My husband and I hired Julia as our wedding day-of Coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made. While we had done a lot of the planning ourselves, we needed someone to ensure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Julia exceeded our expectations in every way.
Right from the start, she provided us with a detailed wedding itinerary that kept us organized and improved communication with our vendors and wedding party. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were impressive.
On our wedding day, Julia was our ultimate go-to person. She flawlessly handled every single request we made, and she never left our sides, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the entire day.
She is worth every penny and more. Her dedication, support, and professionalism made our wedding day truly amazing! Thank you Julia! -

I am truly so so thankful to Julia and her assistant for making our day the best it could be. After about a year of stressful wedding planning, I felt relieved when Julia came in about a month prior to help tie up any loose ends. Getting married is tough because most of us have never planned anything like this before. Although I had already booked my vendors, sent out invites, and bought decor, talking to her during our meetings finally helped me envision what my day would look like. It also helped that she was there for me via text or email to answer the smallest and dumbest questions I had.
When our wedding day finally came around, I was SO much busier than I'd thought I'd be. I could not have done it without Julia. When I arrived at the venue everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it. She was on time with our schedule, she was able to wrangle everybody together for photos and the ceremony, and she made sure that our reception flowed seamlessly even when things unexpectedly (and inevitably) came up. Even in the midst of all this chaos, Julia still found time to bring us food and drinks throughout the night which I thought was really sweet. And lastly, when the night wrapped up, Julia and her partner were already done packing up our decor for us to take home.
I seriously could not have done this without Julia. She is extremely professional, patient, and understanding. I definitely think she should charge more for her services because she is worth her weight in gold. As someone who is very type A and loves planning, I reached out to SO many day-of planning services who did not have the same level of attention to detail or care for their clients. I highly recommend booking her for your special day. You will NOT regret it. -

If you get a chance to hire Julia, do it! We needed a Day of Coordinator for our reception only of 200+ guests on 08/07/21. Understanding that our situation was unique due to Covid, we hosted our small ceremony back in November 2020 and had to postpone our reception for 2021. Julia was flexible and customized a package that met our needs and budget! She is very easy to talk to, prompt, and professional. On the day of our reception, she arrived on time and executed everything perfectly while calming our nerves, taking our stress away, and keeping us on schedule! We really got to enjoy our reception! Thank you so much Julia for your wonderful services!! -

Julia was very helpful. She made sure everything on the wedding day running smoothly and following the timeline established. She was very responsive and helped coordinate with all vendors. She set up the wedding site exactly what I asked for and better. Because of her service, I got to enjoy my wedding day fully and not to worry about so many things at the same time. I would definitely recommend Julia to all the brides to be and my friends who are getting married. -

Julia was a tremendous help for me and my husband on our wedding day. She went above and beyond what a day-of coordinator should do and we are so grateful we found her.
The days leading up to the wedding, she was on top of making sure all our vendors and our venue were ready to go and gave me peace of mind that it was taking care of. Any questions or concerns I had, she responded within minutes.
The day of our wedding it rained all morning. I was freaking out about where our outdoor ceremony was going to take place and how was everything going to fit inside. She put my mind at ease by coordinating with the venue manager to move the ceremony inside, rearranged all the tables, chairs, and decor to make it not only fit indoors, but look amazing!
I would highly recommend Julia for your wedding day. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to insure you are happy and stress free.
