, Parris put me at ease about our wedding day. Her experience and knowledge is so invaluable throughout all steps of planning. At one point, I was nervous about a choice I made with decor and she suggested an alternative that was so perfect it was like she picked it out of my brain. Parris knew all of the best prices and deals around Columbia which helped tremendously to try and stay in budget but still achieve our vision. She responded to all of my random texts and emails when I had questions or needed anything promptly and kindly. I couldn't have imagined our big day without Parris and her team! They handled every single detail to ensure that everyone had a fantastic night. I'm so glad I hired Parris and highly highly highly recommend her to any couple looking for extra help planning their big day! -

Parris made my dream wedding come together! I have known Parris for over a decade and it was great having a long time friend plan our wedding. She had amazing suggestions for all of the vendors, and they all did such a wonderful and professional job. I wanted to throw a giant party and Parris made it happen. My friends danced the entire night and I cannot wait to see the pictures and videos from the evening. I get stressed very easily, but Parris runs a tight ship and I never had to worry about a single detail. I’m still living in a blissful state since that night, and I would recommend Parris and her amazing team to any bride. -

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and Parris was to thank for much of this. We went with Parris’s partial wedding planning package, as we had already begun selecting our vendors before we brought her into the mix. We knew planning a wedding in Columbia from out of state would be a challenging task, but she made it all very seamless for us with useful feedback along the way. When it came to the day of our wedding, she effectively coordinated all of our vendors and everything went off without a hitch. We provided many of our own decorations that we brought to the venue with us, and were very impressed with the way she and her team put everything together so beautifully. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will make your wedding day less stressful, Parris is a great choice. We were truly able to enjoy our entire day without having to worry about much. We have gotten so many compliments about our wedding and couldn’t be more thankful to Parris and her team for a job well done! -

Parris is truly a god send. I don’t think I could’ve gotten through this process without her. As with all weddings, there’s drama. But this QUEEN kept everything running smoothly and helped me in more ways than she realizes. She’s incredibly kind and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone that works as hard as her. She’ll make sure your day is perfect for you no matter how much everything may feel like it’s falling apart. I can’t recommend her enough. Five stars isn’t enough -

Amazing and professional
Parris helped us plan our perfect day! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, provided amazing recommendations, and always always so responsive. She is very talented and has a great network of vendors. She made my day go by smoothly and took care of every detail.
