    10/10 Recommend EBA!

    Events by Allison (EBA) helped as my Day Of Coordinator for my wedding in May, and was absolutely fantastic! We had a kickoff call and two prep meetings as the wedding got closer, and Allison had everything buttoned up in prep for the day of. Immediately upon starting that morning, she helped tremendously coordinating every detail, getting things to/from hotel/getting-ready-room and the venue. I didn't realize how much I would need help before the ceremony even started so that was great. Then from the ceremony through the reception, she ensured we stayed on timeline, collaborated super well with the venue & catering (which ended up making an awesome team), and went above-and-beyond with problem solving with vendor issues that arose, through the end of the evening making sure our gifts/cards were securely placed in our room. I loved her style, coming from the corporate world prior to wedding events, it felt like she just got it from the start, and didn't need much direction/explanation. Even her organization in Google Drives made things efficient and clear. She was very friendly with me and my family, but also took no nonsense from any vendors which was the perfect combination! The next day my Dad complimented on how helpful she was and the problems she solved, which was a true testament to my experience as I wasn't aware of a single one of them the night of :). I am so happy I not only hired a DOC, but that it was EBA because of the perfect fit and help. I didn't feel that I needed support the months/weeks leading up to the wedding as I do project management/events for a living, but if that is not your expertise then would definitely recommend considering that! Thank you Allison and EBA for helping me enjoy a flawless wedding!! 10/10 recommend!!

    The wedding fairy good mother

    Allison is so organized and really understood my vision. I don’t think I would’ve been able to have the wedding of my dreams without her. She made the stress of planning a wedding so much easier. The coordinator (Janet) that she sent on my wedding day was truly a godsend.

    Most Magical Day!

    I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator. I felt like I was already very organized and had booked many of our vendors on my own, but I just wanted to have peace of mind on our wedding day. And I am SO glad that I found Allison. She went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly. She arrived early to set up, was the ultimate hype woman, and even took care of our dog while we waited for our pet sitter to arrive. She was always checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. I felt so confident knowing that Allison really understood my vision for the day. With the tropical storm, I knew we would have to pivot and change some plans and I knew that Allison would make the appropriate decisions because she knew what I pictured for the day. Even our photographer gave her a huge compliment, saying just how helpful she was. She didn’t overstep in any way, but she made sure to be present to help in whatever we needed.

    Best of the Best

    We hired Allison as our day of coordinator for our 09-08-23 wedding. Starting from the initial consultation, we can already tell she was very thorough and very easy going. The 1 month before the wedding I was very anxious about a lot of small details, but Allison really helped calm my nerves. She is very easy to talk to and I knew my fiancé and I can depend on her. Despite dealing with several mishaps on our wedding day, Allison made sure everything was under control and didn’t let it affect us, and all we had to do is have fun. If you’re looking for someone who is easy going but also gets stuff done, please hire Allison 🫶🏼

    10/10 for professionalism, organization, stamina, and bossness...but even more importantly, Allison is a 10/10 for enthusiasm, amazing-ness, genuine-ness, down to earth nature, caring, and going above and beyond for her bride and grooms. My husband and I (and my whole family) truly fell in love with Allison so quickly because she was just so great to have around, added bonus that she is absolutely amazing at what she does. All I had to do for our big day was show up, Allison took care of the rest. Book her now.

    10/10 – A lifesaver on our wedding day!

