  Best catering team ever!

  Events with Taste is the absolute best catering team we could’ve chosen for our wedding. They are truly experts at what they do and took a lot of the planning work off of me during catering planning. They excellently provided food for our wedding meeting our dietary needs that all the guests enjoyed! I am so glad I chose Events with Taste! The food was phenomenal, and the service and partnership with this vendor was perfect!!

  Simply fabulous!

  EWT handled all aspects of my sons rehearsal celebration. The food selection provided a variety for all guests (vegetarians in attendance) and was incredible. The guests all commented on how delicious the food was. EWT worked with our venue to set up the celebration, the staff worked continuously throughout the evening and cleaned up the venue before leaving. I would absolutely use EWT in the future

  Best of the Best

  Events with Taste catered my remote wedding in Cloudland Canyon. Not only were they communicative, extremely reliable, on time, the food was also out of this world! Michelle and her team were so professional and kind and they really took care of me and all mu guest. Every guest came up to me and complimented the food. We had our guest served family style, with lots of sides, passed appetizers, plated salads and tableside wine service, and Events with Taste didn't miss a beat! If you can dream it, they can do it! They even made sure to include vegan options that were so tasty everybody enjoyed. Cannot recommend Events with Taste enough! 10/10!

  Exceptional dining experience!

  Michelle and her talented team did an amazing job with my son’s Rehearsal Dinner. They custom catered a menu to my son’s taste (he’s a real foodie!) and created a meal that was absolutely delicious! Our guests have been raving about the food ever since. Events With Taste truly took our special event to a whole new level!

  Excellent !!

  I knew Events with Taste wanted to do their best from the moment they sent a questionnaire to us and then proposed a fabulous menu for our cocktail hour and wedding reception. We requested all vegetarian food and even a non-vegetarian guest said “the food was so good I forgot there was no meat.” They also paid attention to detail as far as drink refills at each table and made sure the Bride and Groom were served.
  People are still talking about the food at our wedding months later. Michelle and her team truly made our reception fabulous! All of our food was fresh and delicious. Events with Taste are professional and they prepared quality and quantity of food. I appreciate all the effort they put into making our special day a success and would absolutely recommend everyone to use Events with Taste for any catering needs!

  Great Rehearsal Dinner

  Events With Taste catered my rehearsal dinner and did an excellent job! Since our dinner was at a private location, they provided all the services we needed. They hosted our bar, set up a buffet station and dessert bar, had wait staff pass hors d'oeuvres, and provided all the linens and tableware. They also created a custom menu with our favorite foods. They made our night easy and stress-free; we couldn't recommend them more.

  Fantastic wedding thanks to EWT!

  We booked Events with Taste for our July 2022 wedding, and they were fantastic! They were the first vendor we booked, and they helped us with the planning process every step of the way. Michelle became a huge part of our planning team, and she helped make our wedding look beautiful. But most of all, EWT makes amazing food! I personally loved trying all the options at the official tasting, and the food tasted just as good on wedding day as it did in the EWT office. Another insight I’m happy to share: EWT is flexible and ready to roll with the inevitable wedding punches. They stuck with us through changes in our planning process. Then, it absolutely poured on the day of the wedding. They never panicked and delivered a beautiful meal from appetizers to dessert. The EWT waitstaff stuck through mud and torrential rain, and they never stopped serving. Suffice to say, we could have never had our wedding without EWT and would recommend them for any event!

  Annual Company Dinner Was A Hit!

  I was tasked with scheduling our company dinner earlier this year. I did my homework on this as I did not want to disappoint 60 people. I read reviews, made phone calls and received multiple quotes for our catering needs. The common denominator was Events with Taste Catering! Michelle and Ted were great to work with. From Passed Hors d'oeuvres to the Desert and anything else that went on the table the experience was amazing. I wouldn't do it again without them!

  Beautiful and delicious

  Events with Taste catered my sisters wedding a few weekends ago and the food was equally as beautiful as it was delicious! They also had great and professional service. We were served a six course meal, which was fun, delicious, and had something for everyone between all the various courses. My favorite was the sweet potato brussels hash!

  Perfection

  Absolutely AMAZING we were served a 6 corse meal and it was just delicious! I was so impressed! The food was so good, the staff/servers were so professional and friendly it was so impressive how quick we were served and each corse came out as perfect as the last. I would highly recommend Events with taste!

  Amazing wedding caterer!

  We were SO thrilled with Events with Taste as the caterer for our wedding. From the get go, Michelle and her team were fun and easy to work with. Their questionnaire to find out our food preferences resulted in a spot-on menu that perfectly reflected our favorite foods in an event-ready style. Events with Taste was so flexible with us with our pandemic date changes, which we are so grateful for.
  
