A+++!!! To manage a 3 day, 5 event Indian wedding, with one event on a yacht, is no joke, but Vaishali, Julie, and their team made sure all of our events were nothing short of perfection!! We were so happy with the seamless execution of all our events, thanks to the great planning by Vaishali, Julie, and their team.
The most important quality of any vendor to me is their attitude, and Vaishali and Julie always had a positive attitude and tons of patience! In fact, all of our other vendors, were so relieved when we told them that we went with Vaishali, thanks to her strong reputation in the industry!
Whether it was helping us with color schemes, arranging multiple meetings with vendors, advising on food choices, providing last minute dancing tips before our grand entrance, and making sure we had enough to eat and drink as the bride and groom in between events, Vaishali and her team made sure we were always well taken care of every step of the way during all 5 events!
You can also tell they go above, and beyond through their considerate gestures and attention to detail. We were so lucky to have them, thank you so much Events by Vaishali team for everything you did to make our special wedding weekend an absolute dream come true!! -

Vaishali and her team were essential in our wedding planning and the execution of our wedding weekend. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure our wedding was perfect. We had 10+ vendors, and her team coordinated all of the vendors. Right before our wedding ceremony, there was an unexpected rain shower. Vaishali drove to Home Depot and got dozens of large umbrellas for our guests. Luckily, the rain stopped, but we were so appreciative that she had the umbrellas as a backup option. We would 100% recommend Vaishali and her team ! -

My husband and I got married in March 2019 and we had an elaborate 4 day wedding with LOTS of details and moving parts. I am also very particular about everything and how I wanted everything to be done. We had multiple different vendors we needed to coordinate with, and different venues as well. Having all of them reach out to Vaishali was a major plus so there was only one point of contact. She also created timelines for my family, as well as individual timelines for all the vendors. Vaishali and her team seamlessly handled the entire event, and I being the bride, didn't notice anything that went wrong! I don't remember anyone asking me any questions all day about anything. They hit on everything I requested and things that mattered most to me, I had a super attentive bride attendant with me all day, and my husband had a groom attendant with him. They were professional, able to handle 500 guests, and on point for each thing. If I recommend one thing for a wedding, especially a multiple event wedding, its to have a wedding coordinator and Vaishali would be highly recommended on our end! If you're on the fence about going with her, don't be! -

Vaishali was an exceptionally well prepared and diligent wedding planner. She thinks two steps ahead of everyone else and carefully thinks through every contingency so that you don't have to worry about any of the details on your wedding day. One two separate occasions we realized that we forgot critical items for our out of town wedding and without missing a step Vaishali went to work finding last minute replacements and our guests weren't the wiser. More than her excellent attention to detail and ability to think of things you don't even know you need, she is an extremely kind and wonderful person to work with. Vaishali also has an excellent network of wedding vendors that she helped connect us with that all were as exceptional as she was. Our wedding ran smoothly because of Vaishali and we can't recommend her highly enough to others. -

We can’t put into words what an amazing wedding planner Vaishali was for us. She is always two steps ahead. We never had to remind her to reply to an email or follow up. She did many things for us that were outside her role as a wedding planner. She handled family disputes, accompanied us to Costco and handled every ridiculous guest request. Our wedding involved a Jewish ceremony and a Hindu ceremony, 5 days, 5 different venues and a fully staffed hospitality suite. Vaishali pulled it all off flawlessly. As the bride, I gave Vaishali my phone the first day and didn’t see it again until the wedding was over. I was able to fully enjoy our wedding without a single concern. She accompanied us to every planning meeting, recommended amazing vendors and solved problems before I even knew they existed. She kept us updated of every correspondence she had, and sent us frequent email updates (which she knew was our preference). She even made detailed personalized schedules for each member of the bridal party, family and guests. She is the #1 vendor I recommend from our wedding and I only wish I had more events to plan so I could work with her again. -

My wife and I were married with the help of Vaishali and her team. I do not have enough words to explain what she did for us and our family. We had a large wedding over 650+ people and we honestly were not prepared on how to execute and bring our vision to life, We did not know what we were getting into from logistics, designs, vendors, hotels, halls etc Vaishali and her team did everything from A to Z, they held our hand and walked us along. They helped us make decisions, set goals, organize, strategise and show us what needs to be done and how to make our vision come to life.. Secondly, we had a multicultural wedding, Vaishali handled the intricacies and delicacy of bridging two cultures together, which wasn't easy to say the least. She took both families, brought them together, merged harmoniously and created a beautiful seamless ceremony.
We chose Vaishali because she sounded genuine and understanding from our first call, we vetted over 6 planners and she shined better than the others. Throughout our entire planning process to execution, we faced numerous hurdles but Vaishali did not flinch nor falter, her execution of handling and fixing the concerns was flawless. She made our big weekend without issue, organization was key and it went perfectly. We have been to many weddings and know what a not so good planner's work looks like, our went without a hitch all thanks to Vaishali. We were all present and took part in the wedding instead of worrying about all of the logistics
They say actions speak louder than words, we loved Vaishali so much that we are now working with her team for our family member's wedding along with any future weddings. I cannot say enough about the person that made our wedding phenomenal and took the most important day of our life and made it perfect. -

Having to plan an Indian wedding is hard enough but, when both the bride and groom are from different coasts, the attention to detail, seamless coordination, and dedication to ensuring all aspects from the bridesmaid and groomsman fittings to coordination with venues and hotels are managed, are all the more important in having the wedding of your dreams.
Vaishali unequivocally delivered from her creative expertise, constant communication with vendors to ensure that not only my husband and I were taken care of but, every guest and family member were able to have a memorable experience. Even if any issues may have arised that were of our control, because of Vaishali's professionalism and years of experience she was able to always think a few steps ahead, which allowed us to be able to be present and enjoy our special day and the events and planning leading up to it. The last thing you want to feel is any added stress on your wedding day and having the opportunity to entrust Vaishali with our needs and our vision truly allowed us to focus on what was important like writing our vows at the last second or making sure I don't trip and fall in my heels :).
Although I am sure that there were unexpected things that came up during our wedding (as they always do any event) because of Vaishali's professionalism and decisiveness you would never even know.
From the second you meet her, you will feel at ease not only because it is clear that Valshali will make sure to understand your vision and make your event unique and special and will go above and beyond to achieve this but, because she exudes genuine warmth and truly cares about her clients. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful our experience with Vaishali was. We are truly blessed to have so many amazing memories of our wedding to look back on thanks to Vaishali being such an integral part of it all. -
