    Wedding on 11/5/22

    I just got married with Events at Judson Mill and had the most AMAZING experience. We had originally booked their Annex space, and although we had to relocate to 405 Westfield due to construction, I was thrilled with my experience. The team was great, assisting my fiancée and I with all our big decisions. They put together our lay-out, rental order, and even took care of our china. We used fantastic vendors off their preferred vendor list, which made all the planning so much smoother. Moriah and Hayley were our coordinators, I can’t say enough positive things about these ladies. Day of the venue staff, bartenders, and security officers were all professional and so accommodating. We have the best memories of our wedding day due the hard work of the Judson team!

    Stressful and unorganized

    I was really excited to get married here but the closer it got to the wedding it kind of fell apart. Venue got changed 3 times, catering got messed up due to venue. Multiple Guests missed ceremony due to confusion of the site, security wasn’t helping guests arrive like promised, Found drugs in our stay in apartment didn’t get half the stuff we were promised. It was just a nightmare and wouldn’t suggest this venue to anyone.

    We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your experience. We truly care about the couples we work with and strive to coordinate a remarkable day full of beautiful memories. We never imagined or intended for any of our couples to be displaced by construction delays. It’s a grave disappointment for us to have to deal with these delays and we regret that they caused you stress and dissatisfaction.

    We do provide a personalized QR code for each wedding with directions and a parking guide for wedding guests and vendors, as we know the campus can be tricky to navigate. Our security officers are also on site to direct any wayward guests and to provide safety to all of our guests. We will review these processes with our team and continue to update our protocols in order to eliminate confusion for future guests.

    We sincerely apologize about the drug paraphernalia you found in the apartment suite. We have a strict no tolerance policy for drugs and illegal activity in our facilities and are distressed to hear this was the case. We will continue to communicate our drug free rental policies to potential guests. We assure you this issue has been addressed with our housekeeping team, and the guest who left the item in question is banned from future bookings.
