  Personal, Real, and Experienced

  I met Rachel from a local Wedding Expo, and she offered the best services for the best price. Rachel was there every step of the way, able to turn my fragmented ideas and notes and midnight text messages into the perfect day. She provided recommendations for vendors in my budget and area, and helped me create my timeline, advised on indecisions, and was flexible to my schedule. On the day of, Rachel was a hero! The year of planning and prepping paid off, she even handled the minor obstacles that occured through the day to make everything run smoothly without me having to worry or think about it for a moment. With confidence, Rachel is the reason why the big day went off perfectly, it was her expertise, relaxed composition, and quick decision making. I highly recommend her to anyone partially considering a coordinator, or looking for someone who will care for your day as much as you do.

  Very flexible and creative

  Rachel is so responsive, creative, and kind. She's got a wonderful can-do attitude and flexible packages that were a breath of fresh air from the usual one-size-fits-all of other planning agencies. She was so easy to bounce ideas off of and brought a lot of good ideas to the table too. A great find!

  Wonderful Wedding Planner

  When I found out my daughter wanted me to plan her local wedding, I had no idea where to start. I attended a Bridal show where I met Rachel. She was the first one to contact me after the show to offer her services. Rachel has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided me with important information, provided new ideas, guided us on protocols and kept us on track through the long process. The monthly meetings and checklists were invaluable to the planning process. She also made good suggestions for vendors and all the vendors I selected with her guidance were excellent. I could not have created the most perfect wedding for my daughter, without Rachel’s assistance, especially during that last week. Her calm and kind manner kept me assured that everything would be OK, and it was! She worked diligently on the wedding day to make sure all the vendors were in place, the bridal party was on schedule and quickly handled issues as they arose. The wedding was wonderful, everything ran smoothly and in great part due to Rachel’s guidance and expertise. Most importantly, my daughter and my new son-in-law were thrilled with their special day. I would highly recommend ‘Events by Rachel’ for your next big event.

  Rachel was so helpful in planning and executing my perfect day. She helped me with floral arrangements, to do lists, and kept my nerves calm the day of the event. Do yourself a favor and say yes to her help. You won’t regret it.