    Hiring Allison was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding day—she was absolutely fantastic! For most of the planning process, we were on the fence about whether we needed a day-of coordinator. I'm a high-anxiety person, so was definitely overwhelmed with wedding planning and wanted everything to be perfect (or as close as possible). Since our venue staff handled only minor tasks when it came to setting up decor, we decided to look for someone who could really manage the details, bring our vision to life, and put out any fires. We wanted to feel confident everything would run as smoothly as possible and that we wouldn't have to stress about anything on our wedding day. Allison did all that and more, and was SO reasonably priced! We went with the Day-Of Coordination package, which is listed on her website as beginning two weeks prior to the wedding date, but we signed our contract with her a little over one month before our big day and she immediately started providing support. She sent us a survey to fill out so that she could get a better idea of what we were looking for and what the feel of our wedding would be, which I loved because it helped direct our conversations when we got into details. She also sent us detailed spreadsheets, including an itemized list for how we wanted our decor and other items arranged. I created a shared Photos album where I prearranged centerpieces, framed photos, and other decor, and she either followed the concept exactly or made it work/look better with the space available on the day of. On the wedding day, she showed up bright and early when we were getting ready and made me feel so at ease, then made her way to the venue to ensure everything there was going according to plan. We had some issues with our florist and Allison was on the phone as well as working with the venue staff to adjust the florals and (hilariously) rip down and stomp on the tulle we had specifically told the vendor we didn't want (I wish there was photo or video of this because it helped me make light of a situation that normally would've really upset me). There were things we didn't even know happened that we later learned Allison handled without even concerning us. She traveled almost two hours each way and agreed to stay from the bridal party wake-up call through the very end of the sparkler sendoff and help pack things up, and all we had to cover additionally was the cost of the cheapest hotel room. Even dealing with a family emergency, Allison didn't miss a beat. One of our favorite things she did was create and post a recap video of the day on her Instagram. I was partially regretting not hiring a content creator and was so surprised and happy to see all the little moments she stitched together throughout the day that we were able to watch and share with friends and family right away! Allison also helped support me through some anxiety and drama during the planning process, and truly became like a friend. She is so sweet and such a pleasure to work with. My only regret is not reaching out to and booking her sooner! When the wedding was over, I was sad that we wouldn't be working together anymore and that we didn't spend more time using her services. We had already left her a tip, but actually ended up Venmoing her more at the end of the night because we were so impressed with how she went above and beyond. Even our friends and family still talk about how great she was and we can't thank her enough!

    Allison is the best!

    Working with Allison was a dream! We connected regularly leading up to the wedding, and she was an absolute rock star in the weeks leading up, and the whole wedding weekend. Allison expertly coordinated the many aspects and vendors involved in a wedding, and went above and beyond to meet our needs and make the day perfect. She ensured all vendors were timely, went back and forth from bride to groom on the morning of, and helped us feel calm and taken care of. I couldn't imagine a better coordinator to bring all the planning and work to fruition. She even made sure all our guests got on the very last shuttle from the venue the night of our wedding to ensure all got home safely! We added on the Rehearsal dinner package which was such a relief to us and all our family, including doing the centerpieces! Allison does it all, and I highly highly recommend her, she was absolutely instrumental in ensuring our wedding day was all we dreamed of!

    Hire Allison Immediately! Best Investment You'll Make :)

    Allison was absolutely crucial to the success of my wedding day. She was on point, organized, and so enjoyable to be around! We had so many laughs that day and any mishaps that happened I found out afterwards because Allison had taken care of it before I got a chance to see it!

    Fantastic wedding planner

    I didn’t even think we needed an vent planner. BOY WAS I WRONG! She knew things that we would have never thought of. The morning of my daughters wedding. She was there with breakfast and handle all the behind the scene duties while we were all getting our hair and make up done. She handled everything. So very very happy we had her there!!

    Do yourself a favor and hire Allison!!!

    Allison was fabulous!! We can't recommend her enough. She began working with us a month before our wedding and immediately began getting in contact with all of our vendors; confirming last minute details and getting answers for anything we weren't sure of. We had weekly phone/video calls with Allison where we went over every detail of the big day. She provided us a google drive with spreadsheets to organize all of our information (contracts, vendor info, etc.), including a sheet for all the decor we had and where we wanted it during each part of the day. She was even able to make and print some signage for us. Anything we asked Allison to help with she was there AND she thought of things we never would have. On the wedding day, she was able to help with breakfast in the morning, made sure every one in the wedding party knew where they should be and when, set up all of our decor, moved decor between ceremony/reception areas when appropriate, made sure we knew exactly how many staff members and vendors were present, organized all the gratuity and handed it out (even making sure she got signatures from every one that was handed an envelope). She made sure we were both drinking water and eating throughout the night and she helped clean everything up at the end of the night. And those are just the physical actions she took .. she also dealt with all of our nerves and worries leading up to the day, making us feel more than comfortable .. and guess what! We had not one worry on our wedding day. Everything went so smoothly. Bottom line ... everyone NEEDS an Allison for their wedding day/month.
