Seriously, Just Book Letizia Now!
Letizia was awesome! Very responsive, detailed, personable and she offers great, unique suggestions along the way! When speaking with other DoC’s early on, it was very evident that Letizia and I clicked, and she was the clear choice. Every vendor I had on my team for our Barn at Lord Howe Valley wedding kept telling me how awesome Letizia is and how I likely wouldn’t even notice everything she’d be doing in the background on the wedding day. I’m an extremely detailed person, and I was just so, so happy with how our decor looked when I finally got to see the Barn after getting ready. She and Roxanne (assistant AND owner of Roxy’s Cakes) worked off some pictures I gave Letizia and they nailed it. They were great at wrangling guests to where they needed to be (ie. Getting them out of their seats and into a circle to watch our first dance). If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we totally didn’t know and that’s thanks to Letizia and Roxanne. My husband said hiring Events to a T was worth every penny. I’m legit sad that my wedding is over because it was such a pleasure to work with Letizia. Don’t look any further, book Events to a T now!

We went back and forth quite a bit over whether we should hire a day of coordinator, as our venue had a coordinator, as well. Looking back, hiring Events to a T was one of the best decisions we could have made!
Letizia and Candice took so much stress off of our shoulders the week of our wedding and we cannot thank them enough. From taking over tasks like communicating with vendors to setting up our ballroom tablescapes, we were able to trust the Events to a T team to handle a variety of tasks so that we could truly enjoy our wedding day. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for coordinators to help bring their vision to life!! -

One of the best!
Choosing Letizia as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we could have possibly made! Our wedding vision extremely non-traditional, with many small details that differed from your average wedding – including a video game area for Mario Kart. Not only did she remember every change we made, but she absolutely nailed it with all the details we envisioned! She set up our event more beautifully than we could have imagined, with slight suggestions and tweaks to vendor locations, which added great flow to the space. She worked with all our vendors to make sure everything was on time and as smooth as possible for us, which allowed us to truly enjoy every moment of our day. She advocated on our behalf when necessary and made sure our plans came to fruition perfectly in every possible way. Thanks to Letizia, we had the most magical night of our lives. We barely had to do anything the next morning other than load up our cars because of how well she cleaned up and organized our décor. Our guests are still raving about how amazingly fun it was with so much attention to detail. We wouldn’t have been able to pull it of without her! -

Letizia & Courtney were wonderful to work with. Any hiccup that arose, Letizia had a back up option ready to go. She was able to secure the perfect location and assist with all the logistics we needed. Courtney was a powerhouse on our day of and hustled to ensure everything was perfect. Together, they alleviated all my stressors and ensured I had the best day as a bride! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Letizia! We got married out of state and at a venue that never had a wedding before. Needless to say I was very nervous about how everything would turn out. Our wedding day was everything and more thanks to Letizia! She is the most responsive person ever, responding to every little question I had at any time of day, taking care of anything we needed and truly listening to our vision. Every suggestion Letizia made was absolutely perfect. She was on top of every detail, and worked to find us the best deals on vendors, and provided us with insight on things we never would have thought of. I literally do not know what we would have done without her. On our wedding day I was so calm and living in the moment because Letizia had everything taken care of. She was literally repurposing flowers, bustling my dress, decorating the tables beautifully, checking on guests, and checking to make sure the vendors had what they needed all at once! Our guests were all commenting on how amazing she was and how perfect everything looked. Letizia and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with and made my wedding day a dream come true. I had worked with her closely throughout my wedding planning process and she was so knowledgeable and truly had the best pro tips. She was also so patient answering my multitude of questions and anxieties. She’s worth her weight in gold and she really held our wedding day together. Nothing would have went right without her and I would have been a stressed out mess!
Day of the wedding everything was beautifully decorated and set up just the way I wanted and pictured. My hired vehicle was quite late to pick me up for the venue. I called her panicked, she calmed me right down and kept me from having a meltdown. When I arrived everyone was where they needed to be so we could go right into the ceremony and Letizia made sure of it. After the ceremony she kept everything and all the vendors on schedule. I can’t tell you how much that enabled me to actually enjoy my day and be present with my husband! She made sure I ate and had a drink so I didn’t forget and encouraged me to relax and soak everything in. Her provided bartending services were also top notch and I heard nothing but compliments on the bartending.
She was kind and so sweet to myself and everyone she encountered. During the wedding and after the wedding I heard other wedding party members sing her praises because she made such an impact on them. We even enjoyed a cornhole game together with my family! She’s hand down the best person to trust with your special day! She really made sure my day was the blissful wedding day I wanted. At one point, I thought I didn’t need a wedding planner, but I’m here to say you definitely do and it should definitely be Letizia! -

