My partner and I were looking for a day of planner to help us execute on a our vision for our wedding. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted, so we know that we needed to find someone who could quickly understand our vision and help us make decisions in line with that vision.
I was talking to several planners, but the correspondence I had with Amber felt different, so we got on a video call. I knew right away I had found our person!! Amber brings all the joy and warmth you want for your wedding, balanced with a professionalism and attention to detail you need. She was SO amazing to work with leading up to the date.
On the day of the wedding, Amber was everything I had hoped for - clear on our vision, professional but also firm with our vendors, and took care of my partner and I at every step of the day. I could not have done this work without her. As someone who cares a lot about details and prides myself on my organization, Amber was able to match and surpass all my hopes for her. Amber was very attentive and showed care in the way she approached helping us prepare for our wedding. While we only utilized her as a wedding coordinator, she was willing to work with us beyond her role and responsibilities. She was also willing to provide resources and make suggestions that helped us secure our vendors and also close the gap on understanding how to navigate our special day. There were challenges with our specific situation because we were a long distance couple and could not readily be as attentive to certain aspects of our wedding but Amber helped mitigate some of the stresses of that. Overall, we would recommend her and her teams services. -

I found Amber through a referral from another coordinator that my daughter used to plan her wedding. My only hesitation was that I hadn’t ever used a planner before, but I am glad I got over that quickly. I was immediately drawn to the ease of contacting Amber, so that was a win for me. What I liked best was I could depend on her expertise to walk us through the process. I was a little overwhelmed in a few places because I hadn’t thought about some of the necessary steps. But Amber quickly calmed those fears by being organized and ahead of things. I wouldn’t change anything about my experience. The only thing is since I’m not using her anymore, it’s like a piece of my family is missing. So if you need a planner, I highly recommend Amber and her services. And know that she is dedicated, timely, and a beast in the best way on the day of your event. There were a few glitches [not on her part], but she handled them, and I could just enjoy my 40th wedding renewal. She gave us directions on what was next [see picture]. She made sure my vision was carried out. It just all worked out. I was very pleased.

Absolutely phenomenal experience working with Amber and her team at last week's wedding. With her experience and unmatched organizational skills, she anticipated every possible need and made sure the whole weekend went off without a hitch.
I cannot recommend her services highly enough. Amber managed all of the wedding logistics, details and *~strong personalities~* with grace, ease and efficiency.
That woman is worth her weight in gold. -

We can't say enough about Events with Ambiance. Because of Amber, we had the wedding of our dreams! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of the planning process were successful. We had to postpone our wedding for almost two years, and she was STILL willing and ready—complete understanding and patience.
As first-time planners, we were over our heads with where to start. Amber broke everything down and gave us a guided timeline to tackle everything! We never felt in the dark about anything; her communication was stellar, keeping us updated and checking in on us.
Even when our photographer canceled on us two days before the wedding, Amber quickly troubleshot. The whole team was supportive, not just us but our wedding party and family. The wedding day was fantastic because she poured her heart into every detail.
I'm just so glad we decided to go with Events with Ambiance! Look no further if you want to feel cared for and understood. She has a great network of vendor recommendations that made it easy for us to pick; she even gave us different price points! I know our wedding wouldn't have been such a success without the love, support, professionalism, and joy she bought to the planning process. Her passion truly shows in her work. We can not thank you enough for giving us the best day of our lives!

We could not have felt more confident and secure in having Amber as our wedding planner. She offers different levels of planning which worked great for us.
Amber and her team was amazing to work with. She is very organized, methodical, detailed oriented, and helped us to keep focus on the most critical items first. Our wedding was in downtown and in Lincoln park and transportation and flower and decor was just what I asked for. She had such great energy and was always willing to help! Definitely would recommend her. -