  As soon as we went to our catering tasting, we KNEW we had made the right choice, and our guests totally confirmed that! So many people told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we and our families are still enjoying the leftovers! (Which Michelle and her team so helpfully packed into our car for us after the wedding). Michelle is the perfect combination of creative and competent. Any wedding food that includes chicken fingers, soft serve ice cream, beef prime rib, taquitos, shrimp and grits, a biscuit bar, and lobster Mac and cheese is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
  
  ALL of this, and our catering cost was still under budget. I cannot say enough good things about this catering team - would highly highly recommend!

  Intuitive, thoughtful, professional

  My (now) husband and I have worked in the wedding industry in some capacity for roughly 3-4 years now, and we'd grown pretty cynical about weddings in general -- they seem to be all the same these days, and I think our reverence for the sanctity of a wedding was washed out in all that sameness. So when it came time for us to plan our own, we set out to ensure that it wasn't necessarily different than all the other weddings we'd seen, but purely and perfectly reflective of us as a couple and our own reverence for the unique bond we were establishing. All of this to say, our wedding wasn't going to be a quick and easy one to work with, but Events With Taste floated through the process with sincerity and ease, treating our day with just as much thoughtfulness and care as we'd put into it ourselves. Michelle and Lily were incredibly intuitive through the planning process, paying pin-point attention to our needs and desires for our wedding day, and executing those needs to the absolute best of their ability and within our budget parameters. The staff who served our wedding were endlessly kind to our guests, accommodating to us, and just all around incredible people. I can't stress enough how glad I am we hired EWT for our catering. Once the day is over, no one really thinks of the food and booze as something that genuinely made the day special, but EWT have clearly set that standard for themselves and they hold themselves to it. These people are magicians. Hire them.

  They handled our virtual fundraising lunch this year and everything from the food to service exceeded our expectations. They worked with us to come up with a menu that could be individually packaged and travel well, but still had an up-scale feel to it. We would definitely recommend them to anyone hosting a virtual or in-person event! We can't wait to use them again when we are hopefully back to holding events live.

  Is our custom menu still on our fridge? Yes. Yes it is. 10/10

  Events With Taste was easily our favorite addition to our wedding! Our guests have continued to rave about how unique and delicious our food was months later. There are so many decisions to make when planning a wedding that speaks to who you and your future spouse are-- the nostalgia and culture that our custom menu provided at our wedding gave us that and more. We were so thrilled to have the option of moving away from the basic "pick a meat and two sides" type of menu and work with a company that gave personality to our menu. Not only is the food decadent and thoughtfully curated, but the staff at EWT went above and beyond to work with us each step of the way! If you are looking for unique, personal details for your wedding day, don't hesitate to book EWT.

  People still won't stop talking about how good the food was

  If you've been checking out Events with Taste, it is probably because you have heard that everybody raves about their food. And that's because it is one thousand percent rave worthy. We had braised chicken, beef tenderloin, and gluten free butternut squash ravioli as our main entrees, along with lots of sides and apps. My dad and brother, red-meat-'til-you-drop kind of guys, said their favorite was the chicken. My grandma is a salmon fan, and yet she couldn't stop raving about the melt-in-your-mouth beef tenderloin. I'm a gluten free Italian who can be a bit of a snob when it comes to ravioli, and I all but demanded that I get all of the leftover GF butternut squash ravioli. And that's just the main proteins. Everything was incredible.
  
  Being the bride, I kind of selfishly assumed that when people would come up to me at the wedding that they would say something like "oh my gosh you're so beautiful" or something like that. Instead, I got "THIS FOOD!!!" followed by many exuberant mouth noises.
  
  In case it isn't clear, we highly recommend Events with Taste. Michelle is incredibly talented and oh so nice - so when you are emailing with her remember that she is a chef first and foremost. I'll be honest, I couldn't tell if she liked working with me or not based on her email tone. But when we were able to finally meet her in person for the tasting, she was an absolute gem. So I only mention that to help set your expectations when communicating with her :)
  
  Oh - and in case you didn't know, Michelle will create dishes based on you as a couple! Our apps were created around family recipes!! They were to die for while also having that special little sentimental additive. And in case you have food allergy people, Michelle was very well versed in all of that and handled my GF restrictions with ease. 6 GF guests, 2 of which with Celiac, and not 1 person got sick. What can I say, Michelle is magic!
  
  (She even helped us pick out the perfect linens, china, and elegant bar disposables to fit within our budget without losing beautiful charm).

And in case you have food allergy people, Michelle was very well versed in all of that and handled my GF restrictions with ease. 6 GF guests, 2 of which with Celiac, and not 1 person got sick. What can I say, Michelle is magic!