1000% Worth It and Must Have!
100% Recommend. We found out about Events To A T when we booked our first venue. When we found out our venue sold and had to scramble for a new plan, there was no one more comforting than Letizia. As an event coordinator, it was tough for me to trust some of the planning and setup to someone else knowing I had a vision of how I wanted it all to be. I would trust Letizia 1000x over because she made sure my dreams were reality. She made sure we had no worries with setup, tear down, kept everyone on time and where they needed to be. Had our backs 100% no matter what. I was someone who thought I didn’t need a day-of event planner with my experience, but it was so worth it and I highly suggest it and highly suggest Events To a T to everyone. It is to a point where we so miss our phone calls and chats with her! Thank you Letizia, from the bottom of our hearts for the passion and care you put into your couples! -

Letizia was our coordinator for our wedding in August 2022. She was amazing from start to finish. She was able to find us the best vendors. Our guests loved every minute of our wedding and we could not have done it without Letizia. She is a very patient person who always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She never once was short or made me feel as if I was annoying when taking my ‘bride is stressed’ calls. Letizia treats you like family. She is the BEST!!!! -

Letizia was a HUGE help during our entire wedding process. She helped us navigate through the pandemic (including a date, venue and catering change) and helped bring our vision to life. She was communicative with us and our vendors, helped develop a timeline for everyone and would text or email with me about littlest details I had questions or needed opinions on. On the day of, she ensured that everything went swimmingly (or that I at least didn't know about any issues that arose) and even helped us pack up at the end of the night so that all I had to do was enjoy my day and then go home. Not only do I highly recommend that you get a planner, but I highly recommend hiring Letizia! -

Words cannot describe how big of a role Events to a T played in our wedding. My husband and I met Letizia at a wedding show in Lake George well before we set a wedding date or ironed out any details about our big day. We were blissful, newly engaged, and just enjoying learning about and meeting vendors. I honestly had never considered a wedding planner before, but our short interaction with Letizia left a lasting impact. I didn't know what I wanted my wedding to look like yet, but I knew I wanted Letizia to help me plan it. I think many brides feel like they can handle planning a wedding on their own, and while that may be true it is a challenging world to navigate! Letizia not only helped us create our dream day on a budget that on my own, felt impossible to plan a wedding with, but she also recommended some of the most incredible vendors to us through her professional experiences which is invaluable knowledge to have. She made the wedding planning process absolutely seamless, and every detail perfect.
Letizia is not only one of the kindest people my husband and I have ever met, but also one of the most genuine. She is incredibly responsive, very creative, and made the wedding planning process and day of virtually stress free. Her attention to detail is unmatched, the way she decorated our venue and reception space far exceeded my expectations. Her staff also provided us bar services, picked up our catering for us, Letiza managed our music, announced us into our reception, and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Before I could even think of it, her staff was offering me something to drink, or to grab me something to eat which allowed me to focus solely on my husband and my big day. To top it all off I was a COVID bride and had to radically change my wedding plans, and Letizia was nothing but understanding, accommodating, and made rolling with the punches effortless. There aren't enough thanks in the world I can give to Events To a T. So if you're in the market for a wedding planner, or think you don't need one, I'm here to tell you that you do, and you need Letizia and her team! They're AMAZING. -

Couldn’t have done it without T!
Letizia was an absolute lifesaver from the beginning of our wedding planning (two years prior to our actual event thanks to COVID) to the day of our celebration. She was always very responsive and set everything up beautifully on the day of our wedding. I would highly recommend hiring Events to a T for your next event! -

I wish I could give Letizia 10 stars! 100 stars! She was instrumental in keeping us sane and happy in the wedding planning process. Unfortunately, I was a COVID bride and our wedding ended up having to be cancelled - but I was absolutely floored by the quality of the service Letizia personally offered during the stressful cancellation/rescheduling/what are we even doing? process. Before all of this, she was our shining beacon, helping us find and book incredible professionals in the area and even helping us communicate with the venue. She was always available and always had a positive attitude and amazing ideas. When the pandemic hit, she was there with us every step of the way and when it became clear we would not be able to have our planned ceremony she even BECAME AN ORDAINED MINISTER to offer us the option for her to marry us herself. Brides and grooms, if you're looking for a planner: look no further. I have never, in my over a decade of working in hospitality, encountered such a shining beacon for amazing service. 100 stars for Letizia & Events to a T. -

Our wedding took place on a private property in Lake George and we decided to hire Events to a T to help us create the perfect place and day. All of our stress was gone because she took care of everything we needed, the flowers, decor, candy bar, our cake, wedding favors. It all came together in a very beautiful way and she listened to all of our ideas and needs.
