    Best Investment of the Day!

    100% must-have for your wedding day. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Brianna and team are. After meeting Brianna at our favorite restaurant and officially consulting afterwords we knew her calm and thoughtful mindset was exactly what we needed for our wedding day. She was so helpful in coordinating with vendors and planning the day from votive counts to seating arrangements with flawless execution. She is amazing with families, friends, and guests being both a bodyguard and hype girl when you need her. Thank you Brianna & Team!!! ❤️💍💒👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

    Brianna is amazing

    Brianna truly made our entire wedding experience. A few months ahead of our date, we hired her to do month-of planning, and from the moment we got on the phone, I started feeling so much better about the whole process. Brianna was so encouraging, confirming we were ok even though we still didn't have all our vendors nailed down, helping us prioritize which jobs to focus on getting nailed down, and even sending us recommendations well in advance of the month of our wedding. She went completely above and beyond by coming to walk through our venue with us months in advance so she could help our friends who were doing all the décor plan and execute a beautiful wedding for us. She gave such good advice, managed our trickiest vendors, helped us figure out what was important to us and got us everything we needed to flawlessly execute on the day of.

    Brianna's style is very low pressure, even though she is amazingly organized. We did not have a traditional wedding with a caterer, and our friends and family all had jobs to coordinate. Brianna was so supportive, and really met us where we were at, giving good ideas and herding all the cats with enthusiasm. Somehow on the day of, Brianna and her assistant were everywhere, in such a good mood, and making sure everything went off without a hitch (despite new, literally day-of restrictions on our décor by our venue that had Brianna running around to every Target in the east bay on wedding morning. We didn't even know about the issue until the wedding was over!)

    I cannot recommend Brianna highly enough, and for what she does, her fee is a steal at twice the price. She was a joy to work with - I would hire her again in a minute! Because of her organization and confidence, we were able to have a completely stress-free wedding day and enjoy every minute of what turned out to be the best party of our lives. Thank you Brianna!

    Don't Underestimate the Need for a Coordinator

    Brianna was amazing to work with start to finish! She really took her time on our first call to answer all of our questions and to explain her different levels of service. We immediately were drawn to her knowledge/experience, her positivity, and her calm/reassuring demeanor. We decided we needed a month-of coordinator, and it was the best decision we made! Brianna was so easy to work with, she was flexible, she was thorough, and she really paid attention to all the details. She quickly put together a timeline for day of, started coordinating with vendors, and continued to touch base with us throughout the process to see what else we needed help with. We had some last minute vendor changes, and Brianna truly went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. I cannot say enough positive things about Brianna and her teammate Kelly. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any event planning!

    Amazing and calming

    Brianna was beyond amazing. During this entire chaotic process of a wedding, she made it fun, calm and beautiful. She planned everything, from bridal shower, to rehearsal dinner and the day of.

    She was there everytime I needed her. Her artistry and professionalism made it so easy to trust her judgement during times I could not make a decision (which was often). She was patient and walked me through the process I was so unfamiliar with.

    My wedding far exceeded my expectations. It was everything I could have never dream of. I put everything into her hands and it went off with out a single issue. She kept me calm, grounded and took care of it all so that I could really live and enjoy in that moment. I'll forever be grateful.

    I'd recommend her a million times.

    Brianna was amazing! She was very accommodating to how many times I had changed my mind with the venues. She went above and beyond trying to find the right fit for our aesthetic and needs. We had a magical day we will never forget. Our family and friends can’t stop talking about how perfect this day was. ❤️❤️

    I can say that hiring Brianna was one of the best, if not THE best decisions I made during wedding planning. I kind of went back and forth between whether I wanted to allocate funds to a wedding planner, but I knew I definitely needed someone the day-of to make sure everything went smoothly and to have some accountability, as my guests were all coming in out of town. The instant I hired Brianna, SO much of my stress was unloaded and she immediately made me feel like she was going to handle it! Let me give a list of some things that were just wonderful about Brianna:

    - She has a wonderful attitude and demeanor that is calm and composed/professional yet sweet and friendly, which is perfect for a wedding planner. She made me feel like I could trust her with everything and she never really gave me a 'No" answer an always went above and beyond to help me! She never made me feel like I was asking for too much and was always willing to help in what ever way.
    - She was so accommodating and flexible when it came to working with the budget that I had. I really did not find this in ANY other vendor, specifically wedding planner vendor that I reached out to in the bay area (and I had reached out to plenty!), who mostly gave me a pompous attitude about how much they needed to charge "in order to ensure the best time and service". She was very understanding of the pressures and was completely willing to work with me.
    - included in her "day of" package she offers to be the main contact for vendors 6 weeks out from the wedding - this is another huge factor and something that not many (if any) vendors offer, in my opinion. She was always responsive to my many emails and contacts starting from when I hired her.
    - She had some referrals such as calligraphy which helped me a ton and who turned out to be great! She also has some insights on decor and such which is always helpful in a wedding planner. The day of our wedding went beautifully and smoothly thanks to her!

