  Wedding planner and day of event facilitator

  Nichole and her team were professional and attentive. The event timing was perfect and everything was taken care of as needed. We loved their attention to details and aesthetic. Her staff was calm and collected and worked very efficiently.

  Wonderful and Worry-Free

  It helps that Ashlie Nichole is familiar with all resources to ensure an excellent experience. She has a reputation of being the best wedding planner on the island and I agree. The last thing a bride needs to do is worry about details and with Ashlie Nichole as your planner you do not have to. I highly, highly recommend her for your event on the island.

  Nichole was great, professional, and communicated quickly. She has a great network of people and services. She has everything covered and makes the whole experience stress free. We were really impressed with her attention to detail and ability to make what we imagined a reality. Everyone that celebrated our wedding with us have said they loved the evening and how unique it was. All the vendors used were excellent and there was no shortage of communication.   Fabulous fiftieth thanks to nichole

  Nichole coordinated a surprise party for my 50th birthday. My friends hired Nichole and I am so glad they did. I was supposed to be in Paris, but it was Covid-canceled, so Nichole brought Paris to St. Croix. She even enlisted artisans to constructed a 7-foot Eiffel Tower.
  I have planned several events & fundraisers, and this was spectacular. Nichole thought of EVERY detail, from the delicious Franco-inspired menu (gorgeously printed as part of the place settings) to berets as party favors for the ladies.
  It was simply stunning and I said many times that night, I was actually glad I wasn't in Paris so I could experience this fantastic party with my closest friends.
  Thank you Nichole! I am looking so forward to your next event!!!

  I enlisted the help of Nicole to assist me in planning an amazing wedding for my daughter and her fiancé. And she did not disappoint!
  Nicole put me in touch with some great vendors from hair, make up, photographer the videographer, and the Officiant. She provided us with choices regarding the vendors, which was appreciated so that we had options.
  Since Covid restrictions made it impossible to have my daughter‘s wedding on the beach as she wanted on the day that my daughter had chose, Nicole quickly contacted all the vendors and they changed their schedules to make a true beach wedding happen for my daughter.

  Great parties for two nights!

  When it all came together, Nichole was there to make sure all the details were in place and everything went off without a hitch. We got to enjoy the parties with our friends and let Nichole handle everything. Our guests commented that the parties were some of the best they had ever been to.

She was there every step of the way, making sure vendors would be available and that we would still have our wedding as planned. I’m so happy we had her on board from start to finish!!   Nichole is amazing!

  We hired Nichole to organize our small, max 11 person (including bride and groom) micro-wedding. We wanted the ceremony to be at a place that would look great in pictures, and dinner to take place under a tent in my mother’s backyard. Nichole immediately had a vision for the event and she executed it beautifully!! Her design and attention to the smallest details made everything perfect! At the dinner especially, everyone kept coming up to me to tell me that they felt like they have been transported to some fantasy fairy world! It was perfect! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am about how everything turned out. She fulfilled every single request we had, and more. Thanks Nichole for helping to make our wedding day feel so special.

  The Best in St. Croix

  Nichole did an outstanding job making sure our wedding day was perfect. We started planning our wedding as soon as we got engaged and even though we were adamant about getting married this year we were dazed and confused as to were to begin. We hired Nichole with only one month to spear until the wedding date and if it wasn’t for Nichole, I don’t think I would have pulled this off. I let her take the lead and she just went for it always keeping me abreast on what was happening through numerous email correspondences. Planning a wedding whilst pregnant during a pandemic was nothing easy but she kept me stressfree the entire time! Not only were we getting married during a pandemic but tropical storm Laura was expected to come in on the day off the ceremony. We had to cancel and move everything until the following day. I was hesitant, but I took her professional advice to postpone until the following day, and thank God I did because our wedding would have been ruined by all the rain. She was able to change and rearrange with all the vendors last minute and we didn’t even have to lift a finger.
  If you are looking for an extremely diligent, organized, and professional wedding day coordinator with a passion for her clients, then I would strongly encourage you to contact Events by Nichole. She played the most key role by taking care of all the details that allowed us to fully enjoy the day. I loved how she was my advisor throughout the wedding planning process and I appreciated having a consult for guidance and feedback. The cookies, the cake, the pictures, the flowers, the weather, the site!!!! She turned a small vision into reality. This was certainly a special time for us and we couldn’t be happier.

  Events by Nichole was able to pull off a last minute high-end wedding in less then 10day! Excellent knowledge, very professional and with a great eye on aesthetics! When Covid-19 forced us to change our plans of eloping, Nichole was able to pull everything together for an amazing intimate wedding!

  Nichole was recommended to us by the owner of the house we were staying at/hosting our wedding at. She was quick to respond and knew just about every vendor on the island. She and her team made our wedding day a breeze, having everything set up, coordinated, and taken care of. There were a few hiccups along the way, but she took care of them and you wouldn’t have known when the day came.   Simple & perfect

  I had no idea how to go about planning a destination wedding. After doing a few hours of online research, I decided to contact an expert. Nichole made it streamlined, simple and affordable. She thought of everything, including getting us to and from the airport! With help from her assistant Mary our elopement wedding was absolutely perfect.

  We already had an idea of where and whatvwe wanted when we contacted Nichole. We were coming to St. Croix from out of town and wanted someone there to help with verification and requests. She was always kind and responsive and offered recommendations for an officiant and photography.   Amazeballs!

  My only regret was not hiring Nichole from the beginning! She literally made all my worries go away and took my laid back wedding up a few notches. It was the most perfect day and she was the greatest help! Hoping I don't need to get married again, but if I did she would be getting a call :)

  My Wedding Planner Hero!

  Nicole was very professional, knowledgeable and became our saving Angel. 10 days before the wedding that had been planned for a year our venue canceled on us, everything on island was booked but Nicole made it happen! moved an entire wedding, found a venue and built it from scratch to a beautiful outdoor Tent concept that was just Dreamy .   Nicole was very professional, knowledgeable and became our saving Angel. 10 days before the wedding that had been planned for a year our venue canceled on us, everything on island was booked but Nicole made it happen! moved an entire wedding, found a venue and built it from scratch to a beautiful outdoor Tent concept that was just Dreamy . She was also very supportive and patient with us during this situation. She is efficiency personified :) and I will cherish her forever.   Beyond my dreams

  Nichole was a treasure. She worked miracles with our budget, and she has every single important relationship with all the best vendors on the island to get great deals. Her fee essentially paid for itself with the savings she was able to negotiate for us! Her taste and recommendations are impeccable. She’s really attentive to detail. If there was something that I wanted to look a very specific way, she made it happen. But for me, even more important was that I could just say “I trust you, make it pretty” and have perfect faith that she would— and did. We had people come to us and say it was the most beautiful venue they’d ever seen, and it was just a villa on the island— the rest was all Nichole. There was literally NO STRESS in my wedding planning AT ALL, working with her. (There was stress the week of because my family missed a flight, got stranded, lost their rental car, and my maid of honors luggage got hopelessly lost, but that had nothing to do with Nichole— and she had everything so under control that I was free enough to host a bachelorette party amidst that chaos.) All that, and she’s a blast to be around. Very professional, but very friendly and personable! She’s just a miracle-worker. I can’t recommend Nichole highly enough. If you’re getting married on St. Croix, don’t even bother considering anyone else. All of my friends down here have used her too (that’s how we found her.) Her services are worth Every. Single. Penny.

She was very flexible with providing and updating quotes in multiple formats for us as our event evolved.
