  Look no further for your seating chart needs! Bobby at Events 2 Remember NJ is an expert at what he does. Bobby was quick to respond and by far the easiest vendor to communicate with. He’s not only talented, but efficient and diligent in his work. Bobby created the seating chart for our April 2024 wedding. When creating your seating chart, Bobby has a variety of mirrors to match each bride’s personal aesthetic. He also offers additional enhancements like cylinders and floating candles. Bobby is flexible and willing to format the seating chart to your liking including the layout and fonts. I can’t recommend Bobby and Events 2 Remember NJ enough. No bride and groom’s day is complete without one of his seating chart designs!

  Best wedding choice I made!

  Going with Events 2 Remember for the mirror photobooth at my wedding was one of the best decisions I made for the entire event. Bobby was so personable and helpful from the very first phone call and I could tell he really knew what he was doing. He was communicative the whole time leading up to the wedding. The attendants that were at my wedding were so respectful and nice and made sure everything ran smoothly and my guests (and my husband and I) LOVED the experience. It was so so fun and I'll recommend Events 2 Remember to anyone that asks (I'll tell them even if they don't ask). 10/10.

  A Beautiful Mirrored Seating Chart

  Bobby is very thorough and so easy to work with! He perfectly executed what we wanted for our mirrored seating chart for our 300+ guest wedding, which is no easy feet! All the names were perfectly legible and our guests loved it. Highly recommend Events 2 Remember for your next event for the professionalism and perfect execution.

  Digital Seating Chart, Wedding Sign, and Menu

  Overwhelmingly happy that we went with Bobby to design and display our digital "welcome sign", "seating chart", and "menu". Our guests were greeted with an 85 inch digital "welcome sign" decorated with candles and dressing. After the ceremony, Bobby set it up to flash between "welcome", "seating chart", and "menu." The "welcome sign" as guests entered was definitely a statement. Also, it was very clear which wedding our guests were attending as some signs are hard to read and not easily located. The seating chart was updated up to a few days before the wedding, giving us flexibility with last minute cancellations and seating changes. This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Another easy cost save was the "digital menu". Instead of paying 500-1k to print out menus that few read and having someone place on each seat, it was on display on a beautiful digital sign for all to see throughout the evening. Everyone complimented on the elegance and stature of the sign. It definitely "leveled" up the event.

  This was the perfect addition to our small family event. the photo booth was the absolute best highlight and fun for everyone. Bobby and his team were totally professional and fun and made the entire experience worry-free for me. They were on time, well-prepared, and a pleasure to work with, Both before the event when they planned all the custom design features and during the event itself where lots of wild little kids could have easily made somebody crazy.
  Definitely recommend them for your event big or small.

  Our mirror seating chart for our wedding was unbelievably beautiful! We had guests take photos next to it during cocktail hour. It was such a gorgeous touch of elegance and detail that elevated our space and decor. The words were clearly legible even with 300+ names! Bobby was extremely professional, kind and flexible with my many edits to names and font styles and he even stayed throughout the reception to make sure we got to see the mirror before packing up.

  I had such an amazing experience with Robert at Events 2 Remember! He was always professional and courteous. I rented a mirrored seating chart for my wedding on November 19, 2022. The mirror was absolutely gorgeous. Robert also complimented the mirror with candles which gave it a romantic look. Robert payed attention to detail and was extremely accommodating. Completely exceeded my expectations I had the chills when I saw them!!! Bobby also was so easy to work with - answered calls and texts within seconds which as we all know really helps with #BrideAnxiety.   Awesome experience!!

  Had a great experience working with Robert for our wedding! Booked in advance and didn’t have to worry about a thing! The mirror photobooth was awesome! Real classy look and easy to use. Loved the photo of us as the background. High-end photo service.

  The best around 10/10

  I had to reschedule my wedding 4 times due to Covid, and maybe the only consistent vendor we had all along was Bob at Events to Remember. With everything we had to worry about with planning 4 weddings, it meant so much that Bob kept us updated and on schedule the whole time. When the day finally came the mirror was A TOTAL HIT. The operators were having so much fun it was one of the highlights of the night. Thanks to Bob and the whole team helping us remember every moment of the perfect night!!
