Very Professional.
Working with Sachi was a pleasure, I'm a Three Star Michelin trained Chef and sometimes it's hard to find companies who know how to entertain and manage VIP events, i'm so glad I have found Sachi who is on the same page as myself, offering 100% satisfaction and always focused on the client. Great company. -

Dream Come True
Sachi was with us through every moment of planning. I originally wanted a month of planner but quickly realized I needed to hire Sachi for the totality of planning. Sachi listens, Sachi is extremely knowledgeable about her job and other vendors, Sachi truly made 100% difference for our wedding day. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner- please let this be your sign, HIRE SACHI. It will be the best money you spend on your wedding. -

My fiance and I made the decision to postpone our large wedding plans due to Covid-19. After we made the decision to postpone to next year, we knew that we still wanted to have a small elopement this year. We live in Denver, CO but met in Newport Beach, CA - so we thought it would be special to go back to where we first met to tie the knot with our immediate families!
Because we were planning from afar, I knew we would need someone to help us plan. I began doing research and came across Sachi and her business "Events By Sachi"...little did I know what an important (and AMAZING) role she would play in our special day!
From day one, she was incredible to work with! Super kind, informative, and excited for me and my fiance. She gave A+ recommendations on vendors (as we do not live in the area) and helped us plan our dream elopement.
The day of the wedding also would not have been possible without her! From coordinating flower drop offs, cake pick ups, transportation for us to and from the ceremony/reception, venue setup - she was "the real MVP" of the day!
I am super particular about everything, so I was nervous to give the reins to someone else, but she could not have done a more spectacular job! Our reception was PERFECT! She made our vision come to life. From the private chef she recommended, to the tablescape she set up, to the vibe of the entire venue - we could not have been more pleased.
Super professional, extremely responsive, funny and friendly - Sachi is the best!! You definitely want her to be a part of your special day. -

2020 has been a strange year to say the least. But when a girlfriend received a well deserved promotion we had to celebrate. We utilized Sachi to organize the event and were so very pleased with how quickly she was able to accommodate us while following COVID guidelines. She organized a small dinner complete with drink and menu specials and celebratory decorations for our guest of honor. My friend was completely surprised by the whole event and started crying happy tears when she arrived.
The event was beautifully organized, stress-free, and COVID friendly. I cannot recommend Sachi’s services enough! She even coordinated with the venue to arrange a complimentary dessert for the party.
This woman has connections and class! She’ll do a wonderful job organizing any event. I’ll definitely be utilizing her again in future!! -

Ive been to several events planned by Sachi since 2019. She is detail oriented and always goes the extra mile to make it special. Even through Covid the events have been fun and memorable. She takes all the necessary precautions to make sure it's covid safe and clean. All events have been unique and she will work with you to make sure it's exactly what you've imagined and more. Sachi is one of the most friendly, welcoming, and creative women I've met. You'll be so grateful to hire her for all your events!!! -

I attended a Dia de Muertos event by Sachi through Meetup in 2019. I just moved to California and didn’t know many people. Sachi made me feel very welcome, and had the entire event very organized - difficult to do with 30 girls on an evening out! It was a blast and I have made life long friends here since that one event. Highly recommend an event by Sachi! -

Events by Sachi creates a unique experience for any milestone, holiday, or "just-because" gathering you have in store. I attended a meet-and-greet event hosted by Sachi with an Olympics theme, complete with fitness challenges and prizes, which was loads of fun! My girls and I were looking for something fun to do for Valentines so we linked up with Sashi. We honestly didn’t have any direction, literally just told her food, booze, & a good time. What she conjured up was amazing, really Sashi you have a gift. Had a banquet room booked, decorated beautifully, the cutest menus she made with a menu she selected from, & ofcourse booze lol! Def will hire her again, she’s amazing‼️ -
