    Cindy was a total dream to work with from first contact. She was recommended by our venue (The Grand Summit) but I still did my research and talked to other florists and decorators. Finally I made the smart decision to go with Cindy. The flowers and decorations were absolutely perfect and so reasonably priced. We had a themed wedding--Star Wars/Back to the Future--and even though she wasn't nearly as big a nerd as we are, she had fantastic suggestions that made things extra fun. And the candy table! It looked gorgeous and fun and was exactly what we wanted. Our guests went bananas. She also made the most gorgeous bridal arch with flowers and star garlands (the one thing I made myself--thanks, Pinterest!) that we also used as a backdrop for our table during the reception. Our centerpieces glittered with gold accents and lightly gold glitter tipped roses (which might sound tacky but they were stunning). My bouquet was simple and perfect as were all the flowers for our wedding party and family.

    Overall, Cindy also has fantastic energy and we left every meeting feeling positive and excited. And when I had a bridal meltdown the morning of the wedding (20 minutes of Bridezilla thanks to nerves and a scheduling snafu) she kept me calm and didn't look at me like I was insane. Which I was. But for only those 20 minutes. Huge thumbs up for Cindy. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her amazing services.

    Cindy from Events to Perfection was an outstanding vendor. She was very meticulous about notating our preferences and recommended that we meet prior to the event to see a "trial"
    of the centerpieces at no additional charge. As well, she was able to provide pipe and drape for our ceremony space.

    On the day of the event, she made the centerpieces a bit too large and needed to change the centerpiece hardware....but the centerpieces were beautiful and looked much more expensive than what we paid. She made every effort to ensure that our vision was executed as close to our agreement as possible and gave us additional flowers and candelabras to compensate for the last minute change.

    The product was well worth the money spent and I would recommend her without hesitation to a friend or family member.

    Events to Perfection was so fantastic in our wedding! We had such an amazing time with them. They made my wedding feel so effortless. Even though at times I was stressed they helped ease the whole wedding planning.

    Events to Perfection was recommended by our venue to provide chair covers for our wedding reception.

    Worst experience of my wedding.

    From the first contact with her, we should have known to stay away. Very flaky, took very long to return phone calls or emails. We set up a meeting at the reception venue to look at samples; we drove over a half an hour to look at the wrong colors. Promised to send pictures in the right color the next day, again it took two weeks to receive pictures. From first point of contact, it took over two months to get a contract from her, stating what was to be provided.
    Fast forward to our wedding day...
    and the chair covers are white, definitely not the black we chose to match the rest of our linens. I was beside myself. I actually sent her an email from the bridal suite, her sorry response was "I don't know what happened I packed black ones". While we still had an awesome wedding (our friends and family are still talking about it); every time we look at photos of our party, we are going see these white chair covers, and be reminded of how annoying this whole experience has been.

    Unfortunately, the wrong covers were packed that day by an employee. Since it is my company, I take full responsibility. What the client fails to state is that her color band was a custom.made.color. so of course. I did not have.it the day of the appt. I had the item custom made from my linen guy. What the client fails to state is that I apologized, offered the venue to come.back asap day of, and my response (still saved) was not so non chalant as to state 'oh well the wrong.covers were packed'. What the client fails to state is that I offered (rightfully so) a refund and sent it out. What she also fails to say is that I emailed her back from the night of thru the week after of the outcome, Aplogized more and assured her of a refund. I'm sorry she felt I was unresponsive and 'flaky' (that's a first). I had to get items made which delayed the process a bit. I take this review to heart. Remember everyone, always several sides to a story. I certainly feel horrible.

    stay away forgot our wedding

    I used this vendor for a birthday party last November with no problems. SO I contracted them for a wedding held this past Sunday. The bride had to make so many difficult decisions we opted to use balloons as the main decoration to minimize cost. Cynthia confirmed the date , place and time (11 AM ceremony), to meet. on 9/23
    with delivery at 9:30 Sunday morning. I zelled her full payment the day before in good faith. $400.00
    At 9:45 when no show I text her with no reply. AT 10 AM, I called to ask where they were. the reply "OMG I forgot" How does an event vendor forgot your event ?? She then rushed to show, up with the bride sitting in her car waiting to come in at 10:55 . Saying I have had allot of problems Really?? its 2020 the bride has had to make allot of changes to pull off this wedding I did not want her to have another disappointment when she walked in
    The quests were already sitting at the tables as we plopped the hap hazard clusters in the center. They were supposed to be Mylar Mr & Mrs clusters with latex, 2 of the clusters had Mrs & Mrs. among other issues. She said I will credit you .... OK still caused allot of distress for the family who were waiting for her to show up. She credited me ONLY $300! Claiming she paid $100 for the mylar balloons. 8 mylar balloons cost $100?? and it was her admitted screw up! If she bothered to show up when agreed, she would have kept the agreed payment. I would NEVER use her for any venues if I were you

    Okay, so first of all you never signed a contract nor did you give me a deposit for the mylars. I, in good faith, paid for NOT 8 MYLARS BUT 20. So get your facts straight. In addition, I never received your 'text' the night before nor did your Zelle come thru until hours after you 'Zelled' me. I delivered 9 centerpieces before 11 am. I was on my way back home at 10:56 am. In addition, I overheard your husband telling you to relax that the wedding was running behind. I had an experience with you once before where you got your entire event for free and still wanted a refund from me. Seems to be your motive. So bad mouth me all your want, there are always 3 sides to every story!
