  The MOST important and BEST vendor I hired for my wedding

  I hired eventsbylo for day-of wedding coordination. A week leading up to the wedding, during the wedding weekend and now two weeks after the wedding, my mom and I have said the phrase, “We don’t know what we would’ve done without Lauren” at least 500 times.
  
  Lauren is truly the best in the business. The biggest thing that made my wedding planning experience a million times better was her coordination and communication with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding. That took a huge amount of stress off of me and my mom when it came to planning and the lead up to the big day.
  
  On the actual day, she was there to make sure EVERYTHING went smoothly — including managing a venue coordinator who was very forgetful and had plans of her own.
  
  For all future brides, hire a wedding coordinator for peace of mind on your big day, and better yet, hire eventsbylo because she will make your day run smoother than you ever could have planned!

  Day of Wedding Coordinator

  We hired Lauren as our day of coordinator for our winter wedding at the Cafe Brauer. Lauren was absolutely amazing, she organized all the vendors, made sure the room was set up correctly, ran our rehearsal the night before, and checked in throughout the night to make sure my husband and I were happy with how the wedding was progressing. She gets the job done and 100% knows her stuff. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding without having to manage vendors or worry about any of the details. If you're looking for a day of coordinator I can't recommend Lauren enough.

  Amazing Wedding planning experience

  Lauren is Amazing . She went above and beyond for all my wedding planning needs. She plans every party as if its her own and you cant find a lot of planners like that. I would recommend Lauren for any of your party needs if you want a stress free planning experience.

  Best Decision For Your Wedding!!

  I had friends tell me to hire a day-of coordinator and I am SO glad I found Lauren!! She helped create the whole timeline of the day, messaged with vendors, was super organized and probably did a ton of stuff behind the scenes I didn't even witness. Her experience with weddings is second to none; she will give her opinion without overstepping and help to make sure every single detail is covered. Lauren helped me keep my cool when I was getting emotional before walking down the aisle. I am so grateful that she was by my side to tell me to take a deep breath! If you are questioning hiring a wedding coordinator, just do it! It was the best money I spent on my wedding.

  Look no further than Lauren!

  Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with while planning my bridal shower. I am living out of state, so helping my mom plan a shower from so far away was proving difficult. From start to finish Lauren was helpful with any aspect we needed--from decorations, to games, to ideas and suggestions for making everything run smoothly. She allowed me to ship my guest favors to her house and she assembled them for me. On the day of the shower, she had absolutely everything we needed (decor, center pieces, photo area, games, etc.) ready to go at the restaurant, and everything looked absolutely amazing. She helped the entire shower run smoothly. I can't say enough positive things about Lauren!

  Lauren is amazing!

  Lauren is BEYOND AMAZING. Lauren helped us for our May 2021 wedding as our day of coordinator, but she was SO much more then that. Not only did she keep the day moving and flowing beautifully so my husband and I could focus on our big day, but she was there to lend a helping hand anywhere she could, including keeping us all calm and excited. We faced the possibility of rain all day and with the hopes of an outside ceremony Lauren was constantly watching the radar and helped us make the best decision come game time! If you are looking for a planner HIRE Lauren, she is incredibly organized, professional, and truly cares about your wedding! My husband still says Lauren is one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day and I couldn’t agree more! Thanks Lauren!

  Best wedding planner EVER! :)

  Where do I even begin?! Lauren helped make our wedding day run absolutely flawlessly! She constantly went above and beyond throughout the planning process, helping us with anything and everything. Her attention to detail and organization skills are unmatched (and that’s coming from a Type A, color-code-loving bride!) We often talk about how our wedding would have been so much less enjoyable without Lauren’s help — she not only took the stress out of it, but she infused so much fun INTO it! We can’t thank or recommend Lauren enough!

  Lauren and Julie Were Amazing!

  Lauren, Julie and Nikki were all very helpful in our wedding planning and coordinating process. Lauren was unable to attend the wedding (for good reason!) But Julie did an amazing job on the day of and everything went smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more!

  Absolutely Amazing

  I would absolutely recommend Events by Lo to everyone. Lauren was so helpful in guiding me through the whole wedding planning process. She came with me to important meetings and communicated to the vendors with any questions or concerns. Lauren was super flexible with our wedding date, since it was postponed due to COVID. Lauren was there to help us every step of the way!!

  So thankful we had Lauren - no stress!

  My main goal for my wedding day was to feel little to no stress and simply enjoy the moments and Lauren made that possible. Month of coordination was a "last minute" add for me in my final months of planning and it was the best investment. Lauren is priced competitively and provided everything we needed and so much more. Her skills encompass anything you would need on your wedding journey - planning, recommendations, decoration, coordinating. She is very involved, yet never felt in the way. She handled everything with confidence. Our guests and vendors had so many compliments about Lauren and how she handled the day and how great she was to work with. I am so glad that I found Lauren!

  The BEST wedding planner

  I never thought I would need to use a planner for my wedding but holy cow! I am so glad I did and with EventsbyLo! Lauren is so organized and helped keep me on top of all the deadlines and finalizations with vendors. I went into my wedding day knowing it would go perfectly because of Lauren! She exceeded my expectations on the day of making sure I enjoyed every second and never stressed that things weren’t going to be perfect for my day.