    Like many brides I spent a year planning every detail for my wedding, but none of it would have come together without Brianna. Truly a coordinator is the best investment in your big day. It goes by so fast, and if you have to sweat the small stuff you might miss it! Throughout the process Brianna was super responsive and understood exactly what I was going for, while bringing her own creativity to the table as well. She's fun to work with while still being professional. So thankful she was there on my wedding day.

    Brianna has planned several events for me and my family, from my bridal shower and wedding to my baby shower! She is so easy to work with and has a great eye for design. Once we met and discussed themes/colors I liked, and more importantly did not like, Brianna was able to take my ideas and run with them! She ran things by me as things came up but honestly I had such trust in her that I hardly had to do anything at all. For my day of coordinating, Brianna and I came up with my must, would loves and oh no you don't moments, and she made sure everything happened the way I wanted. She is sweet as pie, but one tough cookie when it comes to organizing all the vendors and making the behind the scenes work seamless. Most importantly, I have been able to actually ENJOY and PARTICIPATE in all of my events because Brianna took care of it all! I would give 10 stars if I could!

    I have had the privilege of working with Brianna at several weddings including my cousin's wedding last year and my best friend's wedding in 2014. She is organized and efficient with the time management of the event day. She has an attention to detail and made sure the venue was properly set up from floral arrangements, to gift table and guest book signing, ensuring that everything looked impeccable. Most importantly she kept the bride and bridal party cool, calm, and collected with her composed manner.

    Bri was wonderful, I'm so glad we hired her! I wasn't entirely sure what a Day-Of Coordinator would do, but as soon as the mayhem of the wedding day began I knew how smart it was that we had Bri there. She was so calm and friendly, and handled everything with tact. She took care of things that I couldn't have anticipated arising. I'm truly thankful to Bri for all that she did leading up to our wedding and for her sweet and capable demeanor throughout the long day.

    Brianna is an amazing wedding coordinator! She is extremely detail oriented and easy to work with. She has a great vision and eye for design and which means I felt completely at ease knowing she would oversee all the set up and decorations. I highly recommend Brianna to anyone planning a wedding, she goes above and beyond and thanks to her everything runs smoothly!

    Brianna was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our wedding day was a marathon of sorts; we had quite a few logistics including 3 different locations throughout the day, 2 different catering services, a food truck, rental equipment, a winery staff and 2 different shuttle services. Brianna was on top of each and every detail, from managing all of our vendors to helping us resolve all of the tiny little hiccups that occur during the course of a wedding, she was truly flawless. We felt that she was at our side whenever we needed her, without distracting us from the day. She maintained a polished, professional demeanor throughout the day without being stuffy. Our guests absolutely adored her, and she was able to direct people in a friendly manner. She truly kept our somewhat complicated day on schedule and made the entire experience unforgettable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any sized wedding.

    Brianna was a total life-saver on our wedding day! I really don't know what we would have done without her! After doing most of the planning myself Brianna was there to swoop in and take over all the last minute details, confirmations and setting up all our decorations as our day of coordinator. I couldn't have imagined a better experience! Despite many hiccups along the way including late deliveries, a tight time window with having to switch over ceremony space to be set up for dinner, the bridal party limo running over an hour late, a wedding crasher that got past security and managing a staff she had never met before and more! She stayed on top of everything with a smile on her face the whole time!! She did a beautiful job setting up all our decorations, it was exactly as I had pictured it and she kept the night running on time and seamlessly. Brianna is an absolute pleasure to work with, she is kind and accommodating and most importantly also realistic, creative and genuinely wants to your day to be as perfect as you do! I can not say enough great things about Brianna, I would recommend her to anyone I know getting married in a heartbeat! You can't go wrong and will not regret having her help for your big day!
