  Events Unlimited Tent & Party Rental Co were the best for our event

  We hosted a 150 family reunion of the Livingston Family at Clermont State Park. The 40x80 tent was perfect. The round tables and nice chairs were perfect. We also rented glasses and linens.

  Event unlimited was great with communication! Victoria and the rest of the team were so helpful with putting my order together for my recent wedding in July. They were patient with all the changes that needed to happen. Great quality rentals! Everything look beautiful! Thanks, Events Unlimited!

  Consistently good

  We've used Events Unlimited for many of our events in the past and they have always been consistent, responsive and very easy to work with. They are a well oiled machine and their processes are clear and easy to follow. Not the mention, the rentals always came in great condition. Would definitely recommend them and continue to work with them!

  Rentals Made Easy!

  I am SO glad I went with Events Unlimited for our wedding at Mount Gulian Historic Site in Beacon, NY!! To start, meeting Lisa at the showroom was beyond helpful for the planning process. We had a small budget and she was never pushy nor did she ever make us feel out of place. We were able to take our time and figure out the rentals piece by piece (we had to bring in everything to the venue - it came with nothing). We needed tents, tableware, linens, bars, etc. The prices were very fair and Lisa worked with us to make sure we had just enough and weren't paying for unnecessary duplicates. The rentals themselves were beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. I was on-site when the crew set everything up - they were quick, efficient and took care with everything. Thank you so much to Lisa for being so kind and helpful! I have already recommended Events Unlimited to so many!

All of the rentals were great and everything came together under the tent perfectly. Would highly recommend them for your wedding rental needs!

  Beautiful rentals!

  There really aren't enough ways to say how happy we were to work with Events Unlimited. Our main focus was the clear top tent and we can't tell you how many people have commented to us how amazing it was...we couldn't agree more. The set up and removal were seamless. We are so grateful from the bottom of our hearts for a truly unforgettable day!

  Seamless experience

  We had a great experience with Events Unlimited. Our caterer (Mike at Simply Gourmet) handled 99% of our coordination and communication with Events Unlimited, but we did have several conversations with them which were all pleasant! Thanks for a seamless wedding day at Nostrano Vineyards.

  Clear tent of my dreams

  We rented all of our rentals for our wedding from Events Unlimited. From the tables/chairs to heaters, tent and lighting. Everything was of excellent quality. The real stand-out was the clear tent we got and the lighting. No one who attended our wedding had ever seen something more beautiful. It really was magical. Thanks for everything Events Unlimited!

  Best Rental Company!

  My husband and I used Events Unlimited for our recent wedding and were really impressed with the company! They were very responsive and patient through our many revisions and answered all of our questions with ease. We had originally rented a handful of patio heaters to heat our barn during the wedding, but when we were faced with a nor'easter, we added multiple tents and more heaters to make sure that our guests were comfortable. Events Unlimited gave us their expert advice as to which heaters were better and even sent their crew back to fix our tent before the storm. Would highly recommended!

  Working with Events Unlimited was one of the smoothest parts of our wedding. They were responsive, had a huge inventory, and most importantly: nothing was missing on the day of our wedding! I loved the opportunity to truly choose from a huge selection of rentals, as well as they had the opportunity to order anything additional that wasn't readily in stock.

  I recently had my wedding at TuthillTown Distillery in Gardiner. We opted for an outdoor reception and used Events Unlimited for our rentals package (tent, floor, stage, tables, chairs etc).
  
  They did a phenomenal job! Firstly their selection of rental furniture (bars, tables, chairs) is unbeatable and if you're doing and outside event with a tent and have it within your budget to add flooring, their wood flooring is exquisite! It was worth every single penny!
  
  Most importantly, they are willing to work within your budget which I TRULY appreciated.

  Our sons outside wedding planning went incredibly smooth thanks to Events Unlimited and their Top Notch Staff. Heather is a delight to work with. She's knowledgeable, thorough, patient, ever so gracious, and always greets you with a smile. She answered every question we had, and believe me, there were many! Our wedding was quite large and many of our guests were so impressed by the enormous size and also commented on the cleanliness and condition of the tent. The tent crew was amazing! They worked hard, efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they, too, were very pleasant. Heather and the entire staff were very attentive to our needs to fulfill every desire and request. We definitely highly recommend Events Unlimited.

The quality of everything we rented was just as described and was gorgeous, and truly made our event unique and intimate!!! So many guest complimented how gorgeous and clean the tent was, and how gorgeous the vintage china and gold flatware etc were! Marty, Simone, Alex, and the rest of their team were a pleasure to work with and we would definitely work with them in the future/recommend them to anyone looking to create an amazing event space!!!

  We rented our drink and dinnerware as well as tables and chairs from Events Unlimited for our wedding in Woodstock. We mainly worked with Simone, who was so incredibly helpful and attentive that we honestly wished we had her as a wedding planner as well. The rentals arrived on time and in great condition, and the prices were great. We had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend them. The only thing we did have an issue with was that they do not accept credit/debit/paypal, which did cause us some problems as we had to mail multiple checks to them-not the most convenient form of payment.

  We used Events Unlimited for our June 28th wedding and they were so awesome to work with. Simone was able to get gold flatware for me which was all I really wanted for the wedding. It was great to work with someone so willing to go out of her way to accommodate. We had a small misunderstanding the day of and when I called they sent someone right out to fix the situation and it was no drama or trouble at all. Thanks Simone and Marty for everything!

  We used Events Unlimited for our June 28th wedding and they were so awesome to work with. Simone was able to get gold flatware for me which was all I really wanted for the wedding. It was great to work with someone so willing to go out of her way to accommodate.   I couldn't be more pleased to recommend Events Unlimited to all the brides- and grooms-to-be who are in search of a rentals vendor. First, the basics: Marty and his team are professional, fair, and a pleasure to work with. They provide a fantastic value for their fee.
  
  Now, for the specifics of our event. To put it plainly, we'd have been up a creek were it not for EU's thoroughness and attention to detail. We had an incredibly intricate wedding with tons of moving parts. We elected to marry at a beautiful horse farm, which--while lovely--was more or less a big empty space. This meant we had to bring in everything from the ceremony and reception chairs to the forks, knives, bread baskets, salt and pepper shakers, cooks' tent, convection ovens, and everything else our caterer needed to provide a meal for our guests that day. Our rentals order was literally pages and pages long, and Events Unlimited executed it flawlessly. I exaggerate not when I tell you we had 32 revisions to our order, and they entertained our changes each time without complaint. So thank you, Events Unlimited, we could never have done it without you!
