Words cannot describe how incredibly happy and thankful we are. Thanks to the impeccable job of Viviane, Roberto and Isabel we had the most amazing night of our lives. They definitely made the whole planning experience a stress-free one. Anytime that we needed them, they were there to answer. Viviane has so much experience, she knows exactly what could go wrong and the solution for it. Our day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Even more perfect than what we had hoped! They are definitely the people you want next to you when planning your wedding. -

Muchos piensan que no necesitan un wedding planner para planificar su boda, pero Recomendaria a Viviane y a su equipo a todo el mundo. El precio que cobran sonara como mucho pero la verdad es que es NADA comparado con lo que te ahorran al negociar los contratos por ti ademas de quitarte el estres durante todo el proceso.
Se encargaron de todo (incluso de cosas que ni sabia que tenia que hacer para una boda). Les di un presupuesto para la boda, y de acuerdo con eso me planificaron todo a la perfeccion. Me consiguieron todos los vendors que necesitaba para el evento y negociaron los precios por mi incluyendo el venue, catering, alcohol, musica, video, etc. Ademas, mee acompañaron a todos los meetings.
Ademas de esto yo tuve un "destination wedding" y queria hacer regalitos para los invitados.. Me ayudaron comprando varios items que queria meter en un bolsito para que los invitados se llevaran.. Y una vez teniamos todos los "ingredientes" ellos se encargaron de ponerle los lasitos, los nombres, los detalles de los que nunca me hubiese podido encargar yo.
Honestamente, se que tenian otros eventos que estaban planeando, sin embargo me senti que estaban solamente trabajando para mi 24/7. Yo les escribia y no pasaban ni un par de horas antes de que me respondieran todo. Y siempre estaban checking in conmigo y ayudandome en cada paso.
Nosotros somos un poco religiosos, y Viviane y su equipo se estudiaron mi religion y todas las tradiciones que vienen con ella. Esto no es nada facil y sin embargo lo hicieron como si ellos mismos compartieran mis tradiciones.
El dia del evento ni tuve que pensar en nada. Yo les dije a que hora queria caminar y de acuerdo con eso ellos me organizaron el dia.
Algunos comentarios de mis invitados: "es la primera boda a la que vamos que empiezan a tiempo" "todo el mundo sabia a donde ir y donde sentarse" "no se noto la presencia de los planners".
De verdad que podria decir mil otras cosas de ellos.. pero si alguien esta leyendo este review, no lo piensen dos veces. Contratenlos que no se van a arrepentir!
Gracias Viviane por crear un fin de semana inolvidable para nosotros!

Simply the best. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to their excellent work. From beginning to end, their job was seamless, from our first meeting until the big day. Their staff is highly professional with close attention to detail and were always extremely focused on us. Their presence in our wedding was paramount for its success. Furthermore, during the whole process, their feedback on our ideas and suggestions was always sweet, kind, and encouraging. I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I will be forever grateful for having them as my wedding planners. -

Best experience ever!
Words cant describe how grateful and happy we are that our wedding was planned by the Vivian Fortu~o team. They are truly the best of the best. They are reliable, organize, responsable and extremely professional. They will go beyond their work to make sure your event is everything you dream and more. A wedding is always stressing and being overseas makes it a little bit more challenging, or at least that what i though. This team made this experience a blessing. While we were able to be a part of everything wedding related we felt like we had a team of professionals making sure everything was perfect. Our wedding happened during difficult times in Puerto Rico and there was not a moment that i felt alone or left out. I could go on an on about how amazing they were, but i will just say that their attention to detail, their level of professionalism and genuine desire to fulfill our dream wedding were beyond expectation.

The events team did a fabulous job helping us put together our destination wedding and surrounding events for our guests. The team has great ideas, a very strong roster of wedding vendors and they were thoughtful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The result was a beautiful and memorable event. -

She was just amazing to work with and she will help you hire the best wedding vendors in Puerto Rico. Her attention to detail and professionalism was just amazing. As a couple based in New York not particularly versed in weddings we understood early on that putting an event together in another part of the world would require assistance. We did the typical dance of going on Wedding Wire and looking at reviews. We narrowed down the list to a few people and settled on Viviane after speaking to her and getting a strong recommendation from the St. Regis Bahia Beach.
Viviane is an institution in Puerto Rico with a small online presence. I would guess it is because most of her clients are local, a fact that was confirmed when prominent Puerto Ricans spoke about her glowingly (one of us was born in Puerto Rico). Her image made us think she would be too traditional for what we wanted (her style is timeless, but she has done it all), but the first conversation we had with her showed us a woman of vast experience and genuine love of what she does.
She spoke to us extensively on our first call, and after listening to all our wants, she immediately had ideas and feedback on different possibilities. She set up multiple days of meetings with various vendors in a highly efficient manner, which was a requirement as our visits to Puerto Rico were short. After our first visit, a team was pretty much in place to handle 85% of what we needed for our wedding weekend.
Over many months we occasionally touched based with Viviane and her team. Every time we texted her mobile we received a reply or a callback. People always asked us how stressed out we were... we never were. If there is one takeaway with Viviane is that vendors respect her and they do not want to let her down. Well regarded is something you want from a wedding planner, a relationship with vendors of mutual respect and good teamwork.
Our wedding and other events were great. Viviane and her team were present from start to finish actively managing and coordinating with the hotel. All our guests had a fantastic time and we could not have asked for a better team to put together this important event in our lives. We are eternally grateful. -

Top wedding planner team in Puerto Rico!
My daughter, a 2008 Princeton grad, was married in San Juan, Puerto Rico in October 2018. Under the meticulous guidance of Roberto and Vivane Fortuno we had the most amazing and magical wedding!
In addition to being professional with excellent judgement and pleasant demeanor, they are extremely knowledgeable about the various vendors in Puerto Rico. Viviane has been doing this for decades. Roberto is in his '20's but he is very mature and poised for his age. This team only refers you to the BEST of the best. In nearly every single vendor category, they guided us to perfection!! This included the cake, makeup artist, videographer, decor company, DJ, live band, batucada group, transportation, instrumental music for church, as well as the selection of the church, rehearsal party, and reception venues! They accompanied us to the tastings and drove us around to many vendor visits. MORE THAN AMAZING service!
In addition, Roberto helped us to save money by taking us to local supermarkets which carry top quality wine and cavas. We were able to save thousands of $ just on the alcohol budget with their assistance and guidance.
EVERY vendor decision was carefully discussed, and Roberto was especially good as matching us with vendors who fit our personality/style. This was particularly true for decor, where I was very specific about what I wanted. After careful consideration, we went with Akua which turned the Antiguo Casino into a magical place! This is a converted old government building whose inside is a sparkling white marble ballroom, with huge crystal chandeliers , floor to ceiling french doors overlooking El Morro, and a jaw dropping stair case. It was like a fairy tale!
Both Roberto and Viviane are honest, hard working, wonderful people and always put your needs above their own. They always return phone calls and emails promptly. They have fantastic style and taste. They are well worth the fee that they charge . Our wedding was flawless and everything ran perfectly!
If you are having your wedding in Puerto Rico, look no further! This wedding plan team is TIP TOP. They are the BEST!

I've had the honor of working with her on both destination and local wedding in Puerto Rico and she is absolutely the best there is!
