I had the absolute joy of hiring Stephanie to be my wedding planner. She truly is wonderful, professional, well experienced in this field of work, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you want and need for your special day. With all the details of planning, and wedding stress, she is a natural with calming your nerves. Her attention to every details, whether asked for specifically or not, is above and beyond.
We had a major change in our wedding plans in middle of planning everything. She was right there by my side to help smooth out all the changes we had to make. Even on our big day, Stephanie still made sure to make me feel like a princess and queen with everything running smooth on my special day.

Rock Star Coordinator!
Stephanie was exactly what we needed on our wedding day! I decided to do most of the planning myself but I'm so happy and relieved we picked Stephanie as our Day of Coordinator. She's easy to get along with, super relatable and very organized. She was also highly recommended by other vendors I was working with. From our initial meeting together she took detailed notes and assured us we were on track with our planning. She didn't hesitate to offer her help or recommend any other vendors we were missing. Steph was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our planning. When wedding day came she went right into action with her assistants which were the sweetest ladies! They checked on us often and were with us literally every step of the way. Things may go wrong here and there on wedding day but it was nothing Steph and her team couldn't handle, they take care of everything and were willing to do it all to make my day happen! They communicated everything with me, as a bride, not once did I feel stressed we just had the best day ever! I think her services are very fairly priced for everything she does that day! -

Best coordinator ever!
Events by U with the owner, Stephanie Ulloa, and all her staff are absolutely amazing. I met Steph in my maid of honor and best friend’s wedding. She helped me have the WEDDING OF MY DREAMS!
From the moment my husband and I selected her to be our wedding coordinator she was constantly communicating with us, helping and guiding us. When you are hiring an expert for your big day, make sure this person is passionate about their service. On my experience with Events By U, she is not just passionate; she is also, Proffesional, fast, enthusiastic, positive, and will make sure you enjoy your big day.
My hair and makeup artist cancelled on me the week before my wedding day, Events By U got me one 30 minutes after and she was fantastic. If I needed a vendor she will recommend me others that were as qualified or were even better.
My husband and I requested one very important thing to her: “Please, we really want to enjoy our wedding day.” She made sure we had the time of our life. Words cannot explain how much I appreciate Stephanie and her team, she listened to all my concerns and made sure they were all covered.
I am a perfectionist, and until today I cannot point out one thing that was not as I requested or expected it to be. I know that if you hire Events By U for your big event you will not regret it.

We worked with Events by U very closely for almost a year and half to plan our wedding in South Florida as an out of state couple in New York. Being literally more than a thousand miles away, with no knowledge or relationships with local vendors and not knowing how to navigate the weather during rainy season, we were worried whether or not we could achieve what we dreamed of for our big day. But from the the moment I spoke to Stephanie by phone, I knew we were in expert hands. Stephanie is extremely detail-orientated and not only helped us think through the more practical aspects of wedding planning such as vendor comparisons for increased savings but was also invaluable in guiding us to achieve our vision so our guests could have the best experience possible. I can't express how grateful I am for having Stephanie as our "sherpa" and partner - we would have been lost planning our wedding without her and her incredible team. Look no further if you're looking for someone who will be just as dedicated to you are to your vision for your wedding. 100/10! -

I want to start by saying WOW! We booked the lovely Mrs. Stephanie 4-5 months before our wedding. In the that short amount of time we needed so so much help due to the time tiking. Thankfully we came across Stephanie because Honestly i didn’t know how everything was going to be coordinated and reserved on time. We had a couple obstacles along the way and Stephanie made every possible way for us to not stress and have a smooth day for our wedding. We became exactly comfortable and close in such a short period of time. We highly recommend Stephanie for any upcoming bride and groom for their special day. Hopefully we can work with her in the future. -

Best planner in Miami
I fought myself in adding the review now because i wanted it to be perfect just like the service i got . The service from Stephanie was amazing. Everyone loved how everything came out. Not only was everything perfect as i pictured it but throughout the process, she was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and would listen, give suggestions/ ideas and was very professional . Hiring was the best decision i made when starting the process of my daughter’s Quinces. Even when i would start to stress, she would immediately tell me not to that it was her job to do so. Even her vendor list is just as professional and responsive as her . Something important to mention, she stayed within the budget we wanted. I would highly recommend Events by u and i would hire her in a blink again. -

Amazing experience
Stephanie was truly a blessing when it came to helping my husband and I plan our dream wedding. Not only was she professional, but she was a friend throughout the entire process. Stephanie was the best present my (was fiancé) husband got me for our wedding. When I was attempted to plan a wedding I was so overwhelmed, I was in tears. Stephanie handled everything. When ever something went wrong (which just happens) she was already working on making our perfect day even more perfect! She was the best to work with, she is so creative and will make whatever you want come true! The has amazing recommendations for all the vendors. Everyone complimented us on the food and how beautiful everything looked. The fact that she goes the extra mile to make every detail gorgeous could not have been done better by anyone else. I could not have had such an amazing day without her. -
