  Kailey was absolutely amazing, and that is even an understatement. From being my moral support during wedding planning, running through our rehearsal, decorating the venue perfectly, AND making sure my husband and I and our 2 kids had anything we needed and that everyone was having fun, she couldn't have been more of a saving grace. Anything we needed her to do, she was there. Having Kailey by your side for your event is worth every penny and then some!

  Kailey was absolutely amazing, and that is even an understatement.   Kailey was a fantastic find to help us as the day of coordinator for our wedding. She was prompt, passionate, and proficient. She picked up all the little details my wife missed and helped tremendously in directing the flow of helpers during the venue set up. That morning at the venue setup (and some of the reception) we constantly clashed with the venue owner, at one point he made my wife breaking down crying. The most important thing that stood out to me was that Kailey constantly stood up to the owner and took my wife's side; ensuring that everything that my wife planned happened with no changes or compromises. Her actions showed that this wasn't just "another wedding" and that she truly cared for the well-being of not only the wedding day, but for the actual bride as well. With only an impromptu rehearsal not actually at the venue, she was able to wrangle together 20+ people into a semblance of a ceremony. The reception was kept on pace with her guidance. Also, kudos to her constantly making sure we either had food and drinks as well. In addition to that, she stayed far longer than necessary and dealt with much more drama than could be anticipated with grace and patience. We cannot thank her enough for being such a fantastic coordinator for us. It would not have gone half as well without her and for that we are forever grateful that we met Kailey!

  Kailey is easy to get along with, laid back, and will be committed to making your day everything you want it to be! About 4 months out from our wedding, our venue completely switched coordinators on us, making us start over basically from scratch after almost an entire year of solidified wedding plans. This sent me into a flurry of frustration and anxiety. We hired Kailey to help us pick up the pieces and move forward - and our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her day-of coordination! Kailey was always easy to access via text/email and willing to meet with us in person. I was confident that she was invested in making sure everything went smoothly. (I could no longer trust our venue!) Kailey's price is the best you can find in the St. Louis area, especially considering the time and care you will get from her :)

  Kailey was seriously amazing! We went back and forth debating whether we needed a day-of coordinator. I thought that I would be able to do it all myself but as we got further along in the process I just knew it wasn't going to be possible. I'm so thankful that we decided on Kailey because we would not have made it without her. She was so much more than just "day-of". We met multiple times and she would send email/text reminders keeping me on track throughout the planning process. If any problems did arise on our day, we didn't know; she took care of everything. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

  In the beginning of my wedding planning process, I was going to do it all on my own. I became very overwhelmed during this time. Kailey stepped up to the plate and took charge. She created a Pinterest board specifically for our special day and was constantly sending me ideas of what would work for our theme. She was very open to hearing what I did and did not like while working day and night to give us the wedding we always wanted. Kailey showed up the morning of to help set everything up as well. We were so pleased with how the wedding turned out. I consider her to be such a dear friend, and would STRONGLY recommend using her for any party planning needs.

  Kailey was very flexible when I wanted to change something. I told her what I wanted the decorations to look like and she had awesome ideas to go with it. She was always 2 steps ahead of schedule.

  Kailey was a complete joy to work with! She approaches each task with excitement and efficiency. She planned a wonderful 21st birthday party to suit my interests and needs. The Great Gatsby is my favorite book. She took just that information and planned the perfect 20s themed murder mystery party. It was so much fun. She asked for my guest list and personally send invites informing my guest of their roles and the theme, and it all came together beautifully! The venue was decorated to match and everyone had such a great time. She really is the best!

  I had less than 5 months to plan a wedding in this June - a wedding that was originally set to happen in another country !! I believed I could do all the planning myself but I had never been to an American wedding.. Hence I was looking for someone who could guide me through the whole process and I'm glad I picked Kailey. She helped me in picking the right vendors and never shied away from giving her honest opinion whenever I asked for it.
  She's very professional and organised and had a very calming effect on me. I tend to stress out obsessing on smaller details and talking to Kailey always helped me, especially on the wedding day. She worked hard to get all the decor items set up and made sure that everything was packed away at the end of the night. During the reception she made sure that my husband and I had enough food and drinks amidst all the fun and meeting and greeting. I'm so glad I chose her as my wedding planner and would recommend her to my friends and family..