  October Wedding done right!

  Michelle and her crew are so talented. I enjoyed working with them from start to end. My husband and I filled out a food questionnaire of our favorite foods and Michelle made us an amazing menu with the exact food I was looking for. I told her I wanted to cater to everyone, carnivores, vegans, gluten-free, without it seeming like it was restrictive or too health-focused. She ended up doing it so well with amazing Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian, and southern comfort food station. She also put a beautiful touch on our linens. She chose some fall color linens for the napkins and cocktail tables and I was so excited when I walked in after the cocktail hour. I felt like she really helped out the week before the wedding and I got to concentrate on other items. She coordinated with all of our other vendors, riverside spirits, and the planner so I didn't have to! It's really nice to have such talented vendors that make you feel relaxed before your big day. I would hire events with taste again in a heartbeat. Michelle- Way to crush it during a crazy busy time of the year. Thanks again!!

  Great Food and Service - Cool Menu Creation

  We really enjoyed our experience with Events with Taste for our wedding reception on July 6, 2019. They have you do a food quiz and then they make a custom menu. We ended up doing food stations and our final menu was so incredibly perfect for us and what we like to eat. Everything was cooked to perfection and people were giving compliments all night long. Besides the food, Events with Taste provided bartenders and a staff to bus tables. The whole team was great and easy to work with and made our reception very good. Thank you!

  The Best Caterer - Ever, Ever!

  Events with Taste immediately caught my eye from other reviews on bridal sites, and from recommendations from previous brides at our venue, The Barn at High Point Farms.
  
  My first outreach was met with a request to fill out of a food survey. I found this interesting as other caterers wanted us to select from a menu, but EWT wanted to truly cater to us on our big day. We returned the survey after describing our ultimate comfort foods and favorite options when dining out, and the level of creativity that came back was flooring. So many times I'd read the menu to friends prior to the wedding and we couldn't help but drool over their mastery in anticipation.
  
  We hired their bartenders, leveraged their servers to pass appetizers during the cocktail hour, and they even brought the ice and glassware needed. They were was on-time, professional, and so polite to our guests.
  
  The appetizers were spectacular. We opted for food stations during dinner and each was a unique menu - italian, steakhouse, and harvest for the fall. I cannot explain how incredibly delicious every single food item was. The dessert menu with multiple customized options was incredible, too!
  
  I've been to several wedding where the food was decent but never have enjoyed such amazingly delicious consistency in everything as what was served at our wedding. I've had so many approach me to say it was the BEST food they've had at a wedding, and even in a restaurant, and that they still dream of this meal or that.
  
  Please, please do yourself a favor and hire Events with Taste!

  The Best of the best!

  I wish there had been a 6th star! Events with Taste catered my daughters wedding at the Hunter Museum a few weeks ago. Perfection to say the least. We knew when we selected Events as our caterer, that we had chosen the best of the best. Michelle and Lily made this all about my daughter and her husband, showcasing their favorite foods and not their favorites. I have to admit we had high expectations because of how highly recommended they were, and they managed to exceed those expectations. Quality in their food, presentation, professionalism, attentiveness, willingness to work within a budget, they have it all....as I said Perfection! Thank you Events for making it so special! Also Lily, for our beautiful Bar Menu and Welcome signs on the mirrors..beautifully done!

  Wedding (20 October 2018)

  Michelle and Lily at Events with Taste did an amazing job catering my daughter's wedding at The Church on Main!! We started working with them about a year prior to the wedding to come up with the perfect brunch menu. The food was amazing!! We still have people a week later telling us how great it was!! I can't say enough about the service and the professionalism of the staff!! We had a flip between the ceremony and the reception for approximately 220 people and they were able to complete the flip in less than 45 minutes!! And it looked EXACTLY as the vision that we had planned out!! Truly amazing!

They then created a menu that fit both of our tastes and on the day of the wedding it was absolutely delicious. We also rented linens and equipment from them and it came out looking really great! Our wedding coordinator worked directly with Michelle to make sure that everything was spot on.

During the planning process, they have you fill out a survey and create a custom menu which was a ton of fun. The outcome was the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Our guests raved about the Pumpkin Ravioli, Flank Steak, and the Snicker's Blondies. The team was very responsive and answered all of our questions. It was super convenient to do our rentals, catering, bartending all through one company. They are priced very reasonably, and you get wonderful service from people who care about the success of your wedding for a great value.
  
  On our wedding day, late and stuck buses caused a headache and ruined our timeline. Events with Taste was super flexible with us, and helped keep guests entertained as they waited an extra hour for the buses to depart from our venue back to the hotel. We couldn't have asked for a more caring, and wonderful team.
